Custom-fitted golf driver
I recently bought a custom-fitted golf driver from this company, and honestly, I was super let down by the whole experience. The delivery took way longer than I thought, and when the driver finally showed up, I thought it looked great and felt good. But then, it totally fell apart when the face of the club cracked after hardly any use, making it useless. And to top it off, when I tried to get help from the company, they told me the warranty was already expired just after two years. I spent $400 on this thing, I expected it to last way longer. The fact that they didn't help me out at all and just ignored the problem made me even more upset. I'm definitely not buying from them again and I'm already checking out other options from their competitors. Do yourself a favor and read this before you buy anything.
Custom golf clubs ordered in May 2021
I ordered some custom golf clubs back in May 2021, but man, did I run into some trouble. They didn't show up until December, and when they did, they weren't even made to the right size and specs. So, I sent them back and was told I wouldn't get the correct ones till March 2022. I was so fed up that I just decided to cancel my order. Overall, it was a super frustrating and disappointing experience.
Sim Max rescues with upgraded shaft
I recently bought a set of Sim Max rescues with a better shaft from a used seller. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the glue on the hosel of one club coming loose, making the clubhead sit crooked. When I reached out to customer service about it, I found out that I couldn't get help under the warranty because I wasn't the original buyer of the clubs. This whole situation left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the lack of support from the company. On the flip side, other brands like Cobra have been more helpful in similar situations, like sending me a new driver shaft even though it wasn't their fault. I really hope TaylorMade can step up their customer service game and back up the quality of their products, no matter who owns them.
Stealth 2 driver
I bought the Stealth 2 driver from this company thinking it would be top of the line, but it didn't live up to expectations. After only two months, the driver face broke. When I contacted the company for help, they basically told me tough luck and offered no solution. I spent $500 on this golf club and to be treated that way is just not right. I'm really disappointed in the lack of support and customer service. I won't be coming back as a customer after this experience.
Golf club order
I ordered a golf club months ago and still haven't gotten it. It's frustrating that the company hasn't kept me in the loop about my order. Not only is the wait too long, but the customer service has been pretty poor. The price I paid for the product is high, so the delays are extra annoying. I'm starting to doubt this company's reliability and ability to deliver on time.
Golf clubs purchase
I bought some new golf clubs the other day and was pretty pumped to sign up online to start racking up some loyalty points. But man, was I let down when I realized how tough it is to use this loyalty points program. Even though I registered my clubs on the US site, I couldn't see any points when I tried to log in on the Canadian site using the same login info. It's super frustrating that points don't transfer between sites, which basically makes the whole program not that great.
Golf Travel Bag Purchase
I just bought a golf travel bag from this company and man, oh man, was I let down. I only used it twice and already, the fabric is torn up. It's clear this bag can't handle the rough and tough airport baggage control scene. So, I decided to reach out to customer service. The response I got? A canned message telling me this problem ain't covered under warranty.
I checked out some other reviews and it's pretty obvious this company couldn't care less about quality or making their customers happy. I wish I had done my research before buying. That way, I could've warned others about the low-quality products and lousy service.Snapped 6 iron
My 6 iron broke after just a year, only 2 days past the warranty. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help and didn't even bother responding to my emails. I ended up having to shell out my own money for the repair and now I'm thinking about legal action. Definitely steer clear of this brand if you want something that won't fall apart.
Custom HiToe Wedges
I ordered two special HiToe wedges for a fancy price, and they were supposed to arrive by August 30, 2021. But for some reason, the company just up and canceled my order without even telling me. When I reached out to them, they said I could try again, but I wouldn't get my clubs until January 2022. I told them how upset and annoyed I was by how they handled things and how long it was going to take.
Cap purchase from online store
I just bought a cap online, but it didn't fit right and was different from what I expected. I wanted to return it, but they said I had to pay for the shipping which was just as much as the cap itself. I thought they provided pre-paid labels for returns but turns out they only do that for UK customers. I was really disappointed because the website said we could change our minds about our purchases. This whole situation with the return policy and lack of good customer service has turned me off from shopping at this store again. I guess I'll just keep the cap and find somewhere else to shop next time.
Bought a mini golf putter
I got this mini putter for my birthday and it's smaller than my old one, but it's really cool. I was bummed out because the little head cover fell off and I couldn't find it anywhere. I reached out to them on their website and they said they'd send me a new one for free! They got back to me super quick and I got the new head cover in the mail. It fits perfectly! Thanks a lot!!
TM pre-order disappointment
I pre-ordered a product from this company, thinking I'd get it before it hit stores. But they haven't given me a shipping date, even though they said they would. I'm really let down by their lack of communication and follow-through. I've asked for updates but got nothing back. From now on, I'll stick to buying from stores where I can see and buy the product in person on release day.
Custom driver purchase
I bought a custom driver from this company not too long ago, and I was pretty bummed when it got a crack in the face after less than 2 years of use. I tried contacting customer support for some help, but they weren't willing to assist me without a receipt, which I couldn't locate. Even after I sent them pictures of the crack, they didn't do anything to fix the problem. I'm really let down by their lack of responsibility and their less-than-stellar support.
Custom fitted driver purchase
I got this awesome driver that was supposed to be perfect for me, but when it finally arrived it was all messed up - the head was split! I was super disappointed because I had been eagerly waiting for it, only to find it broken. I tried to return it, but they were not helpful at all. They basically said, "Sorry, nothing we can do." Even though it was totally their fault for sending me a defective club in the first place.
Two broken drivers
I recently bought two drivers from this company and man, let me tell you, both of them totally fell apart on me right after I got them. It's obvious there's a big problem with how this company makes their stuff. What really bums me out is how their customer service team didn't even seem to care when I reached out for help. I called, emailed, and even sent them a handwritten letter, but they just brushed off all my concerns. That's just not right, especially when you've been a loyal customer for years. I ended up selling all my other stuff from this brand and I won't be buying anything else from them in the future, that's for sure.
Set of wood/putter covers
I bought some wood/putter covers from your store not too long ago. Sadly, my order got lost in the mail and it took almost two months and a bunch of emails before I finally heard back. Let me tell you, the customer service I got was really lousy because the people I spoke to didn't seem to care about my problem at all. This whole situation has left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down. I'm just bummed out by the lack of concern and care for loyal customers like me.

Anyone can laugh on me as I am not a good player at all even no record of my family history who played golf ever .They were soccer lovers ,
I too never physically seen a golf ground but I have more then two dozens of apparels and few pairs of shoes from Taylor Made shop.
Especially T shirts of polo brand .Caps ,shorts and outerwear .And spike less shoes from Foot Joy
What is common , qualities ,finishing and prices all are absolutely fine.
One time in last six years when I returned one bag which was not as per my expectations as I seen in picture.But rest everything I liked so much.Anyone can try it, don't worry if not a golf player.
