I bought some clothes from this website recently, but the return process was not good. The description of the items was wrong, and I had a hard time sending them back. The company's return policy is not easy to use, and they made it really hard for me to return the clothes. It was so annoying that I just kept the clothes instead of dealing with the return.

Online job application software
The customer service from this online job application software is seriously lacking. I contacted them with a question about making sure the candidate source was included on an application, but got the wrong answer. They told me that the system couldn't track that info, so I had to take it down from our site. It was really annoying to get the wrong info, which ended up making more work for me. The fact that they didn't respond and gave me the wrong info has made me wonder if their customer service can be trusted.

Genuine luxury products
Shopping at this place was amazing! The products were so high-quality and the prices were unbeatable. I just couldn't help myself from getting a few luxury items, and let me tell you, I was definitely not disappointed. I would totally recommend this place 10/10.

Vibrating bullet
I got this vibrating bullet from this company, and man, was it a letdown. It crapped out after just using it a few times, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were useless. Dealing with them was a headache because they cared more about covering their butts than actually fixing the problem. On top of that, the price was too high compared to other stuff out there. The delivery took forever, way longer than I thought. All in all, my time with this company was not great, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Credit check on my business
I got a credit check done for my business and when I got the info from another company, it showed that a customer did a credit check on me and my biz. That's weird 'cause I never pay with invoices. Something shady is going on and it doesn't seem legit. Looks like someone's messing with my credit, and that's not cool.

Lost package
I'm really upset about how the customer service team hasn't been helpful at all. I told them my package was marked as delivered, but I never got it. Instead of trying to help me out and fix the problem, all they did was tell me to file a complaint. It's like they didn't want to admit fault for the package being lost and just kept telling me it was on me. I'm pretty disappointed and feel like they totally ignored my issue.

Sneaker purchase
I wasn't sure at first about trying out this company, but I took a leap of faith and ordered a pair of sneakers. When the package finally showed up, I waited a whole week before I even opened it because I was scared I was gonna get let down. But, turns out, the sneakers were spot on and totally legit. The whole buying experience went off without a hitch, and I got constant updates on shipping and delivery. Honestly, I can't complain about the service at all. I haven't run into any problems that needed me to reach out to customer service or use any other services, so I can't really speak to those parts of it.

I bought a X3 OWL flashlight from this place and it broke after only 5 months. I was super frustrated because I was expecting better quality from a well-known brand. So, I decided to reach out to their team about the issue and to my surprise, they were really quick to respond and offer me a replacement. I even sent them a video showing the problem, and they wasted no time in sending out a new one. Their professionalism and how efficiently they handled my complaint really impressed me. The replacement arrived in about 7 days, which was a lot quicker than I thought it would be. When the X3 OWL flashlight was actually working, I really liked it. It was powerful and reliable, so I was pretty bummed out when it suddenly stopped working. But I'm grateful that Wuben was willing to make things right and give me a new one.

20 masks ordered
I was so excited to order 20 masks from this place because their website had a ship date listed in BIG LETTERS. But you know what? They didn't come on time! I tried to cancel my order, but they just slapped a shipping label on it and sent it out when I needed them already! And to top it off, they only sent me 10 masks when I ordered 20. What in the world, right? Their customer service email keeps sending robot messages, the phone number on Facebook doesn't even work, and if you try to comment on social media, they will just block you. So, I had to go to my credit card company for help. We'll see what happens.

Scam alert!
This hotel rating thing is just a sneaky scam meant to trick you into thinking you'll make money, but really you end up spending all yours to keep going. It's like a trap that makes you owe money in the end. Luckily, I figured it out on day one and took out my deposit before things got worse. Now they're posing as Orbitz, but they started off pretending to be HotelsCombined. I called them out in their Telegram group, but they denied everything and didn't care about my worries.

My experience ordering from this company was a total disaster, let me tell you. I ordered 3 things, and oh boy, it was a mess. So, two of them came like they were supposed to, but then bam, out of the blue, there was a shipping fee waiting for me that I wasn't told about. I tried reaching out to the company a couple of times about it, but no response. And then, to top it all off, the third item shows up weeks later with another fee, but get this - it wasn't even something I ordered! It was a complete mess, and it ended up costing me an extra $20.

I am so obsessed with my online yoga subscription! It's amazing because I can join yoga classes whenever I want, trying out different teacher styles and techniques. My family gave me this subscription as a Christmas present, and it has seriously been the greatest gift ever. Man, let me tell you about my recent experience trying to book a vacation. It was a total bummer. I forked over more than $7,000 upfront and even got insurance, but Apple Vacations wouldn't give me a refund when a family emergency came up and we couldn't go on the trip. When I tried to talk to a manager about it, they basically brushed me off and said no one was available to help. It was pretty clear they cared more about making money than actually caring about their customers or understanding unexpected stuff that can happen. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them because they just don't seem to give a darn about treating people right.

Three dresses, great quality
I recently got some really amazing dresses from this place and they are seriously so good! Some of them have a slightly thin fabric, but it's not even a big deal because they feel super light and airy on my skin, especially in the heat. I still look like a queen in them! The way they drape on me is perfect, the stitching is really well done, and the patterns are beautiful. Honestly, this is definitely my favorite find from social media. You've got to check it out, you won't regret it!
