Concealed Carry Bag
Actually I received my bag only 3 days after placing the order. I can say the customer service here has been the best ever I met. At first I thought the bag I ordered was 2pcs set with a wallet but I was seeing another product page. I contact them thru email and realize I read it wrong. AND!!! They just sent me that extra wallet!! Love MONTANAWEST
Bought 2 of these for Christmas presents. I know nothing about purses or pocketbooks (whatever you ladies call them), but both recipients love them, and immediately started carrying them (so I assume that's a high endorsement!) To me, they look well made with soft supple material, and appear to have enough room to carry an entire drug store! And of course the concealed carry capability is awesome.
Arrived in just a few days and looks exactly as pictured, the color was true to the pictures.

i purchased two bags, never received one, they sent a bogus tracking number, customer service wont respond and voicemail is full, just took my money, super disappointed!
Purse and sunglasses
I am very disappointed in this company. My daughter came home with a wallet she had purchased from someone who didn't like the style. I looked on the website and saw a couple of things I liked . I places the order and ended up saying it was free shipping. What a lie!!! I had to pay an addition 54.00 dollars to have it delivered from UPS. This is false advertising. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Be prepared to pay extra, almost the same price as items, if you live in Canada.
Tote, crossbody, and wallet combo
I received my order a month after i ordered it. It was supposed to be a concealed carry tote, and it wasn't. I called and sent an email. Finally after a few days of trying i got ahold of someone. They said it was defective and they would send me return labels. That was August 4th i still haven't received them. I've tried calling and emailing them for the last week, and no one answers. I cannot get my refund till the items are returned! I will never order another thing from them!

Genuine Leather Concealed Carry Hobo
I just got my purse in the mail today but I love, love, love this purse! I was afraid it was going to be huge however, it is the perfect size and fits my .380 perfectly. The leather is soft and the color is exactly what I wanted.
