I've been trying to cancel my dumb subscription for what feels like forever! They just keep taking my money each month, no matter what I do to try and make it stop. It's super frustrating! All they want to do is take all my cash, like ugh, it's the worst! Definitely don't trust that website, they're a bunch of shady characters.

I recently bought an oil cleansing kit that came with the Light Work cleanser. Unfortunately, one of the bottles was leaking when it showed up. I reached out to customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. They right away offered to send me a new product to replace the damaged one, and the problem was fixed within an hour. The products themselves work great, and I really like that the company is all about sustainable practices when it comes to packaging and recycling. Even though the products are a bit pricey, I think they're worth the money because they're high quality and don't have any harmful stuff in them. I'll have to wait and see if I keep getting good results with continued use. Overall, great customer service and products I can trust.

I've been a customer of department stores for a while now, but my recent experience with this particular company has really thrown me for a loop. I received a damaged item and did everything I was supposed to in order to return it, but their customer service team has been completely ghosting me. I've sent them multiple emails and made several phone calls, but still no refund in sight. To top it off, they actually sent the damaged item back to me and claimed it was now all worn out and dirty. The way they've been handling things is just not cool. They're lacking in communication, accountability, and professionalism. It's like customer satisfaction is not even on their radar, and it seriously makes me question how they do business.

Stay at Kirdford Farm
Our stay at Kirdford Farm was fantastic! The house was stunning and the property was very well taken care of. My grandkids were bummed they couldn't play tennis because of the moss treatment, but they had a blast in the play area. We skipped the Dairy because of the strong oil/varnish smell, but the main house was super cozy for us. It had everything we needed, making our stay super easy. The fireplace was our favorite part, perfect for chilly nights. The lady who welcomed us and the caretaker were so nice and helpful during our stay.

Murder mystery kit purchase
I did a bunch of research on murder mystery kits and ended up going with this one, and let me tell you, I'm so glad I did. The kit was super detailed and the instructions were a breeze to follow. One thing that really got me was that I could join in on the game as the host without knowing all the answers. I printed out all the booklets, mixed 'em up, and had a kid pick one to reveal the killer. Each booklet had a script for both the innocent and guilty, which made the game flow smoothly and let us play it multiple times with different endings.

I am a professional woman & I pride myself in my taste in clothes. I ordered 5 blouses from VENUS & needed to return all due to very poor construction, material was transparent with a poor fit. After completing my return properly, they issued me a refund on only 3 items plus double charged me $6.95 for the return. I spent a lengthy time via phone correcting this problem. I also have been notified via text that I had $87.oo in my VENUS wallet. But the customer service rep denied that balance. One suggestion. DO NOT ORDER FROM VENUS!! I will NEVER AGAIN!!

I'll never order from this company again. Their site has cute stuff, prices are a little less than average in most cases. However, their customer service and shipping fees/delivery are ridiculous. I've ordered from the 3 times. The very 1st time was ok, took a long time to receive my order, but it was all there. Second time, I received 1 top. The fabric was so sheer you have to wear a tank under it. Picture didn't show that at all. They offered a whopping 15% off. The 2nd top in that order has never arrived. I'm in an argument now for them to refund the cost of that top and the shipping, because it isn't my problem. The 3rd order has never arrived. I have no idea if these items were ever shipped at all. I wonder if they're skimming the shipping fee and never sending the order. They refuse to refund the shipping and I'm not about to return anything to China! They need to do the right thing, but never do. I'll never order from them again. Be careful.

Placed my order on March 8 and have not received it. Today is March24. Is it coming by Pony express
?My address should have been 20677 State Highway 15 Not 20677 Minnesota 15.I ordered on March 1st - got an email from them saying my order had been fulfilled. It was the wrong order number they said they fulfilled and items sent to someone totally different and in a totally different state!!! My order number is S40146 and they sent me confirmation of my order being fulfilled under #S40416-F1 - it was not a small order either. I have reported them twice to PayPal and am going to report this snafu again also. NO MORE PURCHASES FROM THEM!!
I have to agree with other reviews. I don't understand what takes them so long to get the order to the post office. I like the dies, but are they really worth it. There are alot more companies out there.

3 leggings and one mystery pashmina
After nearly three weeks and three emails I have still not heard back from this company regarding my order. I received a purchase thank you email but never the notification that my order has been sent. My credit was charged immediately and now I have to go through the process of try to put in a complaint against the company with my credit card company. I thought this was a good and trustworthy company but I have been disappointed once again. So tired of scams.

Poor quality T-shirts and prints
T-shirts are really poor quality, the "cotton" ones (as stated on their web) are only 70% cotton and 30% PES. Images on the T-shirts are "printed" as a thick "layer" rubber/paper...like the one you can do at home with an iron. Colors do not match and 2 of the 4 T-shirts I ordered have blurred/out of focus images. I will try to contact the seller for refund.
I made an order at the beginning of this month and still no response from the company. I asked if they could let me know where in transit would my package be. I received a auto response saying that they would back with me. But still i havent yet hear from anyone. I understand that when purchases are made from China it takes time. But damn, this long, or this long to let me know where my purchase may be. The demand is far to much for this company to handle. All i can say is that i hope i get what i paid for. You may want to look somewhere else.
It took alittle over a month to get mine thought I had ordered real hoodie sweatshirt but no it's a thin 100% polyester not happy at all but I also should have payed more attention because I payed a lot more on this site than I would have at my regular stores ????
I ordered 4 t-shirts more than a month ago...I see 3 are shipped but still aren't in my country but I already got 3 emails asking me to comfirm delivery!!!! Never again .
