Purchased a product online
The online shopping website is pretty dependable in general, but every now and then there have been some issues that took a couple days to fix. Also, there were a few times where it took over ten minutes to actually reach someone in customer service.
Assistance with displaying resumes/CVs on web app
I had a problem with my web app where .docx resumes/CVs weren't showing up correctly. I contacted the Support team at Breezy for help, hoping they could fix it. But I was disappointed with their response. They said they could see the resumes/CVs on their end and didn't offer any more help. It was frustrating that they weren't willing to help, and it left me feeling unsatisfied with their support. In the future, I'll be looking into other options for what I need.
Online job application software
The customer service from this online job application software is seriously lacking. I contacted them with a question about making sure the candidate source was included on an application, but got the wrong answer. They told me that the system couldn't track that info, so I had to take it down from our site. It was really annoying to get the wrong info, which ended up making more work for me. The fact that they didn't respond and gave me the wrong info has made me wonder if their customer service can be trusted.
Platform subscription
Even though I was happy with the features at first, I got really annoyed with how unreliable the platform was. It had so many bugs and took forever to load, making it hard for me to get things done. I ended up wasting a lot of time just waiting for it to work right, so I started looking for other options.
Cool t-shirts
I absolutely adore the t-shirts I got from this store! They are so stylish and comfortable. The only downside is that sometimes the website takes forever to load, which is really frustrating.
Breezy HR software
I just got the Breezy HR software and honestly, I think it's great for what I need in HR. The layout is easy to use and helps me stay organized when I'm hiring. One thing that bugs me is that I keep getting the same alerts over and over. It gets annoying, so I'm hoping they fix it in the next update.
Interview scheduling software
Tech support is on top of things, but the problem with interviews not syncing up with emails and causing missed appointments is a big issue that definitely needs to be fixed.

Using Breezy has made a huge difference in how we hire new employees in HR. It's helped us be more visible and communicate better as a team. We really appreciate the amazing support we've gotten from the Breezy team, they always go the extra mile to help us out.
Applicant Tracking System
This ATS was a total nightmare to use. It was the most inflexible system I've ever dealt with, and it didn't offer any value for our consulting firm. As a company that depends on finding top talent to meet our clients' needs, this ATS really missed the mark. It made the hiring process such a drag, instead of being smooth and productive like it should be. I wouldn't suggest this ATS to anyone in the consulting field.
Few years customer
Hey there! I've been a customer at this store for a few years now, and I have to say, I'm really satisfied with my experience. It's just so convenient and all. The only thing is, I really wish they offered open API access on all their paid plans, you know? It would make things even better and simpler to use. But yeah, overall, I think it's pretty awesome!

The system helps me keep track of candidates' resumes and see how they're doing in the hiring process from start to finish. Using Breezy makes recruiting a lot easier and saves me a bunch of time.
Recruitment software
This recruiting software is really versatile, it gives you lots of options for handling the hiring process. It's easy to use for both job seekers and our team members who are involved in finding new talent. The way it shows information visually and creates reports is really great and goes above and beyond what we expected. But there's always room for making things even better. For instance, it would be really helpful if we could set up interview schedules right in the software and connect them to our Google Calendars to block off those time slots. It would also be nice to have a complete A-Z guide built right into the platform.
Recent software purchase
Dealing with this software has been a total nightmare. It feels like there are bugs coming up all the time, which makes using it really frustrating. And to make matters worse, the customer support team is not very helpful. It seems like they're not really making an effort to fix problems in a timely or efficient manner. I would recommend avoiding this product to spare yourself the stress.
Employee recruitment platform
This platform is awesome for finding new employees. It's easy to use and just makes sense for both the company and the users. I've had other companies try to convince me to switch, but I'm sticking with this platform for the long haul.
Website user experience
I wanted to share my experience as a customer using this platform. I have to say, the user experience could be a lot better. The interface is slow, there are too many bugs, and the workflows are just not efficient - I have to click way too much. Even though the features are there, the bad user experience makes it hard to enjoy them. I think it would be a good idea to hire a UX designer and update the frontend with newer technology to make things easier for users.
Applicant tracking system
The applicant tracking system was pretty easy to use and got the job done efficiently. I was actually pretty impressed with how many candidates were flowing in, but I really wish they had a text editor for notes, like bullets or something. It was a bit tough for me to keep track of my phone screen notes. But overall, the system worked like a charm and connected really well with Zenefits. I liked how I could set up different types of communications in advance, from texts to offer notices. And the user interface was nice and clean, super easy to navigate.

Billing and Career Sites
I'm really upset about my experience with Breezy. I've had a bunch of billing issues and on top of that, the Career Sites feature I'm paying extra for isn't working right. It's really frustrating to pay for something that's not working well and making it hard for me to find potential candidates. And the company's lack of communication just makes me even more frustrated.

I've been using this recruitment management software for a while now, and I have to say, it's really one of the best products we've used in years. It's super effective at handling a lot of candidates, and the features it offers make our job a lot easier. Being able to chat easily, connect with our job boards, and their openness to feedback for improving the product really makes them stand out. We've been loyal customers for 5 years and we definitely recommend this software to other businesses who want to make their recruitment processes easier.
Recruiting tool
OMG, this recruiting tool is awesome! It seriously makes hiring a breeze for my HR team and our hiring managers. My favorite thing is the candidate self-scheduling feature - makes life so much easier without needing Calendly. Plus, the price is perfect!
