I was really impressed with all the different styles and brands they had on this website. It was so easy to find what I was looking for, thanks to the categories. I treated myself to a pair of sunglasses that I thought were a great deal on Orchard Mile, but the whole buying experience made me feel like I got ripped off. I placed my order and was told I'd get a confirmation email quickly, but it actually took almost a week for any updates. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very responsive and didn't follow up. On top of that, when I asked for a refund because of the delays and poor communication, they just ignored my request. Needless to say, I won't be shopping on that site again.

I bought something from this website and they charged me right away. But when I wanted to return it, things got really complicated. It's been more than two months and I still haven't gotten my money back. After looking into it more, I found out that this company doesn't even have a real store or address. They basically just send stuff from different vendors straight to customers. That's pretty shady if you ask me. I just gotta talk about the shoes I bought online. Man, let me tell you, the shipping was slow as molasses. I waited for 8 whole days and still, no shoes! I tried calling customer service but nobody picked up. Finally got a response after emailing them multiple times, and they said my package was just shipped. Three whole weeks later, and I finally got my order. Sheesh!
