Baseball jersey purchase
I just bought a baseball jersey from this store and gotta say, dealing with their customer service was a huge letdown. It took forever to get a hold of them, either waiting on the phone or for a text back. Finally when I did talk to someone, they weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care much about answering my questions. The lack of communication and slow responses really made shopping there a disappointment.
Penn State pint glass
I bought a Penn State pint glass from this place and man, it was a huge letdown. The quality was terrible - after only washing it twice, the decals started peeling off and now it's just a plain old glass. I tried contacting customer service for some help, but they straight up ignored me. And then, as the cherry on top, I got an email asking for a review, but when I tried to leave one, the dang website wouldn't let me. This place is a total joke and a scam, don't waste your time or money here.

Rally House has some serious employee attitude issues in the Dallas store at Preston Forest. Or business is really good and they don't need to worry about additional sales.
I went into pick up an order and was the only customer in the store. The person at the register watched me walk in and did not say anything, she just continued folding tissue paper. I walked up to the counter, and she turned around to face me. I said I'm here to pick-up and order and her response was I'll be with you in a few minutes. She turned her back to me and resumed folding tissue paper. After 2 minutes I walked out.6 chiefs jerseys
Purchased 6 jerseys that were on sale. Only received 1 and that’s only because i has to keep calling. First called and they said my order was on back order, but i will get it. Week later haven’t heard anything so i called back and it was determined that they hadn’t even started on my order and items were out of stock. It took them 3 days to let me know that all, but one of the items that i purchased was out of stock mean while everybody that i know ordered after me had already received their items. I’m still waiting for a manger to call, but I’m sure that won’t happen. I’ve spent so much money with them within the last year, but I’ll never shop there again
Long Sleeve T-shirt with large Texas Longhorn imprint
I have received 3 shirts now and every one has a a lopsided/crooked longhorn imprint. I have sent the first two back and received the third one today. I contacted customer service each time by phone and they tell me to send an email explaining the problem and attaching a photo - all of which I have done each time. I've also explained the problem and asked that the shipping clerk look at the new shirt and make sure it was printed correctly - nope, never happens. They have regional shipping centers and I don't think there is a centralized quality control. I'd never order from this company again.

Lousy customer service, ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 3, it was shipped and delivered to another city nowhere close to where we live. Have called and complained to customer service numerous times, got the run around...asked for a refund, still not received. Talked to so many different reps and they all had different stories....DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE...we have to contact our credit card to file complaint and get our refund for item never received.
