    Address update for order

    I had the best time with this company the other day. I put in an order and then realized I messed up the address. I panicked and shot off an email to customer service. Luckily, Ashley was able to fix my address just in time for the holiday. It was a lifesaver and saved me a bunch of money and stress. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and I'll definitely be back to shop here again.

    I've been using these masks for over a year now, and let me tell ya, they're amazing! So soft and comfy, especially for me as a teacher wearing them all day.     The customer service from this company is seriously lacking and just not acceptable. They don't even have a phone number for direct contact and when you send them an email, they either take forever to respond or don't respond at all. Plus, the way they act on social media, like blocking customers on Instagram just for giving feedback, is so unprofessional and disrespectful. I've seen similar products at other stores for way cheaper, so their high prices just aren't worth it at all.

    Botched order, nonexistent customer service

    I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this company. Their customer service is so terrible, it's unbelievable. All I've gotten are automated responses that don't really help at all. I've been trying to get a refund and it's just been a total nightmare. It's like they're avoiding giving me my money back on purpose. I'm starting to think I got scammed. This whole experience is so frustrating and it's making me so mad.

    N95 masks purchase for flight

    So I recently bought some N95 masks from this company for an upcoming flight. I was attracted to their offer of same-day shipping and delivery within 5-7 days. But, after waiting for over a week without any sight of my order, I tried emailing customer service multiple times. Sadly, I didn't hear back until I used a harsh word in the subject line to catch their attention. And even then, all I got was an email saying they canceled my order at my request, without any explanation. This lack of communication and customer service is really disappointing and unprofessional. All I wanted to know was when my stuff would be shipped and when it would arrive, but instead, my order was just canceled out of the blue. This level of service is just not ok, and I won't be buying from them again.

    I got some really great products, but man, the delivery process was a total nightmare. The website promised same-day shipping if you ordered before a certain time, but that turned out to be a total lie. I got emails telling me my stuff had shipped, only to realize they hadn't actually been sent out yet. When I tried to cancel my order because of the delay, they said I couldn't because it was already shipped - but surprise, surprise, that wasn't true. It took them a whole two days to even respond to my cancellation request. And now it's been ten days since I placed my order, and I still haven't gotten anything.

    The company is such a scam. They promise quick shipping but all they do is make shipping labels and never actually send out the orders. I ordered something from them over two weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. I tried emailing customer service but all I got were automated responses that didn't help at all. Their phone number doesn't even work, and if you try to reach out on social media, they just block you. It's just not right and feels like such a waste of my time and money.

    20 masks ordered

    I was so excited to order 20 masks from this place because their website had a ship date listed in BIG LETTERS. But you know what? They didn't come on time! I tried to cancel my order, but they just slapped a shipping label on it and sent it out when I needed them already! And to top it off, they only sent me 10 masks when I ordered 20. What in the world, right? Their customer service email keeps sending robot messages, the phone number on Facebook doesn't even work, and if you try to comment on social media, they will just block you. So, I had to go to my credit card company for help. We'll see what happens.

    First order, poor customer service

    I placed my first order back on February 5th and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare ever since. I keep getting all these emails about new sales, but my order still hasn't even shipped yet. I've tried getting in touch with customer service through email and Facebook multiple times, but all I got back was a tracking link for a label made over a week ago. And get this, the person on Facebook was so rude and argumentative, they even ended up blocking me. So now I'm at the point where I have to dispute the charge because I'm worried I might never even get my order. I gotta say, the customer service from this company is simply awful, and I totally regret shelling out $100 with them.

    The masks are cheap, but the straps are just glued on and have fallen off every single one I've tried. I had to use gorilla glue to strengthen them and keep them in place.

    T-shirts with wrong design

    So listen, I bought these really awesome t-shirts online, right? But when they showed up, they had the WRONG design on them! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to get the design right?! I tried reaching out to Customer Service, but all they did was give me attitude and make excuses. Not cool at all. And get this, they tried to tell me that I actually got what I ordered! Um, no way, I definitely did not order a shirt with the wrong design. It took over a month of going back and forth before they finally admitted that they didn't have the design I wanted in stock. Can you believe it? And then they had the nerve to change the name of the design to try and cover it up. Let's just say, I won't be ordering from them again. I even tweeted Jennifer Garner about it since she's the one who introduced me to this brand. So disappointed. Total scam, guys. Be careful!

    Quick shipping promise

    I was super bummed about my experience with this company. I thought I'd get my masks fast since they said they'd ship right away. Turns out, they just made the label that day, but the masks didn't actually go out until a few days after. That wait was annoying and made me feel misled. I really wish they'd just be upfront about how they handle shipping so we know what to expect.
