Nike Merlin EPL Match Ball purchase
I recently bought a Nike Merlin EPL match ball from this store when they were having a big sale. I was really excited to get a good deal on a high-quality ball, but my excitement quickly faded. The ball came pretty quickly, but when I checked it out, I saw that it was uneven in some spots and had bulges on three of the seams. When I kicked it, it wobbled all over the place, just like a cheap $20 ball. Looks like this might not be a real Nike ball since the quality was definitely not what I expected. I was super disappointed with my purchase overall and won't be coming back to this store again.
Cleats purchase
I recently bought a pair of cleats from this company, but the sizing was way off. The shoes were supposed to be a size 9, but they felt more like an 8 when I tried them on. When I returned the cleats, I had to pay for the shipping back to the company, and they wouldn't refund me for that. I contacted customer service, and they told me they don't refund shipping costs unless there's something wrong with the item. It doesn't seem right to me, and I'm not happy with how it all turned out. I won't be buying anything else from them in the future.
Youth soccer cleats
I bought some youth soccer cleats from this store recently and it was a big mistake. They weren't what I expected at all. Instead of the original insoles from the brand, the cleats came with some cheap, unbranded ones that didn't look good. When I told the store about it, they gave me a crazy excuse - they said the branding must have come off after just two games. Who does that happen to? It was obvious they switched the insoles but didn't want to admit it. I was really let down by their lack of honesty and refusal to fix the problem.
Monchengladbach jersey
I bought a Monchengladbach jersey from this website and had a terrible experience. It took forever to get to me, going through a bunch of different cities before finally arriving. When I finally got it, I noticed that it didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. I specifically chose this site because they showed the jersey with cool details like the 120 year text under the badge and the Monchengladbach name on the back. But when it came, those features weren't there even though I paid a lot for it. I felt like they tricked me with false advertising on the site. I definitely won't be shopping here again and I would tell others to stay away too, unless they want to get scammed like I did.
Team uniforms, late August order
I ordered our team uniforms back in late August, and I've been waiting patiently for them to arrive. I know things have been slower because of Covid-19, but now I found out that one of my teammates who ordered in late September already got their uniforms. They ordered the same size and items as me, but their order was fulfilled before mine. Customer service says they're working on my order, but I'm wondering why the other order was processed ahead of mine.
Soccer jersey with UCL badge
I recently bought a soccer jersey with the UCL badge from this website, but I was pretty bummed out by how things turned out. The jersey I got didn't have the UCL badge, which was a major bummer since it was supposed to come with one. Thankfully, when I reached out to their customer service, they refunded me for the missing badge, which was a relief. But then, after wearing the jersey just a couple of times, the paint started coming off. I contacted customer service again and they asked me to send the jersey back for them to check it out. They said they didn't find any issues with the paint and gave me the choice to either have the jersey sent back to me as is or get a gift card. All in all, I wasn't happy with the jersey's quality or the customer service I received.
Expedited delivery for Christmas
I bought something and paid extra to get it before Christmas, but it didn't come on time like they said. I got an email on December 21st saying it was just shipped and wouldn't arrive until December 30th. That messed up my plans because I wanted to give it as a Christmas gift. When I contacted customer service about it, they were not helpful at all. They pretty much said too bad, which made me really frustrated and unhappy with how everything turned out.
Bookkeeping services
I've been using their bookkeeping services for 8 years now. Recently, I noticed some changes in how they run things that caused some financial issues. It seems like they decided to put more attention on their rooftop soccer fields instead of their main retail business and paying off debts. This change happened suddenly and it's been disappointing to see how they're managing things. But I have to admit, their bookkeeping services have always been top-notch. The team is great at keeping my financial records in order and they're always professional and efficient.
Manchester City socks, lowest price
I recently bought some Manchester City socks and got them for the best price out of all the other stores I checked. The shipping costs were also pretty fair. I was happy to get my package in a decent amount of time.
Cleats purchase
I just bought some new cleats from this store to improve my soccer equipment, but when they came, they were a whole size too small. They didn't fit right and I couldn't even use them. Jersey with customized name
I just bought a jersey from this store with my name on it, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the quality and service I got. I've had issues in the past with lettering peeling off after only a few wears, and the customer service at other places was not great at all. But when my Upper 90 jersey started to peel after just one wear, I reached out to the company and they quickly agreed to replace it. Plus, the player whose name was on the jersey got traded the day I sent it back, so I asked for a new name and they were super cool about it. I'll definitely be coming back to this store and won't shop for jerseys anywhere else!

This place is awesome! I was able to order my stuff super fast and the price was really good. The coolest thing was how they kept me in the loop the whole time. UPPER 90: A Solid, but Unremarkable Soccer Retail Experience
I recently had the opportunity to work with UPPER 90 and overall, my experience was pretty good. The team at UPPER 90 was professional and easy to communicate with. They made the process of ordering and receiving my products straightforward and hassle-free.
One thing I really appreciated about UPPER 90 was the variety of products they offered. They had a great selection of soccer gear, including balls, cleats, and jerseys. I was able to find everything I needed for my team all in one place.
The prices at UPPER 90 were also reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products. I was impressed by the durability of the items I purchased and have no doubt they will hold up to regular use.
The only downside to my experience with UPPER 90 was the lack of physical stores. It would have been nice to be able to try out some of the products in person before making a purchase. However, with the detailed product descriptions and the option to return items that didn't fit or meet my expectations, I was still able to make informed decisions about my purchases.
Overall, I had a positive experience with UPPER 90 and would definitely consider shopping with them again in the future.
