Review about: Big Bus Tours
School Trip
We went on the best school trip ever with an awesome driver, Paul, and a really cool tour guide named Phil! They were both so nice and made sure we had a great time, even stopping for bathroom breaks. We got to sing on the bus and learned a bunch of cool stuff from Phil. Chillin' on the top deck was amazing, especially since it didn't rain! I had a blast and learned a ton about London. I really hope we can go on another trip like this soon!

Pajamas
My husband and I got this cute set of pajamas that we were really into at first. But, after wearing them for just one season, they started to get all worn out and ended up tearing apart. So, after a while (they'd been stuck in a drawer out of sight), we decided to reach out to the company. They were so nice and understanding about it all. They ended up sending us a brand new set of pajamas without any problems. It's pretty awesome to see a company that really backs up their stuff and takes care of their customers. We're really grateful for their kindness and how they handled the whole situation.

Membership purchase for caregiver job
Ugh, this website is such a pain to use! There are so many bugs and glitches that it's practically impossible to do anything. And their tech support is a mess too! I paid to post a caregiver job for my son who is on a feeding tube, but they kept rejecting my postings and saying to "read the guidelines." I read those guidelines over and over and still couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Finally, after contacting tech support, they tell me it's because my son is on a feeding tube. Why didn't they just say that from the start? Now I'm fighting to get my money back since they never posted my job like they were supposed to.

Metallic handbag purchase
I took a risk and ordered a metallic handbag from this site, and I'm really happy that I did! Ordering was super easy, and I got my bag pretty quickly. The customer service was awesome too - they were quick to reply to my emails and had a really friendly attitude that made me feel important. But let me tell you, the best part was definitely the handbag itself. It's absolutely gorgeous and I've already gotten so many compliments on it. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Cooling mattress topper
I just bought a cooling mattress topper from this company, and at first, I freaked out because my order got delivered to the wrong place. I saw some bad reviews online and was nervous about their customer service. But, let me tell you, Kay and the rest of the team really came through for me. They went out of their way to fix everything, and now I'm sleeping like a baby thanks to their awesome product.

Cashmere sweater
I recently bought a cashmere sweater from this boutique, but sadly, what I got didn't look like the picture online. So, I reached out to customer service and talked to Kathleen in hopes of fixing the problem. But my time with her was not great. She needed a bunch of my info because of policy, but couldn't actually help me return the item. Instead, she told me to check the website for directions on canceling a back order. It wasn't until I got frustrated that she finally found the right listing and helped me out. During our chat, she was unprofessional and complained about having to dig deeper. I'm bummed about the poor customer service I got - not efficient or high quality at all.

Easy federal form, but charged for SC return
The federal form was really simple to do, but I got kind of disappointed when I realized I had to pay for a SC return when other state returns are free. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? Luckily, I discovered another free service that allowed me to download the SC form, print it, and mail it in. It felt kind of old-school, but you know what? It worked!

Great size. Beautiful to look at. Problem is the posts are very weak and bend easily. I haven't even worn them for fear that the post is going to break off. Not great quality.
Beware: According to their website, earrings and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds or exchanges.I purchased the Atlas ring in gold. In one week the gold was all gone. I really wanted to support her. But the quality of the jewelry is just not good.
Is it Me or do the earrings on the website especially on the person look way bigger that the ones that are mailed to you. They look so small and flimsy I am afraid to wear them right now. Not happy with the quality and size. Pictures are a lie!
