Lost item due to DHL Express and poor customer support
I had a pretty bad experience with this company. I ordered something, but it never arrived because DHL Express lost it in transit. The tracking stopped in Italy, and when I tried to get help from customer support, I didn't hear back from them. I was so frustrated with not getting any help that I had to open a case through PayPal, but even then it was hard to get a solution. This whole situation has been a waste of my time and left me feeling let down by how the company dealt with it. I think it's safe to say that I won't be ordering from them again.
Fast delivery, good pricing
My order got here quicker than I thought it would, and I was pleasantly surprised. They've got a great selection of designer brands at really good prices, so I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Early arrival of purchase
I was really happy when my order from LN-CC showed up early. It was a nice surprise to see that they fixed their shipping problems and got my stuff to me quickly. I'm grateful for the work they put in to make their service better.
Men's outerwear
I bought some men's jackets from LN-CC recently, and even though the shipping took a day or two longer than I thought, I was really happy with everything. They had a ton of great jacket choices that were super well-made. The website was easy to use, so shopping was a breeze. The jacket I got looked just like I expected it to and was made really well. The only small issue was the shipping delay, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't change how happy I was with my purchase.
New clothes
I've gotta stop dreaming and just admit it - I keep going back to ln-cc.com to get my fashion fix. The shipping was alright, but what really gets me is their amazing variety of clothes that satisfy my obsession with looking fabulous.
Kitchen centerpiece purchase
I'm so excited about the kitchen centerpiece I got from LN-CC! It's absolutely gorgeous and really stands out on my island. The design is beautiful and adds a special touch to my home decor. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, and I can tell it's made with top-notch materials. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Jumper in a different color from what the customer already owns
I've always been a loyal customer of this upscale brand, but when they didn't have the specific jumper I wanted in my size, I decided to check out another store. LN-CC really came through for me. The quality of the product was top-notch, and I could tell it was authentic compared to the one I already had. The jumper was just as great as I had hoped, and I was impressed by all the choices on their website. Even though I was a little hesitant at first, this experience with LN-CC has made me more willing to try out different retailers in the future.
My new cool stuff
I recently got some really neat stuff from LN-CC, and ordering it was a breeze. However, returning it turned out to be a bit of a hassle. I had to give their customer service line a buzz to iron out the details, and even then, DHL dropped the ball and missed the pickup window. It was frustrating!
Birthday gift order
I bought a birthday present and paid more for express shipping ‘cause I needed it quickly. It’s been 3 days and still no confirmation it’s been sent, so I emailed them. Turns out there was a holiday in Italy holding up my order even more. They said they’d refund me for the extra shipping cost, but it’s been a whole week and my order still hasn’t shipped. Their service is the worst!
Sold out item purchase
I just bought something from LN-CC, but then they told me a few days later that it was already sold out. I was really looking forward to getting it and now it's gone. I could have gotten it somewhere else if I had known sooner. It's sold out everywhere now, so I'm pretty bummed that I missed out on the item I wanted.
Jacket and pants
I got this awesome jacket and pants from here. The jacket fit perfectly, but the pants were a tad too big, so I had to send them back. The stuff came in really nice packaging and got here super quick. The customer service was amazing too, they emailed me back within a day. Thanks LN-CC, I even snagged your app!
Stylish and unique clothing
I absolutely love LN-CC! They have such cool and one-of-a-kind clothes that you can't find anywhere else. I just bought some stuff from them and I was super impressed with how good everything looked and how well it was made. And shipping was crazy fast, plus the tracking they gave me was really detailed, which was awesome. I had to send something back because it didn't fit right, but the return was easy-peasy. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping at LN-CC and I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Sneakers received in original box
I ordered my sneakers on Monday and just got them yesterday. The delivery was quick, but the FedEx guy made a mistake and left the package on the wrong floor. Other than that, everything was fine - my sneakers came in perfect condition in the original box.
Fragile tableware purchase
I recently bought some delicate tableware from LN-CC and, for the most part, I was happy with the quality. But I got a little bummed when one of the bowls showed up wrapped in loose bubble wrap inside a torn and weak box. It made me worry about whether the stuff made it through shipping okay. I reckon LN-CC could step up their game when it comes to packaging, especially for fragile things like tableware.
Expensive damaged bag
I recently bought this really pricey bag from LN-CC, but man, it was a total bummer. When it showed up, I saw that it had some serious damage and scratches on it. That was a real letdown, especially since I shelled out a lot of cash for it. I was super bummed because I needed it for this event coming up, and I didn't really have time to send it back or try to swap it out. It really stinks to drop a bunch of money on something and then get it in not-so-great shape. Stores need to remember that people work hard for their money and want to get top-notch, brand new stuff when they spend their dough.
App is easy to use
The app is really easy to use, I can find things I like and save them to my wishlist. I appreciate how clear the pictures are so I can see exactly what I'm getting. It's nice because it makes me feel like I'm actually shopping in a store, but I can do it all from my couch.
Second time shopping experience
Great service, items were packaged really well. The prices were competitive, they kept me updated on shipping, and no issues with customs or import duties.
Fast shipping, no problems
I got some really awesome stuff and it arrived really quickly with no issues at all. They had a pretty good selection too.
Small bag
I picked up a bag, but it was too small for me, so I had to send it back. The whole process went really smoothly - from shipping it back to getting my refund. The package had a bit of damage when it arrived, but I blame that on Fedex. I definitely would shop here again.
Oversized tee in wrong color.
I ordered a shirt online and they sent me the wrong color again! This is the second time they messed up - last time it was the wrong size on a sweater. So frustrating, you know?
