Reading app for struggling readers
This app for reading has really changed the game for me! School has been tough when it comes to reading, but Reading Eggs has made such a difference. It's like I have a personal teacher guiding me at my own speed without any distractions. I enjoy exploring the maps and earning certificates, it's really motivating! And being able to print out the maps is pretty cool too. Thanks to Reading Eggs, I feel more confident in my reading and writing skills, and even my behavior has gotten better. My teacher has even seen a difference in me! I'm so grateful for all that this app has done for me.

Liquor purchase
My experience with ordering from Saucey was a total disaster. Even though they confirmed my order, they never actually delivered it. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my order. This is the worst customer service I've ever had from an online vendor. I'm never ordering from Saucey again and I definitely recommend avoiding this unreliable company.

Wet dog food cases
I bought some wet dog food cases from this place and only got two out of three. Bummer, right? Called them, they fixed it though. So it's all good now, I guess. But seriously, why was it missing in the first place? Oh, and most of the cans were dented when they got here. Not cool at all. They better fix that if they want me to keep shopping here.

Expedited shipping and return policy
This seller totally dropped the ball on the whole expedited shipping thing and let me down big time. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's seriously lacking. I shelled out extra for that speedy shipping and my order still showed up late. And if you need to return something, they basically give you the worst options like reselling it yourself or just passing it off as a gift to a relative. Plus, they expect you to foot the bill for your own return shipping label. Talk about a hassle.

I've been using this glow up mask for a few weeks now and let me tell ya, I already see a difference in my skin! It feels a whole lot softer and looks way brighter. And can we talk about the eye protection that comes with it? It's a total game-changer because that light is crazy bright. And the fact that it's cordless? Amazing. I'm not chained to an outlet while using it. All in all, I gotta say I'm super pleased with my purchase!

women's leather jacket
I bought a leather jacket for women from this company and it was a total disaster. They sent me a child's jacket by mistake and when I reached out to customer service, the person I spoke with didn't seem to have a clue. They asked for pictures even though it was obviously a child-sized jacket. After sending the photos, I was told they needed to check with someone higher up to confirm. Three weeks went by with no word, so I decided to just return both jackets and hope for a refund. It's disappointing because I actually really like their products, but their customer service skills are seriously lacking.

Two shirts that were too big
I ordered two shirts and they showed up in two separate packages, and the second one took forever to get here. And let me tell you, the sizes were all messed up- those mediums were fitting more like larges or extra larges! So, I hopped online to return them, but there was no option to select the shirts from that second shipment. Then, I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were totally MIA! The phone hotline told me to use the online chat, but surprise, surprise, it wasn't even working. After sending two emails, still no response. I just want my money back, man!

£825 shoes
I got these really fancy shoes that everyone was raving about. And you know what? After only wearing them five times, the strap started falling off! I was so frustrated because I used up all my allowance on those shoes. Selfridges and that other brand didn't even bother to help. Thankfully, there was this super nice guy at Timpson’s who fixed them for me. But seriously, Selfridges and that brand are just the worst!
