Review about: Veaul
Prom dress purchase
I had such a terrible time with this prom dress I bought recently. The size didn't fit right even though I checked the measurements on the website. And when I tried to send it back, the customer service was awful. They made me wait forever to approve the return, didn't respond to my messages, and told me to send it all the way to China, which would cost way more than the dress itself. I totally wasted my time and money on this and now I'm stuck with a dress I can't even wear. It's so frustrating.

The store management I dealt with was pretty disappointing. It seemed like they didn't really appreciate the suggestions of their designers, choosing to overlook their expertise and instead going with someone who didn't seem to get the brand. You could tell there was a big gap between the decision-makers and the creative minds who came up with the designs. I saw a similar thing happen where someone who was more into following trends instead of understanding the brand got more attention than someone who really loved fashion. It was sad to see that the higher-ups weren't open to new ideas and different viewpoints that could actually help the brand. I walked out of the store feeling like they were missing out on some good ideas and chances to grow.

I've been using the service for a few weeks and I'm already seeing amazing results. My trainer is super smart, patient, and fun to work with. He really knows his stuff and is committed to making a workout plan that hits every muscle. I'm really happy with the service and plan to keep using it for sure.

Boots
When I got my order from this company, I was super bummed out by how crummy the product was and how bad the customer service was. The delivery took forever, like three whole weeks after I bought it! And then the tracking number they gave me didn't even work, so I had no idea where my package was. It was so annoying and stressful. And when I finally got the boots, one of them had a big problem - there was a screw sticking out of the sole, making it impossible to wear. Just not cool at all.

Extended care facility order resolution
As residents at a nursing home, we had a problem with an order we placed. We contacted customer service several times, but it wasn't fixed until we talked to the managers. They found the mistake, fixed it, and even gave us some compensation for the trouble. We were really impressed by how they went the extra mile to help us track the calls and figure out what went wrong. Our resident was happy with the result, and we're pleased with how everything turned out.

Two Swimsuits
I ordered two swimsuits and they arrived fairly quickly - they certainly weren't shipped from China where I was instructed to send them if I wanted a refund. I ordered Medium. I wear small in most things but swimsuits are something you don't want to be too small. The bottoms on both suits were way too small. When I asked if I could exchange them, I was told they would send me another order at 50% off OR I could keep the items and get a BS refund OR ship them back to Shanghai. Unless you are absolutely certain of your purchase, DO NOT buy from this company.
