I just made an order from this website that ships internationally. At first, the website had a little issue, but the customer service team was super helpful and nice the whole time. They kept me updated at every stage, even during the busy holidays. My package ended up arriving a few weeks later, and I was really impressed with how much effort and care the team put into making sure everything was all good. I would totally suggest this website to anyone looking to make international orders.
Variety of styles
I was really impressed with all the different styles and brands they had on this website. It was so easy to find what I was looking for, thanks to the categories. And the customer service was amazing - they got back to me right away and made sure I had all the help I needed. I loved that I could pay in installments, it made things much more affordable for me. Overall, it was a really great shopping experience.

Expensive handbag purchase
Hey guys, so I spent $2500 on a handbag, but ended up not liking it. I returned it almost two months ago, but I still haven't gotten my refund. Customer service has been totally ignoring me - they haven't been returning my calls or emails at all. It's really frustrating dealing with such terrible service and lack of communication.
Dress order
I bought this dress and somehow ended up chatting with the super friendly folks at that small dressmaking company. Long story short, I decided to cancel the order but the payment still went through thanks to Orchard Mile. Now I'm stuck waiting forever to get my money back, ugh. Definitely should've checked out those reviews first!
Over $1000 purchase
Oh my gosh, I can't believe the awful experience I've had after splurging on something that cost over a thousand dollars! It's been like forever, two whole months, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I reach out to them by email, they just keep shifting the blame onto someone else. Can you believe that? I'm fuming, definitely steer clear of this place!
Expensive item not yet received
I treated myself to a nice online purchase recently, but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried calling, emailing, and even using live chat to check on it, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I should have checked out the reviews first, since a lot of other people seem to have gone through the same thing.
Overpriced disappointment
Don't waste your money shopping here! Dealing with this company was a total nightmare. Their customer service is absolutely awful - I've tried calling and emailing multiple times with no luck. I returned a $500 purchase over a month ago and still haven't heard anything about my refund. This has definitely been my worst online shopping experience ever. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else!
Shoes
I just gotta talk about the shoes I bought online. Man, let me tell you, the shipping was slow as molasses. I waited for 8 whole days and still, no shoes! I tried calling customer service but nobody picked up. Finally got a response after emailing them multiple times, and they said my package was just shipped. Three whole weeks later, and I finally got my order. Sheesh!
