If you decide to send something back in the mail, get ready to wait a crazy long 17 days to get your money back, and they even make you pay for the return shipping. And to top it off, there have been times when they've sent me the completely wrong item. But even with all these problems, I still think the website is worth it for the amazing deals they have.

Mini macarons in a happy birthday box
I just bought some goodies from this bakery, thinking I was getting 25 mini cupcakes. But surprise, surprise - I got 25 mini macarons in a cute happy birthday box instead. Turns out, I accidentally tacked on macarons to my order for an extra $18, which was not my plan at all. The whole order cost me $80.00, which seemed way too pricey for what I got. I'll definitely be double-checking my orders from now on to prevent any mix-ups and save some cash.

Unhappy with Return Policy
My experience with the return policy at this store was a huge letdown. Bark box subscription
The customer service reps were really nice and helped me out when I needed to replace some toys, but man, the toys they sent were seriously lacking in quality. When I got the toys from my friend's Bark Box, they were super durable and kept my pup entertained. But the toys in my own subscription box were just not up to par - they were all flimsy with noisy crinkles and cheap squeaks. My dog tore through them in no time, and I found stuffing, plastic bits, and a weak squeaker all over the place. It was a big letdown compared to the awesome toys my friend got.
