    Air Purifier AP-T40WT

    I recently bought an air purifier from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total game-changer for me. It not only does a great job purifying the air in my home, but it also comes with a UV-lamp that claims to kill viruses - that's why I pulled the trigger on this purchase. The noise level is super low on the lowest setting, so it's great for using at night. With a 3-year warranty, I feel good about how long this product will last. I've also had a massage gadget from this brand for over a decade and it's still working perfectly. Overall, I'm really happy with both products and have no complaints at all.

    Foot and calf massager, neck and traps massager with heat

    I recently bought a foot and calf massager along with a neck and traps massager that has heat, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with both of them. The neck and traps massager is awesome because it has little spots for your hands, so you can adjust it just right. I wish it was cordless, but the corded version works fine for me. Now, the foot and calf massager is a total game-changer. After a tough day of standing and lifting at work, using this thing feels like heaven for my feet and calves. I seriously can't say enough good things about these products, I use them every day and they work wonders.

    Faulty humidifier purchased

    I bought a humidifier from this company for my house, and let me tell you, I was really disappointed. I filled up the tank, turned it on, and water started leaking out everywhere because of a faulty valve. I was so frustrated that I contacted customer service right away to try to fix the problem. They sent me a FedEx label, but then things went downhill. I dropped off the package at a FedEx place, and according to the tracking info, it made it to a facility near the warehouse but then just vanished. When I called customer service, they said they didn't have any record of getting the return and wouldn't send me a replacement. They even said it could take 4 weeks to process the return, which is just not okay. They blamed FedEx for the problem, but they didn't want to admit to their own mistakes. It's pretty obvious they care more about making excuses than actually helping their customers. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    I bought a humidifier from y'all not too long ago. Sadly, it crapped out on me after just six months. I depend on that thing to help with my health problems. I reached out to your customer service folks and they told me to send it back with a prepaid FedEx label. But now the broken humidifier is MIA thanks to some shipping mishap. I gave FedEx all the info they needed, but they won't help me because the sender is listed as your company. Can y'all help me out here?

    Pro massager purchase

    So my massager from this place just stopped working after a year of using it lightly. The motor was smoking and the attachment for the massage wouldn't move. I'm really bummed out and definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Air Purifier Filter Refill

    The air purifier itself is great and I've been using it happily for a few years now. But let me tell you, trying to get a filter refill has been a total nightmare thanks to their lousy customer service. You can only order online, and when I called for help, I was stuck on hold for 25 minutes only to be told they couldn't find a match for my product number. So, I ended up with the wrong filter that didn't even fit. I tried emailing and even left my number for a call back, but I never heard anything back. After finally getting in touch with someone, I was told I had to pay to return the wrong filter and order the right one online. It was a frustrating and unhelpful experience, to say the least.

    My massager. Battery croaked after 16 months.

    So I bought this massager and I only used it a few times and then out of nowhere the battery just died on me after 16 months. Can you believe that? And then I find out the warranty is only for 12 months so the company can't do anything to help me. And to top it off, the battery isn't even replaceable so I had no choice but to throw it in the trash. Such a waste of money on such crappy quality.

    Foot bath repair

    I live in Israel and had a problem with my foot bath, so I decided to reach out to HoMedics for help. It took them forever to get back to me via email, and then they directed me to their Israeli agents, the Kaufman Group. When I showed up for my repair appointment at the store in Jerusalem, it was closed with no explanation. I tried reaching out to both the Kaufman Group and HoMedics several times, but they completely ignored me. The customer service was just awful. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether!

    Overpriced shipping

    I just bought something from here and dang, the shipping costs were crazy high! So, I decided to return it and man, I was even more surprised when I found out they wouldn't refund me for those expensive shipping fees I originally paid. The customer service person I talked to wasn't much help either. They kept saying I should've called first to get this special "mailer" label. This whole thing just left a bad feeling in my gut, so I would definitely not suggest buying from this place.

    $500 drift table purchase

    I recently bought this drift table and it didn't work like I hoped. I had to contact customer service and man, they took forever to get back to me - like 1 to 5 business days between each email. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, they admitted the product was faulty. But get this - they wanted me to pay for the return shipping just to exchange it for a working one. That lack of responsibility and care for customers really bummed me out.

    I got this face mask online, you know? But then I tried to use my 30% off coupon and it was a no-go! Turns out the mask I wanted wasn't part of the deal, and they didn't tell me until I tried to use the coupon. Sneaky, right?     I just bought the Indoor 3-Tier Relaxation Tabletop Fountain and ran into a problem - the power adapter it came with doesn't work with my outlets. When I reached out to customer service, I was bummed to hear that using the product outside the USA would void the warranty, even though it's sold in other countries.

    Blood Pressure Monitor

    I got this blood pressure monitor a while back, and it had a lifetime warranty, which was awesome. But then it stopped working, so I reached out for a replacement. They sent me a new one, but this time it only had a 5-year warranty. What's the deal with that? And now that one crapped out too! They're telling me I have to send back the old one before they'll send me a new one, but it's been forever and I'm still waiting. Not cool at all. The product quality is garbage and the customer service is even worse.
