N95 masks purchase for flight
So I recently bought some N95 masks from this company for an upcoming flight. I was attracted to their offer of same-day shipping and delivery within 5-7 days. But, after waiting for over a week without any sight of my order, I tried emailing customer service multiple times. Sadly, I didn't hear back until I used a harsh word in the subject line to catch their attention. And even then, all I got was an email saying they canceled my order at my request, without any explanation. This lack of communication and customer service is really disappointing and unprofessional. All I wanted to know was when my stuff would be shipped and when it would arrive, but instead, my order was just canceled out of the blue. This level of service is just not ok, and I won't be buying from them again.

Terrible customer service
Customer service at this company is a total nightmare. When you try to call, it's a mess - their system is all messed up and it's hard to even talk to a real person. Texting them is a lost cause, the service never works. Their website is a disaster, and the live chat is useless because it's all automated bots that can't actually help. Seems like they do everything to avoid talking to customers, so you give up and end up paying more than you planned.

The ice cream was so good, but there weren't many topping choices. I really wanted more options to make my dessert unique. The staff was nice and did their best to help, but it took longer than I thought to get my order. The prices seemed a little high for the amount of ice cream I got. It was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for some upgrades.

Ann Marie never lets anybody get a word in edgewise and she's always asking questions just so she can answer them herself. She's always trying to act all cute like a black Barbie, but honestly, it's pretty annoying. I'd much rather watch a more professional news channel than CBS when she's on.

Eye Glasses
I DON'T RECOMMEND GETTING GLASSES FROM THEM! It took 6 weeks for my glasses to come. Then when I tried to return them they NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR MY EMAILS FOR MY RETURN! So I mailed them back to the address they were shipped from because you only have 3 days to return them back to them for a full refund. They received the glasses back because I paid extra for tracking and delivery signature. Now they are saying they never received them! When that's a lie because I have an email confirmation it was delivered and signed for. I'm still fighting to get a REFUND since October 2022! And it's Jan 11, 2023 and I still haven't heard from them!
The glasses I could not see out of them at all. I don't know what they were glasses like Mr. Magoo!

2 cute v dresses
I offered 2 really cute dresses from this boutique. It took a while to process and ship but once I got the tracking number it was on the way. There was some type of error and the package was never delivered to me, it was sent back to them. They resent the shipment but it still hasn't gotten to me. Label was created on 7/20 and according to the tracking USPS never received the package. I've been trying to get the issue resolved but have gotten nothing but a runaround. No refund and now no more response from the boutique. I ordered in June it's now August!

Well I have no complain as such,but one thing which may help you to improve your packaging service.
Renovo bucket adapter replacement and Versa water filter package received in tempered conditions last time . Bigger parcels were OK but small packages had some issue I do not know it was due to careless transportation or handling.
Upper packaging were fine but internal were damaged. This is just for your information and care else items inside were fine.
I also have something to share ,please add some more similar products for options.This is just a request.

BE WARE! They are a total scam. I received a tracking number 2 weeks ago and my shipment still has not even been received by USPS. I guess the red flag should have been everytime someone asks if they are located in China, they never give an answer. I have contacted at least 8 times and I still get the same response from them. I totally forgot about the Tracking scam. Anyone gave conjur up a tracking number.BE WARE! They are a total scam.
