Faulty battery pack
I bought a battery pack from this store and it ended up being defective. They eventually issued a recall for it, but all they gave me was a small gift card. They didn't offer any other options like replacing the product or fixing it. It's annoying to spend money on something that doesn't work right and not get good customer service. I tried reaching out for help, but no one got back to me or tried to help.

Gift card issue
I had a really bad experience with my gift cards at that store. The customer service was terrible - the staff didn't know how to help me at all. They were giving me different info, and it was clear they weren't talking to each other. Plus, I found out the prices there were way higher than other places online. No deals or sales either, so it seems like they care more about money than customers. I was really disappointed overall and won't be going back.

Polyester and spandex jackets
I just bought two jackets from this place thinking they'd be a nice addition to my wardrobe. One was supposed to be leather and the other cotton, but turns out they were both made from cheap polyester and spandex, yikes. The quality was awful, nothing like I was hoping for. I'll probably just give them away to charity because they're not worth keeping. I really should've checked out the negative reviews before buying them. This company shouldn't be allowed to advertise on social media sites like Pinterest.

Original shakes back, lack of variety
I'm super excited that the original shakes are back in stock because they're my absolute fave. But I kinda wish there were more options to choose from. I tried the oat mix last year and totally fell in love with it, but now I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any chance it'll be back soon? Overall, even though there's not a ton of choices, I have to say my experience with the company has been pretty good. The delivery was fast, and I really appreciate that. Shoutout to the team!

Mother's Day flower arrangement
I got this Mother's Day bouquet from my family in Florida and it was sent to me here in Michigan. The flowers came from a local florist, but they were in bad shape when they arrived. The roses were all mushy and brown, the ferns were broken, and there wasn't even a liner in the container like there was supposed to be. I called the florist and they said they would send a new arrangement the next day, but it never showed up. Now Teleflora won't give my daughter a refund, which is a real letdown for all of us.

Ordering from AC Lens was a total nightmare. I tried to pay on Monday, but the website wouldn't let me. When I called customer service, they weren't open. I even tried using the chat for help, but just got an email saying they got my message with no response. I called again on Wednesday during business hours, but still closed. Finally on Friday, I was told my prescription had expired due to ongoing payment page issues. It was so frustrating, I suggest buying your contacts somewhere else.

Faulty solar camera
I got a solar camera from this one store but when it arrived, it was actually broken. The box looked like it had been through a lot, and the camera only worked for a short time before it stopped working completely. The picture quality was decent, but the sound was pretty terrible. I received a replacement, but it was also broken. This time it only recorded for a few hours before giving out. So frustrating!
