Monthly donation troubles
I'm really frustrated right now! I signed up for a monthly donation and now I can't figure out how to stop them from charging my credit card. I've tried clicking on all the links to stop the payment, but none of them are working. Ugh, this is so annoying!
A cool bracelet with Hebrew writing
I got this super cool bracelet with Hebrew writing on it, but I was really confused why I had to pay for shipping twice! I paid $12 for shipping and then got hit with an extra $18 in duty fees. I tried asking about it, but no one gave me an answer. And to top it off, when my package finally arrived, the bracelet wasn't even in there!
Charity confusion resolved
I had such a hard time trying to find the charity I was looking to help out, but then they reached out after seeing my review. They explained that they were actually listed under a different name on Charity Navigator. I was pretty upset at first, but now I totally get it.
Necklace purchase
I purchased this really beautiful necklace on their website two months ago, but I still haven't received it! I shelled out $170 for it and now it's just missing in action. I've sent them five emails and tried chatting with them four times, but I haven't gotten any response or the necklace. I'm super disappointed about the whole situation.

I thought I was getting a good deal on my purchase, but when I went to check out, they tried to sneak in extra charges without asking me first. It felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me, and I was not happy. Remember to be cautious when you're checking out and always double-check your total before clicking that purchase button!
Frustrating email subscriptions
Man, I've tried like four times to get off their email list but those annoying messages just won't quit. It's like they're holding on for dear life or something! Never had a company cling on like this before. I'd tell anyone considering giving them your email just to satisfy your curiosity – think twice unless you want your inbox flooded for life.
Artza box purchase
Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience as a customer who ordered an Artza box from this company. I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole process. My husband actually ordered it back in August 2022, and it's been a bit of a headache ever since. We were supposed to get multiple boxes, but we only ended up receiving one. We spent a good chunk of change - $279 in total - so to not get what we were expecting is really frustrating. And when I reached out to Artza about the problem, they weren't able to make it right. I'm feeling pretty let down and unsatisfied with both the product and the customer service.
