Custom-size cosplay
I recently bought a cosplay outfit from this store that was supposed to be custom-sized, and I gotta say, I was super let down by the whole experience. I was really pumped to find a shop that would make a costume to fit me perfectly, 'cause it's always a struggle for me to find stuff that fits just right. But man, after I placed my order, I didn't hear squat about the status of it for months. When I finally reached out to ask what was up, they hit me with the bombshell that they don't actually do custom sizes. Talk about a major bummer - I felt totally duped and frustrated. I asked for a refund, but I haven't heard back from them yet. All in all, the customer service and communication at this shop were seriously lacking, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there if you need something custom-sized.
Expedited shipping and return policy
This seller totally dropped the ball on the whole expedited shipping thing and let me down big time. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's seriously lacking. I shelled out extra for that speedy shipping and my order still showed up late. And if you need to return something, they basically give you the worst options like reselling it yourself or just passing it off as a gift to a relative. Plus, they expect you to foot the bill for your own return shipping label. Talk about a hassle.
Halloween costume purchase
I bought a Halloween costume for my daughter from this store not too long ago and it wasn't the best experience. I shelled out extra cash for faster shipping so she could get it in time for the holiday, but when I didn't see any updates on the shipping status, I had to contact customer service myself. The reply I got was really unprofessional and they didn't take responsibility, which made me feel really frustrated and let down. So, my daughter ended up not having her costume for Halloween, and that was a bummer for both of us.
Kanna Kamui cosplay
I ordered a Kanna Kamui cosplay from this shop back in early September, but it's now November 3rd and still no sign of my order. I emailed customer service on October 7th asking about it, but I haven't heard back yet. Instead, I keep getting emails about sales and new products, which is annoying because my actual issue hasn't been addressed. I think as a customer, I deserve better communication and service. This whole situation has been pretty disappointing and I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone else.
Awesome Deadpool costume
I picked up a cool Deadpool costume from that store, but man, it was pretty crappy. It didn't fit right even though I got my size and when I tried to send it back, they wouldn't let me. I even sent them pics of the issues! Plus, the shipping took forever and nobody ever picks up the phone. What a waste of $100 on a costume I can't even wear. What a rip-off!
Cosplay order experience
I ordered a cosplay from this company not too long ago, and I've gotta say, it's been a pretty disappointing experience. Once I paid for my order, I didn't hear anything from them about what was going on with it. It wasn't until I reached out to them myself that they mentioned extra taxes I had to pay. Even after agreeing to pay up, I've been waiting forever for my cosplay outfit to arrive. At this rate, I doubt it'll ever show up. Based on how things have gone down, I wouldn't suggest buying from this website.
Awesome customer support
Oh my gosh, the people at this place are seriously the best! They were so helpful and kept me in the loop about my order. The outfit I bought is super cute, but I do wish it had pockets. It's not a huge deal though, because I still really love it! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer and recommend this place to all my friends!
Costume purchase
I recently bought a costume from this store and man, let me tell you, it was a total bummer. The thing never got sent out to me and just sat there labeled as unshipped for a whole month. When I reached out to customer service, they said it got snagged by customs and offered to give me my money back, but with this bogus "$20 restock/material fee." They wouldn't even show me any proof of this supposed customs trouble, and the tracking info still showed the item hadn't been shipped. I had to threaten to file a dispute on paypal just to get all my money back. This ordeal really turned me off, and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
Cowboy costume
I am so frustrated with this shop. Back in May, I bought a cowboy costume for £90. Got the confirmation email and everything, but it's now been over 70 days and still no sign of my order. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times asking for my money back, but they keep saying it's too late because the order is on its way. Well, it sure hasn't arrived yet. And to top it off, the tracking info they gave me was wrong, according to the delivery folks. Long story short, I wouldn't suggest this shop to anybody wanting to buy a costume.
Costume order gone wrong
I got this costume and boy, was it a mess! I made sure to order it with plenty of time before Halloween and even paid for quick shipping, but it still showed up late! And on top of that, the darn thing didn't even fit me right and had pieces missing. When I told them about it, they did nothing to fix it and wouldn't even give me a refund. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this store!
Clothing Outfit
I recently bought an outfit from an online store, and my experience with their service has been really disappointing. I placed my order on August 6th, paid for it right away, and patiently waited for an email with the tracking number and shipment info. But to my disappointment, I never heard anything from them. Worried, I emailed them on October 4th to ask about my order, and the response I got was so unprofessional and unsatisfactory. They said my country needed extra taxes and fees, which was why my order wasn't processed. I offered to pay the fees if they could still deliver by the end of the month. But now, it's October 21st and I haven't heard anything back. This kind of service is not okay and I feel really let down and frustrated. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Lack of Communication
As a first-time reviewer, I have to say I was pretty bummed out by the communication from this company. The customer service was seriously lacking - all I got were canned responses that didn't even answer my questions. I was stuck in this endless loop of the chat bubble saying it was "connecting you to a live agent" for a frustrating three weeks. No one responded to my messages about my order or payment status. I felt totally in the dark, not sure if I was getting scammed or if there was a real issue with my payment. Only when I threatened to cancel my order did I finally get a response. On top of that, the info on the website about order processing was totally misleading - my order was stuck in "processing" for way too long without any updates. I get that making costumes takes time, but I just wanted to know if my payment went through. The lack of communication and transparency was super frustrating and disappointing overall.
Uncertain origin of item
I just bought something from this store and was pretty bummed to discover that I couldn't figure out where it came from. On top of that, I shelled out double the price that was originally listed online. To make matters worse, I had to fork over extra cash for both an international shipping handling fee and another handling fee to the shipping company.
Unauthorized charges
I've had unauthorized charges on my account twice in the last month from this store. Both times I got hit with around $117 for stuff I never even ordered, on an account I don't have. It's so irritating having to keep an eye on my bank account and deal with this mess. Clearly, there are some major security problems with this website, so I wouldn't suggest buying anything from here to anyone.
Online order for Halloween costume
I just bought a Halloween costume online from this company. I paid with Paypal and had some problems with my order showing as pending. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but didn't hear back and now I'm feeling pretty annoyed. My son was really excited for his costume, and now we're scrambling to find something else. The lack of communication and bad customer service has really turned me off as a customer. I might have to go ahead and file a claim with Paypal to try and sort this out.
School backpack purchase
I just gotta say, this company has been a total nightmare to deal with. So, back in July, I ordered a school backpack from them but here we are in October and still no sign of it. They gave me a tracking number, but Canada Post and China Post don't even know what I'm talking about when I mention it. It's like my backpack magically vanished. I've reached out to customer service several times, but they've been absolutely useless and ignoring me completely. This whole thing has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Unpleasant experience
I had a really bad experience with this company I bought from. I realized they were trying to charge extra fees to my card without asking me. I got worried and had to cancel my credit card to stop any more sketchy charges. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about the charges, but they never got back to me. I would tell others to stay away from this company because it seems like they're up to some shady stuff.
Refused to accept low-quality product and received poor customer service.
I had the worst time dealing with this company. I told them I didn't want the product I ordered three months ago, and they just kept coming up with excuses for not canceling it. Finally, after 2.5 months of going back and forth, they sent me the shipping details. The quality of their work is not good, and they wouldn't give me a refund for something I didn't even want anymore. And to make matters worse, I still haven't gotten the artwork I asked for. It's just not right.
Costume too small
I just bought a costume from this online store, but it ended up being too small for me. I tried to return it and get a refund, but the customer service was no help at all. They said they don't do refunds and even told me to just keep the costume, which wasn't going to work. My whole experience with this company was really frustrating.
