    I tried out some oils from Rocky Mountain Oils, thinking it might be a nice change from my usual brand, but it's turned into a mess. These oils made my skin break out, and the customer service has been terrible. I decided to return both orders because I couldn't deal with products causing skin issues. The website says they have an easy refund policy, but that's not true. I've been talking to customer service a bunch of times, and I still haven't gotten my money back. The last email I got said I'd only get part of my money back and that I was being charged for a product I sent back unopened. It's annoying to have to fight for something that should be simple. Don't shop here if you care about your time and money.

    Custom golf clubs ordered in May 2021

    I ordered some custom golf clubs back in May 2021, but man, did I run into some trouble. They didn't show up until December, and when they did, they weren't even made to the right size and specs. So, I sent them back and was told I wouldn't get the correct ones till March 2022. I was so fed up that I just decided to cancel my order. Overall, it was a super frustrating and disappointing experience.

    So, I stumbled upon this super cool store with all these awesome things that I absolutely needed. I mean, who wouldn't want to have all that cool stuff, right? But then I realized that if you're in the UK and you want to return something, you have to foot the bill for shipping it all the way to Sweden. And let me tell you, that shipping cost is no joke!     You know, I signed up for this new internet service and it's been a complete disaster. They keep messing up my bill and won't switch me to a month-to-month plan like I requested. The customer service is just awful, nobody ever picks up the phone and all they do is send me to dead-end numbers and websites. I even tried reaching out to the CEO via email but got zero response.     I bought a jacket from your store not too long ago and man, was I let down by the quality. I mean, your brand has a good rep and all, but the logo patch on the chest started falling apart soon after I started wearing it. Come on now, the letters were peeling off like crazy - that's just not cool for a high-end item. I was really hoping for better quality from you guys.
