I just bought some clothes and shoes from this online store, and let me tell you, the quality and style are top-notch. They have a great selection, which made it really hard for me to decide what to get because I liked so many things. The only issue was that the website was a little tricky to use, it took me a bit of time to find my way around. But I didn't give up, and eventually I was able to complete my purchase.
After I placed my order, I noticed that I had accidentally put in my old address for shipping. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through on the phone. Luckily, they had an email system with quick responses, so I sent an urgent message to update my address. I also tried the chat feature and ended up talking to a helpful chatbot. When I checked my order status, I saw that my address had already been updated through email confirmation. Turns out my phone number was wrong too, but that was fixed in no time.
I was relieved to know that everything was sorted out, and now I can't wait to get my stuff. Overall, I'm really happy with how my shopping experience turned out and the great customer service I received.3 sweaters
I was kinda unsure about ordering from this company 'cause I'd never heard of them. But when the 3 sweaters I wanted showed up, I was pleasantly surprised. They looked just like they did on the website, and the sizes were right on point. It did take a bit longer for them to get here than I thought, but I liked that they kept me in the loop on my order. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how good the sweaters were, and I'd totally suggest them to anyone else.
Fantastic clothes received
I was kinda worried at first 'cause I didn't get any confirmation or shipping updates after I ordered. I thought maybe I got scammed, but then the clothes came to my door! They were great quality and just what I was hoping for. I usually get a medium, but this time I went up a size and it was perfect, since the medium was pretty roomy. I definitely want to order from here again 'cause I got lots of compliments on what I wore.

I'm currently trying to shed some pounds and keep an eye on my wallet, so stumbling upon your sale items was a total game-changer for me. Your clothes are so stylish and really show off my best features, plus the quality is way better than I expected for the price. Dress mix-up, re-order
I was pretty bummed when the order came with the wrong dress in the wrong size, but I went ahead and ordered the right one for the fundraiser. Fingers crossed it gets here in time for the event.
Lost order, had to re-order with different styles
Unfortunately, my first order got lost, so I had to reorder. But by then, the stuff I really wanted was all gone, so I had to pick different shirts that weren't my top choice. Even though it was a pain, the company did a great job getting me a refund and they were really good about listening to my worries.
Online order purchase
The website was really easy to navigate and I had no problems at all when I placed my order. The sizing guides they had were super useful, especially because the sizes of things can sometimes be all over the place. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the shipping costs - they seemed kinda steep to me. It'd be awesome if they could lower the shipping fees or have a minimum order requirement for free shipping.
Quality clothing, affordable prices, convenient online shopping
I just bought some stuff from this online store, and let me tell you, it was awesome. The clothes are super nice, just what I was hoping for. Since I live in a tiny town with no good shops, I gotta shop online a lot, and Annie Cloth is now my favorite spot for fashion. The prices are great, and I love that my order comes right to my door. So convenient and so worth it!
Stunning products, great prices
I was totally impressed by all the awesome stuff they had and at really good prices. The website was super easy to use and I liked how they listed out the sizes for everything. I'm excited to get my order and see if the stuff looks as nice in person as it does online. Big thanks to the team for making shopping so fun!
Super cute clothes
Oh my gosh, these clothes are seriously the best! They're so cute, I can't even handle it. The designs are super pretty and unique, unlike anything I've seen in stores. I have to stop myself from buying it all because I want everything so much!
Faux gold metallic print dress
I got this dress that looked all shiny and sparkly online, but when it showed up, it was just a plain yellow print. I was really hoping for that metallic look for my friend, but it was totally different from what was advertised. I wish it had actually matched the description.

I was really excited to get my order from this online shop, but man, I was let down by the fact that they didn't have any photos showing the back of the items. It's so annoying to have to just hope and pray that the outfit looks good from every angle, especially since what the back looks like is super important, you know? And don't even get me started on how different the sizing was between styles. A size "large" should mean the same thing no matter what kind of dress you're looking at. It's a pain having to guess and hope every time I buy something.
2 blouses for Christmas in early December
First blouse received in early January for a Christmas gift! XL was really a U.S. medium and cheap quality. Second blouse received January 21 as a Christmas gift! XL was really more of a XXL and fabric was VERY thin. This company is NOT from the U.S. and I would NOT buy from them again.
Clothing
While the pricing is definitely affordable, the quality is horrible. Sizing is a joke. I ordered several t-shirts, a couple of sweaters, and leggings. Two of the t-shirts were actually cute accept that the fabric is tissue paper thin. One wash and they are ready for the donate bin. The sweater was nothing like the picture. The colors weren't as vibrant, the knit was messy, and though the pic showed it to be below the waste...it barely came past my belly button. The leggings were also poorly sewn, not anywhere near the claimed size...much too long and way too loose and baggy. The sizes I ordered are tried and true sizes at every other on-line store I shop at. It also took forever to receive my items. They arrived (so far) in two separate orders, weeks apart. I'm still waiting for the last item. I placed the order over a month ago. I admit I didn't do my research and only too late realized they were made in India. Not that that is always a bad thing...but sadly often is. Be aware that if you purchase some of their sale items...it's considered a final sale and not returnable OR exchangeable. Will never order from this company again; or recommend to anyone else.
Tops
I'll never order from this company again. Their site has cute stuff, prices are a little less than average in most cases. However, their customer service and shipping fees/delivery are ridiculous. I've ordered from the 3 times. The very 1st time was ok, took a long time to receive my order, but it was all there. Second time, I received 1 top. The fabric was so sheer you have to wear a tank under it. Picture didn't show that at all. They offered a whopping 15% off. The 2nd top in that order has never arrived. I'm in an argument now for them to refund the cost of that top and the shipping, because it isn't my problem. The 3rd order has never arrived. I have no idea if these items were ever shipped at all. I wonder if they're skimming the shipping fee and never sending the order. They refuse to refund the shipping and I'm not about to return anything to China! They need to do the right thing, but never do. I'll never order from them again. Be careful.

This company has a bogus return policy which they do not announce until you try to return their items. They inform you that you can only return the items to China which cost over $100. So they try to strike this deal: "We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation." THEY ARE A CORRUPT COMPANY OPERATING A SCAM. Do NOT order anything from them.
buy at your own risk - they dont care
The first time I purchased from Annie cloth, the tops came as described. I have tried 3 more times and they are nothing like the picture. You take a risk if you buy from this company. Until they change their policy and get integrity and until they actually have what they are saying their selling and until they change their return policy, I'm done with annie cloth. they have taken a lot of money from me.
Shirts
bought two shirts that feel like paper with super tight sleeves. This is their return policy: "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible customs fees).Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

Sales fake. After complete order coupon code will not work for sale unless lose free shipping. Product not quality in photo. No return without extreme shipping cost. If they send wrong size they do not correct their mistake. It is a scam. Stop viewing the places that sell them advertisement. You are aiding a con.
