Damaged product with ink stains
I got a messed up item from my order - ink stains all over it and ripped. Looked like blank ink. Couldn't use it, didn't make me happy. Been trying to talk to customer service to return it or get a new one, but can't get through. This whole thing has me feeling annoyed and let down. Won't be ordering from them again.
Sports apparel
My experience with this store was so frustrating. I ordered some sports gear online and ran into nothing but problems right away. Trying to track my order was a nightmare, with the system glitching all the time and sending me in circles. And to top it off, every time I tried to contact customer service for help, my calls were ignored for hours. The lack of communication and responsiveness was so aggravating. It made me feel like my business didn't matter at all.
Gift card issue
I had a really bad experience with my gift cards at that store. The customer service was terrible - the staff didn't know how to help me at all. They were giving me different info, and it was clear they weren't talking to each other. Plus, I found out the prices there were way higher than other places online. No deals or sales either, so it seems like they care more about money than customers. I was really disappointed overall and won't be going back.
Bought a jersey
Alright, so listen, I was pretty ticked off at first because Rally House really dropped the ball on my order. They ended up sending me two boys jerseys instead of the men's XL I actually ordered. But then I got in touch with this guy Michael L. and he was awesome - he fixed everything up for me. Turns out they fulfill orders through their stores and sometimes they make mistakes, but Michael came through and made sure I got the right jersey in a jiffy. I'll give them 4 stars because of the mix-up, but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. Just remember, if you run into any issues, hit up the chat option because their phone customer service isn't the greatest.

Online jersey order
I just bought some jerseys online from this store, and man, it was a total letdown. They ended up getting sent to some random city over 800 miles from where I live in Illinois. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they straight up told me they wouldn't give me a refund because technically the order was delivered. That's just not cool at all. If you want reliable delivery, I'd steer clear of shopping at this store.
Damaged Dallas Cowboys Freezer Mugs
Rallyhouse really needs to step up their game when it comes to packaging and protecting items for shipping. I recently ordered two Dallas Cowboys Freezer Mugs, and they showed up in terrible condition. The packaging was lacking - it was just a flimsy plastic bag with a soggy packing slip, gel pellets, and wet strips of shredded paper. Both mugs were in bad shape, with one having chipped edges and the other having cracks and a detached rim. I've never seen such a shipping mess before. Rallyhouse really needs to up their packaging game to avoid incidents like this in the future.
CLE sports jersey purchase
I went to Rally House at Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio not too long ago and I was really impressed by all the CLE sports jerseys they had. I was on the hunt for the next addition to my jersey collection, and this store had exactly what I needed. The staff there really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect jersey. It was a great shopping trip and I'll definitely be back for more sports gear in the future.
My new shirt
I picked up this really awesome shirt at the store, but when I got back home I noticed they actually charged me more than what the price tag showed! I was pretty disappointed because I really didn't feel like making the trip back to the store, but I definitely wanted my money back. Luckily, they ended up reaching out to me and refunded me the extra cash! I was thrilled that they took the initiative to fix their error. Now I can wear my new shirt with confidence, knowing I didn't get swindled.
Jersey and hat
Yeah, so I bought this awesome jersey and hat online 'cause I have a big game next week. I even paid for the fast shipping, but it's taking forever and hasn't even been shipped yet! What's up with that?! Now they're saying it'll take even longer? Such a bummer, dude. And when I called to ask about it, they were no help at all. Definitely not buying from them again.

I gotta tell you, dealing with this company was such a nightmare. Their customer service? Seriously lacking. I tried everything to get in touch, but no luck – just automated replies. Talk about being stuck in a loop! It doesn't make the refund problem any better, that's for sure.
Online shopping experience
I just tried reaching out to customer service for this store through their website chat, email, call center, and text options, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I never heard back and my issues were never resolved. It's really disheartening to see such awful customer service where it's like they don't even have real people to talk to. As a customer, I deserve better help and communication. Needless to say, this whole thing has left me feeling so frustrated and disappointed that I definitely won't be a returning customer.
Gift items ordered
This company is just awful, let me tell you. I ordered two things from their website for Christmas gifts - one had personalization and the other didn't. The non-personalized one was late to ship out, and the personalized one showed up all damaged and scratched. When I reached out to customer service about it, all they did was make excuses and apologize, no real help at all. They even tried to blame the postal service for losing the item that never even got to me! How can they not own up to their own mess-ups? It's just not right!
Pacheco Chiefs jersey for my grandson
I had such an amazing experience at Rally House when I bought a Pacheco Chiefs jersey for my 5-year-old grandson. Delaney, the customer service rep, was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure the jersey got to me in time for the Super Bowl, even though it was a long shot. Delaney was truly a lifesaver, and I really appreciate all her hard work. It really meant a lot to me that Rally House listened to my concerns and had someone like Delaney help me out. I can't thank Rally House and Delaney enough for their exceptional service. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
Sportswear apparel
My experience at Rally House was really disappointing. I ordered some sports clothes, but their customer service was a mess. When I called to check on my order, I waited for over 10 minutes and then had to choose a call back. Finally, a woman called me back, but she was short with me and didn't really help much. My order wasn't even showing up in their system, which just added to my confusion and frustration. She just told me to check a text message for my order number to print a return label, and then had the nerve to ask for the shipping fee to be waived because of their mistakes. When I asked why she couldn't help me directly, she just ignored me and hung up, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless. Basically, Rally House's customer service sucked and left a bad taste in my mouth.
Shirt by "47" brand
I bought this shirt from Rally House not too long ago, but when I wore it for the first time, I saw that there was this huge hole starting to form under the arm because the seam was coming apart. So, I tried to take it back to the store in Frisco, TX, but they wouldn't let me exchange it and told me I had to get in touch with the manufacturer, "47".
Customer service experience
I just wanted to share that I had a really great experience with a super helpful employee at one of the stores. They were so friendly and their level of service totally blew me away. It's not often you find people who are so committed to making sure customers are happy. I left feeling really happy with the whole experience and I'll definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
Baseball jersey purchase
I just bought a baseball jersey from this store and gotta say, dealing with their customer service was a huge letdown. It took forever to get a hold of them, either waiting on the phone or for a text back. Finally when I did talk to someone, they weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care much about answering my questions. The lack of communication and slow responses really made shopping there a disappointment.

I went to the store the other day, and man, I gotta say, I was let down by the customer service. I called to ask about some sports stuff, and while the employee did help me out, she was just so rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and I felt like she was just trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible. I was really surprised by how basic her customer service skills were, and it really rubbed me the wrong way.
Penn State pint glass
I bought a Penn State pint glass from this place and man, it was a huge letdown. The quality was terrible - after only washing it twice, the decals started peeling off and now it's just a plain old glass. I tried contacting customer service for some help, but they straight up ignored me. And then, as the cherry on top, I got an email asking for a review, but when I tried to leave one, the dang website wouldn't let me. This place is a total joke and a scam, don't waste your time or money here.
