I just bought some clothes and shoes from this online store, and let me tell you, the quality and style are top-notch. They have a great selection, which made it really hard for me to decide what to get because I liked so many things. After I placed my order, I noticed that I had accidentally put in my old address for shipping. I tried calling customer service, but couldn't get through on the phone. Luckily, they had an email system with quick responses, so I sent an urgent message to update my address. I also tried the chat feature and ended up talking to a helpful chatbot. When I checked my order status, I saw that my address had already been updated through email confirmation. Turns out my phone number was wrong too, but that was fixed in no time.

I was kinda unsure about ordering from this company 'cause I'd never heard of them. But when the 3 sweaters I wanted showed up, I was pleasantly surprised. They looked just like they did on the website, and the sizes were right on point. It did take a bit longer for them to get here than I thought, but I liked that they kept me in the loop on my order. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how good the sweaters were, and I'd totally suggest them to anyone else.

I was kinda worried at first 'cause I didn't get any confirmation or shipping updates after I ordered. I thought maybe I got scammed, but then the clothes came to my door! They were great quality and just what I was hoping for. I usually get a medium, but this time I went up a size and it was perfect, since the medium was pretty roomy. I definitely want to order from here again 'cause I got lots of compliments on what I wore.

I was shopping online and that "Spin to Win" box at checkout was super annoying. It just kept popping up on my iPhone and making it hard to pick out what I wanted. They need to get rid of it or at least make it better because it's seriously frustrating!

I placed an order back on May 10th, 2024, and I still haven't gotten a tracking number. I've been trying to track my order on the website a bunch of times, but all the tracking options seem to be messed up. I've tried reaching out to customer service four times, but clicking on any of the links on the website doesn't work. Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if this website is even for real.

The website was really easy to navigate and I had no problems at all when I placed my order. Dress mix-up, re-order
I was pretty bummed when the order came with the wrong dress in the wrong size, but I went ahead and ordered the right one for the fundraiser. Fingers crossed it gets here in time for the event.
Cotton and linen pant
I really liked the different clothes they had and how cheap everything was at that store. But then I got disappointed when I found out that the pants I bought were supposed to be cotton and linen, but they were actually made of polyester. It made me wonder if the other product descriptions on their website were accurate too. Customers should be able to trust that the info on products is right, so they should fix this mistake to keep their credibility and be more honest.
Lost order, had to re-order with different styles
Unfortunately, my first order got lost, so I had to reorder. But by then, the stuff I really wanted was all gone, so I had to pick different shirts that weren't my top choice. Even though it was a pain, the company did a great job getting me a refund and they were really good about listening to my worries.

I recently bought a dress from this website. The website itself is pretty easy to use, but I ran into a problem when I tried to order. I wanted to double-check my choice and the shipping fees before placing my order. However, I was a bit surprised to get an email confirming my purchase shortly after looking around. I don't remember hitting the confirm button, but it looks like my credit card info was still used and the order went through. Now I'm waiting to see the dress quality when it arrives. I might end up returning it for a full refund depending on how it looks. We'll just have to wait and see.

Difficult return process
I had a really frustrating experience ordering from this company because of their return process. Unfortunately, Annie's return process is way too complicated and practically impossible to use. The website kept saying my order number and email didn't match, so I couldn't even start the return. And if you try to contact customer service, you have to pay just to get a response, which is a big pain. The lack of help and bad communication really makes you feel stuck and lost. I would think twice before ordering from them unless you're sure everything will fit perfectly, but that's hard to know when you're shopping online. Overall, dealing with this company's return process is a nightmare and their customer service is basically non-existent.
Christmas present delay
I got my friend a Christmas gift, but it took forever to show up. It was supposed to be here on the 12th, but it didn't come until the 27th! I was super let down and had to scramble to get a different gift at the last minute.
