Three items purchased
I bought three things from this online store not too long ago. But I only got one of them so far. Dealing with their customer service was a real letdown. They took forever to get back to me and weren't very helpful. It'd be nice if this company let people know upfront how long their orders might take to arrive. The tracking numbers they gave me didn't really tell me anything useful, just that my stuff was delayed. After all this, I don't think I'll be shopping here again, and I'd suggest the same to others.

Wooden bed frame purchase
I recently bought a bed frame made completely of wood from Slumberland online. The folks at the store were cool and really knew their stuff, helping me pick out the perfect bed. But when it came to their online customer service, it was a letdown. I placed my order on August 11th and didn't hear anything about any delays or back orders until I reached out to them after a week and a half. They told me the bed wouldn't be back in stock until early November, so me and my husband were stuck sleeping on a full-size mattress until then. Even though it was a hassle, customer service didn't offer any discounts or refunds to make up for the wait. Being in customer service myself, I believe this isn't the right way to treat customers, especially with all the challenges businesses are facing because of Covid.

After checking out a few different places, I found that Docucopies had the best price for my printing project. I have to admit, I was a little unsure at first and thought the quality might not be great. But I was pleasantly surprised! The final result was exactly what I was hoping for, and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

This company does not care one iota about keeping their customers. I tried to do a size exchange of a tee shirt and their customer service is absolutely horrible. The return process took 3 weeks and I wasted a lot of time emailing them trying to get the return approved and then trying to make sure it was received. After 3 weeks of being hassled trying to deal with this, they then tell me they are refusing to refund my money for a brand new never worn tags attached shirt in perfect condition because they said it had a hair on it. I am sorry if it gathered a hair or two while sitting on my dresser waiting for your company to approve my return request for almost 2 weeks. It was clearly unworn and in brand new condition. And then I discovered they have done this to many others when I found horrible reviews on them at the BBB site. Terrible company that does not deserve good customers!

I ordered adult KF94 masks, in black. I was sent fake KF94 masks, a fact which is obvious because the certificate included with the masks shows that they were manufactured in China, while authentic KF94 masks are made in Korea. I am waiting to hear back from the company about whether they will refund my money since what I ordered was sent was not what they sent me.
Did you get a response from them? I also received Made in China KF94 from Maskc and I contacted them about it, but they only responded with a generic shipping information without addressing my concerns. I wrote to them again, but they have not responded.

Bathing Suites
DO NOT buy from this company!!!! I spent $180 on suites that unfortunately didn’t fit me so I followed the return policy, paid $70 to ship them back to China, 6 months later I got the package back saying it was not claimed. Contacted customer service and their answer was “Oh, must be customs returning it and your bad luck, you can send them back again or get 15% back”…WHAT??? Contacted them online via their chat….said to send them an email that the chat is not for orders already placed….another WHAT moment and they won’t send me a return shipping label on their dime, they want me to spend another $70 to ship them to China AGAIN! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Reading MULTIPLE reviews on other websites now about this company and this is a normal thing that they do, they blame customs and then offer you 15%, what a joke! Order #BH1073392...I followed the EXACT instructions for return and within a day of receiving them so I was in the 15 day timeframe....MAKE THIS RIGHT Beachsissi!

I have pretty much stopped ordering from Boston Proper! Had experience where I was not (100% customer satisfied) as they state on their website. Not only did I have to pay shipping ($9.95)+($4.95) return fees but in order to guarantee the size I needed would be (in stock) I was advised to make another order immediately. I did so I had to pay another shipping fee ($9.95) and when that item didn’t work out I had to pay ANOTHER ($4.95) return fee and ABSOLUTELY NO SWEATER!!! I’m so done with that!!! I purchased a ring it was.so cheap looking the diamond on the side already are falling out I bent the ring by squeezing it together with my fingers.this company is laughable. Bought 2 of these for Christmas presents. I know nothing about purses or pocketbooks (whatever you ladies call them), but both recipients love them, and immediately started carrying them (so I assume that's a high endorsement!) To me, they look well made with soft supple material, and appear to have enough room to carry an entire drug store! And of course the concealed carry capability is awesome.
Arrived in just a few days and looks exactly as pictured, the color was true to the pictures.

Too long, size not same as their sizing chart, fabric totally different than shown and you have to at your own expense send back to China as well as paying fees on Chinese end. They will offer you 15% to keep the items but you still have products you can’t or won’t wear.

If there is any chance at all that you may have to make a return, do not order from them. They don't want the item back. They tell you to give it to someone else. The offer you $3.00 back on 2 shirts, then they offer you $8.00 and you keep the items. The items are definitely shipped from China and they keep telling you it's too expensive to ship back, but won't give you an address to ship them back to.

I wish I wouldn’t have ignored the red flags before placing this order. Now all I’ve done is waste my money. If the item ordered fits and you’re happy with it, great. If not ... there’s no turning back. The only return option for a refund is to cover shipping costs to China which I was told is around $100, regardless of weight/size of package. Since you are unable to order separate sizes for tops and bottoms, this makes getting the perfect fit that much harder. Not worth the risk, bottom line. Please save your money!!

ShoppeApparel sent me the wrong color wedding dress. I ordered ivory and they sent me white. After over three weeks of emailing their support department, and challenging the charge on my credit card, they finally gave me the address to return the dress. It costs almost $80 to mail it back to them and they expect me to pay for it! They made the mistake and they want me to pay almost $80 to pay for it! I still have not received my refund. Do not trust this company.

I restarted the target phone, still nothing. The reply I got from tech service was. It takes time to upload the data. It's been a couple days now!!! Based on what I've what I read from others, I'm not going to get help or a refund!

Returning for refund and exchange
I have bought many items and spent many hundreds of dollars with Just Fashion Now and generally liked most of them. Some required exchanging due to size and after a little hassle received the replacement articles. I sent 3 items back in March 2020 - 1 to be returned and 2 to be exchanged. When I didn't hear from them I sent them an email on 29 April 20 to which I got a reply the same day saying they hadn't received the parcel. I then approached our Postal Service and on 21 July 20 this parcel was return to me. On 04 August I sent Just Fashion Now an email advising them this parcel had been returned and that I would like to resend it (without confirmation from them I didn't want to send it again - but they should still have the return details open at their end) and it is now 28 August 20 and, I am very disappointed to say, I have had no correspondence from them. There are other items I would like to purchase but as many other sites also sell similar items I will give them my money

I will NEVER buy from them again. A "sweater" that appeared really be knitted and nubby came to me a thin, flat fabric and looked nothing like the picture on line. None of the clothing looks like the pictures on their website except the shoes -- and you can't fake a shoe.
I purchased a few items. One of the sweaters that I bought is NOTHING like the picture. In the picture it appears to be knitted with wrist-length sleeves. What I got is HORRENDOUS. It is NOT knitted. The material is TRULY awful. The sleeves are three-quarter length at best. Another sweater/top is okay though it doesn't really resemble the picture either. The material is thin and cheap looking. I am content with the turtleneck even though it's a really thin material and doesn't look like it does in the picture either. I'm still waiting on another top I bought. Who knows if I'll even get it. I'm just thankful that I didn't pay very much for the items I bought. Bottom line, LESSON LEARNED. You can't trust the pictures they post.
I ordered from a site that was very similar to this one and the items where horrible! At LEAST that company made things right for unsatisfied customers. So, before I made that sort of mistake again, I thought I should check first. I am glad I paid attention to those little red flags that were oing off in my head.

I am going to send an email to the Federal Trade Commission about there terrible business practice and ripping people off. “ If you have had a bad experience contact Federal Trade Commission and request your payment back from this crap company.
Buyer be aware, as many reviews indicate clothing is very cheap. Looks nothing like the pictures and the sizing is small. The clothing is ink printed design stamped on synthetic cloth. Walmart clothing is way better quality. I have requested a return confirmation and can't wait to see how long I will wait for that response based on the reviews. China strikes us again. Clothing will be given to the homeless in my community! Why waste more money to attempt a return getting burned again. WASTE of MONEY!

This is a fake company. They steal photos and designs from other sites/designers and then send you super cheap and poorly made knock-offs. Impossible to return too.I am having trouble sending the items backwards well. My plan is to stop payment. Maybe they will send me the labels. The quality sucks. Very cheap shitty materials.

Why was I stupid enough to order without looking for reviews?!?! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!! More than half of my order was defective, the rest was the cheapest sh*t I've ever ordered.... and as with others, the offer for a % refund was accepted and they never game through with that credit!

Crap Crap Crap I chatted on line for a refund after I filled the refund papers out, which took a long time to do. Then during the chat they told me after I paid the shipping fees, there was a custom fee, plus restocking fee. Which all this would almost come to what I had paid. They said if I agreed they would forgo me sending back the items and give me 15% of the total back and I could keep the stuff. I took the 15% which they said I would receive in about 5 week. lol. Another fool born!! I dont expect to see anything from that. BEWARE BEWARE.

Thank you all for your honest reviews. I have been scammed from similar companies and learned my lesson. I "was" thinking about ordering because one of the dresses on the site is awesome, but I read the reviews and my common sense kicked back in. Almost got me! Incidentally, with the other scam sites, I was able to get my money back througj paypal, (because the companies were not cooperating). I sent them screenshots of the communication and photos of the crappy merchandise, paypal refunded my money.
Do NOT order from this company unless you have money to throw away. The items that show up (eventually) are not as shown in the pictures. The fabric is very cheap and nothing like the pictures. The sizing is not as stated on the site. I bought items in the same size and some were too big, some too small. Sending something back is a joke. You find out you have to pay a huge amount to mail it TO CHINA!! That is if you can even get them to send you the address and a return authorization number within their time limit for returns. They offer you a minimal refund if you will just keep the junk rather than send it back and in the end, I just accepted that because it was going to be so expensive to return it. I have no idea if I will actually get the promised refund. Their clothes look very pretty online, but buyer beware! I will spend more and buy local in the future. At least you know you can return things if you want to.

Viori Hidden Waterfalls Shampoo and Conditioner Bar
Okay, so I have extremely curly and frizzy hair. I've been searching for my whole life for a simple curly hair routine that was healthy and clean. I went through so many different types of shampoo and conditioner and gels and masks. I never really felt content. Either the products were too heavy for my mess of different curl patterns or my frizz was amplified. I wasn't expecting much when I tried Viori. If anything I expected the worse to happen since other shampoo bars destroyed my hair in the past. However, whatever the heck is in these bars it has brought out a softness and curl pattern I haven't seen in years. I am very happy with my purchase and after using this for a while I can see it is consistent with its results. Honestly, thank you Viori. I feel more confident and like myself when my hair is nice and manageable. I also can't complain about the price considering what I was spending on products before. I used to have issues with dandruff too but some how that problem has disappeared as well. I've never had a product that I could call "holy grail" but I finally get what the phrase means and consider my hidden waterfalls shampoo and conditioner bar a holy grail product for me. <3 Thank you again Viori!
It has been a gift to me as well. After a scary increase in my' hair fall' Viori has all but stopped it. It also leaves my hair feeling like I remember as a child.

I ordered a pair of sandals and obviously chose a size 8, which is what I normally wear. The sandals were lovely but too big. Was told that it cost the company a lot to send them to me and there was nothing they could do. I won't ever buy shoes online again.
I ordered Red pants size large and received small.
Could I return and have a size that fits please

Horrible quality material!! Thin like paper. One strap longer then the other. I paid almost $30 for nothing. The website says you can return but then when I emailed to find out how to return they said they don’t accept returns! I didn’t do anything with the dress other then try in on and could not believe how bad I got taken! Do not order from this company!!
