The site said I had 30 days to return stuff, but I wasn't sure what would go down if I wanted to return my shoes after that. Boots too small
So I bought these boots from a shoe store and they were supposed to be a little smaller than my usual size. But when they arrived, they were way too tiny, like squishing my toes tiny. I called the store and they said I had to pay to send them back, which is annoying because it was their mistake for recommending the wrong size. Seriously, why suggest a smaller size if you know I'll have to check the size chart anyway? Not cool. I definitely won't be shopping there again.

I just bought some shoes from this store and let me tell you, it was not a great time. First off, the sizing was totally wrong which really bummed me out. And when I tried to return them, it was a total mess. Returns took forever and the customer service was just awful. It was like they didn't care about keeping customers happy at all. I checked out some other reviews online and turns out I'm not alone in having a bad time here. All in all, I'd say skip this place if you want an easy shopping experience.
Recent shoe purchase
I recently ordered some shoes from your company, and I gotta say, it was a huge letdown. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes, which turned out to be someone else's order. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all and just brushed me off. They even had the nerve to blame me for supposedly ordering a sale item that couldn't be replaced. Plus, they didn't follow through on the return process like they said they would and now I haven't heard anything about it. I'm super disappointed in how unprofessional and disorganized they were about the whole thing, especially since they're all about making a positive impact. I won't be buying from them again after this experience, that's for sure.

My recent experience with that company was a total letdown. Dealing with their customer service was a real headache - couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me out. Ethical shoes
I had a really bad experience with this so-called ethical company. I ordered something on a Saturday and realized I messed up not long after. But when I tried to contact customer service, it was a nightmare getting through because their lines and chat were down. Finally got a hold of someone on Monday, but they said it was too late to fix my order, even though it had only been a couple of days. They basically told me my only option was to let the shoes ship from the Netherlands to the UK, then reject delivery and have them sent back. It's crazy that a company claiming to be ethical would even suggest such a wasteful and environmentally unfriendly solution. And to top it off, the customer service reps seemed fake and like they just wanted to get me off the phone.
Oversized shoe return
I bought some shoes online, but they ended up being too big for me when they arrived. So, I decided to send them back to get a different size. It's been a whole week now since I shipped them out, and they still haven't made it back to the return center. I chose to get store credit so I could snag the right size on sale, but now I'm probably gonna miss out on that discount. Dealing with this return has been a real bummer, honestly.
Unhappy with Return Policy

Defective shoes
I bought some shoes from your store not too long ago and unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. When I contacted customer service to try and fix the problem, they didn't really seem to care and weren't willing to help. The person I talked to didn't want to admit that the defect was from a manufacturing mistake and just told me to buy another pair. It was really disappointing to see them not taking responsibility and not standing by their product.
Boots that didn't fit right
Man, I bought these boots and one of them was way smaller than the other one! I had to ship them back and get a larger size, and it cost me 15 bucks just to return them. And get this - they even charged me a restocking fee! I just wanted to swap them out for the same pair, but they were trying to make me pay an extra 25 bucks and wouldn't refund me the original price. I mean, come on! That refund policy is so whack, I'm definitely never shopping with them again.
Bought new shoes
I ordered these super adorable shoes online, but when I went to update my address, it didn't save and the order went to my old place. I immediately reached out to customer service, but they were totally rude and sarcastic, acting like they couldn't do anything to help. I was thinking, "Seriously, you can't switch up a shipping address??" So frustrating! Made me feel like they didn't give a single care about helping me out. But once I left a negative review, they finally got in touch with me and I finally got my cute shoes!
Boots
When I got my order from this company, I was super bummed out by how crummy the product was and how bad the customer service was. The delivery took forever, like three whole weeks after I bought it! And then the tracking number they gave me didn't even work, so I had no idea where my package was. It was so annoying and stressful. And when I finally got the boots, one of them had a big problem - there was a screw sticking out of the sole, making it impossible to wear. Just not cool at all.
