    Defective bag

    I recently had a really bad experience with their customer service. I bought a bag that turned out to be broken, and when I tried to return it, I was told no because it was bought on sale. On top of that, they wanted me to pay for the return delivery which was £170. So basically, I ended up paying for taxes, duties, delivery, and return delivery for something that I couldn't even get my money back for. It was a frustrating and disappointing situation that really made me upset with their service. My advice is to shop at other places like Matches for a better time.

    I just bought a fancy bag from this store and I was pretty happy with how everything went down. There were a few hiccups with the delivery taking longer than expected, and the bag had a tiny tear when it arrived, but other than that it was all good. I was pleasantly surprised by the $9 international shipping fee, and my order got to me pretty fast, like within 48-72 hours. Overall, I'd say this store is a good bet for anyone on the lookout for some sweet deals on luxury fashion stuff.

    Missing order and lack of customer service

    I ordered something the other day and it never showed up. I've been pretty let down by how customer service has been handling it. It's been four days since they last got in touch with me, and I still don't have my stuff. I've had a terrible time with this whole situation and it feels like they don't care about me as a customer. They haven't even tried to fix things, so now I'm feeling disrespected and like they just took my money and ran. I would definitely tell others to steer clear of this company.

    Pants for Brother's New Year's Gift

    I recently bought a pair of pants online as a New Year's gift for my brother. I was drawn in by the low price but should have paid attention to the negative reviews. My experience with HBX was a huge letdown. The shipping was a total mess. FedEx tried to deliver the package twice without success, and I didn't get any notifications or updates on tracking. Finally, when the package arrived, it went to the wrong person. Trying to get help from customer service was a waste of time. They just talked to FedEx and gave me unhelpful answers. I realized that my order might never make it to me. I want to warn others about the risks of buying from this company.

    Denim jacket purchase

    I got an awesome denim jacket from this online store. At first, I shopped in stores back in Hong Kong, but once I moved to London, I started ordering online. Everything was fine in Hong Kong, but when my jacket had an issue, their customer service was terrible. They don't make it easy to find contact information and they make you pay for return shipping. Plus, it takes forever to get your refund. It's just not right!

    I had the worst experience buying from HBX. I had to pay way too much in taxes, and it took forever for my order to arrive all the way from Hong Kong. I felt totally ripped off and now I wish I never shopped there. They really should warn people about this stuff on their website.

    MM6 Maison Margiela sweater purchase

    I was really into this cool sweater I saw online on this website that was pretty far from me. I was a little hesitant at first, but I decided to go for it and it turned out great!     Unfortunate returns experience

    I had a really frustrating time with trying to return an item. I had to pay for the shipping back to Hong Kong, which was a hassle. Even reliable delivery services had trouble getting the package to the right place, so they had to come back and pick it up, which didn't always happen. The online form for returns was okay, but the 'help' email they gave me either didn't work or no one paid attention to it. The support I got was seriously lacking and not at all helpful.

    Shoes with black marks and sticky, damaged boxes

    I bought some stuff at this store and it was a total letdown. One pair of shoes had black marks inside, another pair smelled gross and was sticky, and two boxes were messed up because of bad packaging. When I tried to return them, customer service basically said too bad, so sad, and wouldn't take anything back. I'm never shopping here again because of their awful customer service.

    Misleading sizes

    I bought some shoes the other day, but when they arrived, the box had the wrong size printed on it which was super annoying. The person I talked to at customer service wasn't very helpful, and I ended up stuck with the shoes that don't fit because the return policy wasn't explained well. It's not right for customers to be put in this position, it just feels like a waste of money in the end.

    I had three different orders and they all had some serious issues. The bag I got had a strap that snapped on day one, the carabiner on the $400 (on clearance) bag was already broken and couldn't close, and the phone case fell apart in less than a month. It's not cool that they won't give refunds or allow returns.

    I received my order and it was actually broken. So, I tried reaching out to them for help via email but didn't hear back for a whole week. After sending a few more emails, I finally got a response. The package arrived quickly, but the communication afterwards was pretty lousy. Luckily, the customer service team contacted me and it turned out that their emails were ending up in my spam folder. I'm bumping up my rating to 4 stars, but still waiting for them to fix the issue.
