Lack of Communication
As a first-time reviewer, I have to say I was pretty bummed out by the communication from this company. The customer service was seriously lacking - all I got were canned responses that didn't even answer my questions. I was stuck in this endless loop of the chat bubble saying it was "connecting you to a live agent" for a frustrating three weeks. No one responded to my messages about my order or payment status. I felt totally in the dark, not sure if I was getting scammed or if there was a real issue with my payment. Only when I threatened to cancel my order did I finally get a response. On top of that, the info on the website about order processing was totally misleading - my order was stuck in "processing" for way too long without any updates. I get that making costumes takes time, but I just wanted to know if my payment went through. The lack of communication and transparency was super frustrating and disappointing overall.

This company is amazing! I just got some 7 chakra earrings and a tree of life cross body purse, and I am thrilled with my order. The products are really high quality and the designs are gorgeous. The Crystal Contour Collection is honestly one-of-a-kind. I've been using it for a while and I gotta say, it really has helped define my facial contours. Quality supplements, fast delivery
The supplements I bought were really good quality and got here super quick. But, I was bummed to learn that the deal of buy 2 get 1 free only works if you buy the same product. It would be awesome if you could mix it up and pick different things so you don't end up with a bunch of the same stuff. Even with that hiccup, Cytoplan is still my favorite place to get supplements, my nutritionist always recommends them.

Got sent the wrong part and trying to get that resolved has been a nightmare. When removing my old exhaust to replace with theirs, the old was removed and not reusable. I'm not without a vehicle to drive due to their incompetence, what is frustrating is the lackluster customer service and the lack of concern this issue has caused.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered a model Ferrari for a coworker...to be sent to them at work as a present. After ordering I received an email that I needed to send them an "authorization form" since the model was being sent to a different address (not my home, but to a work address) Understandable...
I sent in the signed authorization form...to date the car had not arrived, so naturally I contacted them. Seems that the order was cancelled 4 days AFTER I sent the authorization. That's it, no other explanation.
My email to them:
" I don't understand. I sent the completed signed authorization on January 2nd, with the notation to let me know what else is needed, but yet the order was cancelled 4 days later? I don't understand, can you please explain?"
This was their email response to me:
"The order was placed on 12/22/23 and the email for form was sent 12/30 and then we waited until the 1/6/22 to cancel the order. If you want to re-order please call our customer service center and we will happy to help you."
I didn't mind their higher pricing since I know my coworker would really enjoy the car. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEMReview about: Blaroken

Flights Mojo is terrible, Joshua is a crook. i purchased tickets for my family and i and they were cancelled because of COVID. i had 2 future flight credits, but when i tried to book another flight the gave me the run around and stop answering my calls and emails. i ended up losing over $800 and i will never deal with FlightsMojo again. No worth it at all.

Desk hutch
Ordered a desk hutch. After a month of waiting for some sort of information i found out it was supposedly damaged in shipment. They never contacted me.. now i have been waiting a second month after they said they would ship another hutch. Supposedly it shipped but no tracking and no arrival date. Email says to check my account but it doesn't show up on their horrible order history. I don't recommend them. At this point i will cut my losses and order the hutch from a more reputable company

I'm a single mum just trying to get fit and tried to spoil myself one off. It has been 2 weeks and still no shipping confirmation. No response to my emails or direct messages on Instagram. Deleting my comments about it on their photos. Rather upset and definitely won't be buying their brand again.
placed an order with Rydereear on December 1st. I received an email on December 8th stating order update I was not forgotten and I would receive an email when my order ships. It is now the 16th with no new information.
I received an email that went out as a mass email from Ryderwear saying order products now to get by Christmas. This email came out on the 11th. How can people order on the 11th and get their products on or before Christmas and I haven't even got mine from the 1st? I have sent a total of 3 emails to them requesting an update with no response other than an automated reply stating they would get back to me within 2 days. I am so disappointed. Personalized Sign
First off, I looked for a company that was in a near by state so I know I would receive the personalized sign in time for Christmas. Way Up Gifts lists that they were founded in Pittsburgh, PA. If I knew the sign was coming from Hong Kong China I would have never ordered it knowing there would be a chance of not receiving it in time. I ordered the sign on November 24 and emailed Way Up Gifts to see if they could make some changes to the sign and if it would be here by Christmas. Way Up gifts Responded it would be here by Christmas. The Sign has just arrived in Chicago today (12/22/20) and will not be delivered until December 28th. The tracking they use is thee worst!! They lost my business! I do not recommend.
I also ordered a plush stuffed alligator and tracking never happened and finally arrived with two holes in it. I have bought better stuffed animals at Walmart and they have lasted years. I thought I was ordering from the US, but underneath the sticker it was sent from China to Jamaica NY, and then to me. All around this company gets an F.

Loving the Lionel 818-5101-245 G Scale Nylon Worm Drive Wheel For Thomas and 0-6-0 Loco I ordered through Trainz recently. The part was just what I needed to get the Thomas The Tank Engine operational. Ordering the part was easy and the part came in a timely manner.
I received a BRIX Great American Ball Park for Christmas. It is missing all of the dark gray pieces. The would like me to inventory all 3200 pieces and tell them what is missing. I said I wanted to return the item and they stated fine as long as I hadn't opened any of the packaging. How could I inventory without opening. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever.
