    Boots too small

    So I bought these boots from a shoe store and they were supposed to be a little smaller than my usual size. But when they arrived, they were way too tiny, like squishing my toes tiny. I called the store and they said I had to pay to send them back, which is annoying because it was their mistake for recommending the wrong size. Seriously, why suggest a smaller size if you know I'll have to check the size chart anyway? Not cool. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

    I recently ordered some shoes from your company, and I gotta say, it was a huge letdown. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes, which turned out to be someone else's order. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all and just brushed me off. They even had the nerve to blame me for supposedly ordering a sale item that couldn't be replaced. Plus, they didn't follow through on the return process like they said they would and now I haven't heard anything about it. I'm super disappointed in how unprofessional and disorganized they were about the whole thing, especially since they're all about making a positive impact. I won't be buying from them again after this experience, that's for sure.

    Ethical shoes

    I had a really bad experience with this so-called ethical company. I ordered something on a Saturday and realized I messed up not long after. But when I tried to contact customer service, it was a nightmare getting through because their lines and chat were down. Finally got a hold of someone on Monday, but they said it was too late to fix my order, even though it had only been a couple of days. They basically told me my only option was to let the shoes ship from the Netherlands to the UK, then reject delivery and have them sent back. It's crazy that a company claiming to be ethical would even suggest such a wasteful and environmentally unfriendly solution. And to top it off, the customer service reps seemed fake and like they just wanted to get me off the phone.

    Boots that didn't fit right

    Man, I bought these boots and one of them was way smaller than the other one! I had to ship them back and get a larger size, and it cost me 15 bucks just to return them. And get this - they even charged me a restocking fee! I just wanted to swap them out for the same pair, but they were trying to make me pay an extra 25 bucks and wouldn't refund me the original price. I mean, come on! That refund policy is so whack, I'm definitely never shopping with them again.

    I ordered these super adorable shoes online, but when I went to update my address, it didn't save and the order went to my old place. I immediately reached out to customer service, but they were totally rude and sarcastic, acting like they couldn't do anything to help.
