Soft bamboo and cotton sleep suits
The sleep suits are really nice, I love how soft and breathable they are, which is perfect for when it's hot out. But I do wish there were more choices available, especially when it comes to how they close. The two-way zip is okay, but I think poppers would be easier, especially since my son is on the taller side for his age and could use a bit more length. It would be awesome to have more colors and patterns to choose from with the popper closures.

Sold out item purchase
I just bought something from LN-CC, but then they told me a few days later that it was already sold out. I was really looking forward to getting it and now it's gone. I could have gotten it somewhere else if I had known sooner. It's sold out everywhere now, so I'm pretty bummed that I missed out on the item I wanted.

Necklace purchase
I purchased this really beautiful necklace on their website two months ago, but I still haven't received it! I shelled out $170 for it and now it's just missing in action. I've sent them five emails and tried chatting with them four times, but I haven't gotten any response or the necklace. I'm super disappointed about the whole situation.

Foot bath repair
I live in Israel and had a problem with my foot bath, so I decided to reach out to HoMedics for help. It took them forever to get back to me via email, and then they directed me to their Israeli agents, the Kaufman Group. When I showed up for my repair appointment at the store in Jerusalem, it was closed with no explanation. I tried reaching out to both the Kaufman Group and HoMedics several times, but they completely ignored me. The customer service was just awful. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether!

Cat car sticker purchase
I bought a cat car sticker from this company after seeing it online. It looked awesome in the pictures, so I was super stoked to get it. But when it came, I was totally let down. The sticker was way too small, like it wouldn't even cover half of my back window, as it did in the ad. It was more like something you'd put on a phone instead of a car. I felt like they tricked me and it really bugged me. I'd recommend steering clear of this company.
