Gentle baby clothes
After I washed the baby clothes on a delicate cycle, they looked all worn out and starting to pill. I reached out to the company and they told me that it's common with their fabric, but can be fixed by ironing and using a lint remover. They said it's not a defect, but I was bummed to find out they had a warning about it on their website. It made me feel let down and skeptical.
Soft bamboo and cotton sleep suits
The sleep suits are really nice, I love how soft and breathable they are, which is perfect for when it's hot out. But I do wish there were more choices available, especially when it comes to how they close. The two-way zip is okay, but I think poppers would be easier, especially since my son is on the taller side for his age and could use a bit more length. It would be awesome to have more colors and patterns to choose from with the popper closures.
Quick and helpful customer service
Don't bother looking anywhere else, let me tell you Mori's customer service is top-notch! They get back to you right away and are so nice and helpful. I was really impressed by how they pay attention to the little things and truly care about their customers. It's a nice change from the usual blah service you get at other places.

I had such a good experience with Mori customer service when I had to cancel my order because the sizes were wrong. Kathlene was amazing in helping me out fast and getting everything sorted out. She not only canceled the order quickly, but she also gave me a new coupon code to use. She was smart to realize that the old code I had wouldn't work anymore because the system would think I'm a returning customer, not a new one. I really appreciate how helpful and smart Kathlene was.

I was so excited to get this super adorable leopard stroller fleece for my new baby brother, but I ended up ordering the wrong color by mistake. I decided to shoot the company an email, and to my surprise, they got back to me super quickly, within just 24 hours!
