Internet and cable TV package
The customer service with this company is just awful. Every time I call in with a problem, they put me on hold forever and then pass me around to different advisors without actually fixing anything. It's so annoying and feels like a total waste of time. The service I've received has been really bad, and they never seem to actually solve my problems. It's pretty disappointing, to be honest.
Internet Service
Ugh, the internet service was seriously the worst, I mean, I just can't even deal with it! The customer service folks were incredibly rude, and honestly, I could barely even understand what they were saying. They had the nerve to ask me, "Are you finished?" when I was trying to tell them about how the internet keeps cutting out constantly. It was beyond aggravating! The internet would drop out like every minute, so I couldn't even enjoy playing my favorite games or watching my shows without interruptions. Ugh, it was so darn frustrating!
Purchased internet service
I got internet a few months back, and let me tell you, the price went up like crazy! It's almost double what I started with. How is that fair? They're saying I'm stuck in this contract and can't do a thing about it. Seriously not cool, man. They need to be more upfront about all their charges. Don't even bother with them, for real. Their prices are ridiculous, and the folks in customer service are just plain mean. Like, who wants to deal with that kind of nonsense?
Terrible customer service
Customer service at this company is a total nightmare. When you try to call, it's a mess - their system is all messed up and it's hard to even talk to a real person. Texting them is a lost cause, the service never works. Their website is a disaster, and the live chat is useless because it's all automated bots that can't actually help. Seems like they do everything to avoid talking to customers, so you give up and end up paying more than you planned.
Cancelled service
Today, I finally parted ways with the company I've been a part of for 5 years. Let me tell you, it was a messy breakup. First off, they were constantly changing their prices on me - it felt like a squirrel sprinting up a tree. Every time I brought up renewing my contract, it was like they were playing a game of Price Tag Switcharoo - one price one minute, a different one the next. When I called them out on it, instead of owning up, they tried to sweet talk me into sticking around. But when I pointed out all the different prices they had given me and expressed my dissatisfaction, their smooth-talking agent quickly turned into a rude dude. Seriously, who does that? On top of that, their service quality has plummeted faster than my little brother diving for his favorite toy. They used to prioritize their customers, but now it seems like they're just after my money. Not cool, guys. Not cool at all.
Broadband contract renewal
I just renewed my broadband contract, and wouldn't you know it - the price went up just three weeks later. So, I called up customer service to see what was up, but they were no help at all. They didn't seem to care about keeping a loyal customer who had just renewed. I was really let down by the lack of care from them, so I won't be renewing with them again. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants dependable service and fair treatment.
Internet installation nightmare
Oh my goodness, I am so frustrated with this company! They are seriously the absolute worst! I put in an order for internet on March 1st and here we are on April 2nd and I still don't have internet. Can you believe that? It's like they have no clue what they're doing. Every time I call, it's just one excuse after another. Seriously, get your act together, folks! I swear, they couldn't even plan a party in a candy store. I highly recommend staying far away from them!
Faulty set-top box
The company's set-top box they gave me is all messed up. It keeps freezing, cutting out, and showing warnings about starting fires. And on top of that, the remote control isn't working right either. They said they could help over the phone, but it was hard to understand them because of the language barrier. It's frustrating, especially since I paid so much for this service.
Broadband service repair
I gotta say, I had an awesome experience with your customer service team when I called to report some issues with my broadband service. The guy I talked to on Monday was super patient and understanding as I went through all the problems I was having. Then, the next day, a really good engineer showed up at my place and fixed everything up real quick. The manager I spoke with on the phone also offered some really great help and support. I gotta say, I was seriously impressed with the top-notch customer service I got the whole way through. Thanks a bunch for all your help, it was really appreciated.
TV and internet package
I had the worst experience with this company! It was such a pain trying to cancel my contract once it ended. Endless phone calls, being transferred between departments, only to be asked the same questions repeatedly. And their chat support was a joke - always getting disconnected with no solution in sight. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I can definitely say I won't be using their services again, if I can ever manage to cancel, that is. The way they treat their customers is just terrible. Even when I followed their guidelines and contacted customer service, it was just one frustration after another.

My experience with this company really let me down. The people at the call center weren't straight with me about the prices and wanted to charge me more than we talked about. They told me one price on the phone, but in the email they sent, it was higher and had an extra fee for installation of something I didn't even ask for. It's just not cool to be that dishonest, so I wouldn't suggest this company to anybody.
Switched provider, regretful decision
Switching to this new provider was a total nightmare! We thought we were making the right move by leaving our old provider, but we were seriously wrong. The new service was always cutting out and buffering, it was a mess. We tried reaching out for support, but it felt like nobody was really interested in helping us out. Luckily, we managed to cancel during the trial period and we're back with our old provider. Yeah, it might be a bit pricier, but having reliable service again is totally worth it. We used to be with this provider before, and now we know exactly why we left in the first place.

Man, my internet was terrible, like trying to use dial-up back in the Stone Age. I tried calling a bunch of times to cancel, but they just kept ignoring me. They even hung up on me once and never bothered calling back. And to top it off, I got hit with a $300 bill even after I disconnected! Then they went and sold my info to some shady debt collectors. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from them!

They went ahead and sold my account to someone else without even giving me a heads up, then they turned around and doubled my rates! On top of that, now they won't let me cancel my service. It really feels like they're trying to pull a fast one on me and force me to keep paying for something I can't even use anymore.
