Lifesaving device purchase
After doing a lot of research and going through two strokes myself, I finally decided to buy a lifesaving device. I had been looking into different options for more than a year, but it wasn't until my neighbor found me after a stroke and my occupational therapist found me during an appointment that I knew I had to do something. The tipping point was when I saw an ad for the device I ended up picking in a new AARP Bulletin. I should have called earlier, but like they say, it's better late than never.

I just bought the Indoor 3-Tier Relaxation Tabletop Fountain and ran into a problem - the power adapter it came with doesn't work with my outlets. When I reached out to customer service, I was bummed to hear that using the product outside the USA would void the warranty, even though it's sold in other countries.

Jersey and hat
Yeah, so I bought this awesome jersey and hat online 'cause I have a big game next week. I even paid for the fast shipping, but it's taking forever and hasn't even been shipped yet! What's up with that?! Now they're saying it'll take even longer? Such a bummer, dude. And when I called to ask about it, they were no help at all. Definitely not buying from them again.

7 piece set pans from a retailer
Pans are awesome. I had a problem with one peeling off, but the customer service was super fast and helpful. I called to file a claim and got a replacement within a week. Overall, really happy with the quality and service.

Business Malay online course
I just bought this Business Malay online course and it's been so great for boosting my vocabulary. It's all about those business phrases, but they also threw in some everyday stuff like talking travel, catching a cab, and hopping on public transit. What I really liked was how they had native speakers saying the words, it made it feel way more personal than those boring robot voices you usually get with online courses. All in all, I'm super happy with how the course is put together.

Super happy sweatshirt
Oh my goodness, I got this sweatshirt and it's seriously so cozy and warm! I was really excited when I ordered it, but then I didn't hear anything about the shipping and no package showed up. I was like, "What's going on??" I had to reach out to them and they were just like, "Oops, we actually don't have any left." I was so disappointed! It's happened to me before too, which is just not fair. I mean, how can you sell me something you don't even have in stock? And then they send me an email about the sweatshirt and I tried to buy it right away, but then it sold out in like two hours? Seriously, they should make more if it's that popular! They should have told me it was sold out before I purchased it. I had to ask for a refund. Not cool at all, dude.
