Pink fairy prom dress princess
This gown exceeded my hopes and far exceeded my expectations in both quality and delivery! I wish I had had a better knowledge of the size and quality prior to ordering - I would have ordered smaller. My great niece lives far away and I knew the dress must be altered for the prom requirements (to not be strapless) so I had the gown delivered to me and I began taking direction from her to style the top and assemble bustles. The gown is lined, well constructed, sturdy and as delicate looking as it is, it held up to walking in the woods, on concrete, etc! It has a very long chapel train. Since the weather was still cold I made a shawl to coordinate. You can see the gown swirls as she twirls and together they were lovely! Bold, feminine, strong and delicate! What a statement! “It’s me!” And that’s why we’re ordering from Veaul again this year!
Prom dress order not received
I ordered a prom dress back in early April, but it still hasn't shown up and my prom is on May 8th. I've reached out twice via email but haven't heard anything back from their customer service. To make things worse, I never got a confirmation email with the details of my order. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after this experience.
2 Pairs of heels purchased
I bought 2 pairs of heels recently, and I've been really disappointed with the company. The shoes came all squished up in one box, and the satin ones got messed up. I tried emailing them right away about it, but they still haven't gotten back to me. It's been more than 2 weeks now, and it's just not cool that they're not responding. On top of that, I can't even log back into my account. I've tried resetting my password a bunch of times, but the verification system is messed up. The pictures to prove I'm not a robot aren't working right, so I can't get into my account. It's been super frustrating and inconvenient trying to fix this from different places, and nothing's worked.
Make-to-order dress for granddaughter's prom
The dress I ordered for my granddaughter's prom was just perfect! It came earlier than I thought and fit her perfectly. The quality of the dress was amazing, and she looked absolutely stunning in it. I will definitely order from this company again in the future.
Oversized dress that looked like a Halloween costume
I was really disappointed with the dress I bought from that online store. I checked the size chart and looked at the pictures carefully, but when it arrived, it was way bigger than I thought and looked more like a cheap Halloween costume instead of the elegant dress I wanted.
