Lost parcel issue
I had this thing where a package went missing, so I hit up the customer service folks on WhatsApp. Man, they were quick to respond and really came through, getting everything sorted out in just a day. I gotta say, I was really impressed by how on the ball they were and how dedicated they were to fixing things up right away. It was hands down one of the top-notch customer service experiences I've had in a minute. If you ever run into any issues, I totally suggest hitting them up on WhatsApp.

Necklace purchase
I purchased this really beautiful necklace on their website two months ago, but I still haven't received it! I shelled out $170 for it and now it's just missing in action. I've sent them five emails and tried chatting with them four times, but I haven't gotten any response or the necklace. I'm super disappointed about the whole situation.

Foot bath repair
I live in Israel and had a problem with my foot bath, so I decided to reach out to HoMedics for help. It took them forever to get back to me via email, and then they directed me to their Israeli agents, the Kaufman Group. When I showed up for my repair appointment at the store in Jerusalem, it was closed with no explanation. I tried reaching out to both the Kaufman Group and HoMedics several times, but they completely ignored me. The customer service was just awful. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether!

Anniversary bouquet
I ordered an anniversary bouquet from this company not too long ago and I've gotta say, I was super bummed with how it turned out. The flowers looked nothing like the picture online, and they were already starting to wilt when they got to me. All the colors were super boring and the whole arrangement was just meh. I tried reaching out to customer service to let them know how I felt, but they were slow to respond and didn't even say sorry. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
