I'm trying to return all THREE (3) items of my order.
The return email that I got after two days only referenced one of the items.
ALSO, I think it is VERY dishonest to say on their website that returns are available, and neglect to mention the shipping costs to CHINA!!!!
and then offering only a 15% cash refund if I don't return anything. total ...!
I spent $91.90 on items that I can't wear and they are only willing to give me $13.79 for my trouble.
totally unacceptable!!!!Their return policy is the worst!!! I will never purchase from this low quality company again.

I bought 6 items, 4 of them looked nothing like the pictures online, material was so cheap, pattern and colors were not even close to the pictures on line.
Customer has to pay to return to china, which almost was as much as the clothes cost to send them back. Even if it's their prolem.

Do Not buy Anything from Annie Clothes. They are inexpensive but the quality is so bad and they fall apart. You can only wear them once, if you dare! They run Very small, look and feel cheap and you have to pay more to return them ( yes, You pay for returns) that it costs more to return than you paid for the merchandise.

I was looking forward to my garments, took a month to receive. The material was horrible, the colors were faded and the shirt map was incorrect and read backwards. They do a good job of advertising, BUT DO NOT BUY, WASTE OF MONEY.

OK, let's start positive. I liked the 2 sets of earrings I received.
Now the rest....5 tops, 2 dresses, 4 pairs of underwear.
I am a busty 1-2X woman. I kept the boho dresses as coverups. The "cotton-blend" material was more like thin microfiber sheets or Halloween costume material - cheap! I gave away all 5 tops. They were all 2-3 sizes too small. Much cheesier looking than the pics. I was looking for breezy boho embroidered tops. I knew that some were not embroidered but others looked like it. They were not. The prices are good, however when advised free shipping is not if in USA.
Clothes very cheap. Sizes are at least two sizes smaller than identified. Charged excessive shipping because from overseas. Over a month for delivery. Some items have not received yet. Most of my financial institutions blocked transaction due to being overseas company.
I am very displeased as this was a Mother’s Day order. Came late, too small, crappy quality. Probably Chinese made from slave labor.

They did not look anything like the gloves in the picture . The ones in the picture on the website look to be made out of a crocheted type of material. The ones I got were flat and very ugly the only thing that was the same was the pattern.
Sorry I did not read this review first. You’re so right. Terrible tricky Chinese crap.

인터넷쇼핑을 하면서 이런 쓰레기같은 물건은 처음받아본다.
이런 싸이트 최악이며 중요한건 절대 리턴할수가 없다.
리턴하려면 중국에 국제택배비와 관세를 소비자가 지불하고 다음에 과연 리턴은 받을수 있을련지 의문스럽다.
처음 경험해보는 최악의 싸이트였다.A waste of 600. The worst clothing ever. Cheap, not even close to what I ordered. Wouldn’t take it back. I despise this cheap, scam Chinese online so called store. Don’t waste your money. It’s a total scam.
