Cordless drill driver set
I recently bought a cordless drill driver set from this company, and I have to say, I am really impressed with the quality. The drill is strong but not too heavy, so I can use it for a long time without getting tired. Plus, the battery lasts a long time, so I can finish my projects without having to stop and recharge all the time. The set also comes with a bunch of different accessories, so I can use it for lots of different tasks. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this product to anyone looking for a good drill driver set.

I recently bought this really pretty dress and some accessories from their website. The dress fit me perfectly and was made of really nice material, and the accessories just completed the whole look. This company is just awful! I ordered Slim Patches back in August and they've been giving me the run-around ever since. They said they had new management and assured me my order would be on its way. Well, it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard a peep or seen any patches. Definitely keep your eyes peeled if you're thinking about buying from them!

Shoes
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 pair of shoes and two pair I didn't care for as they are the cheapest shoes I've ever seen. I requested a refund and they require you to jump thru endless hoops. First they ask you to use the items for a gift to someone? I followed their instructions to the "T" and shipped them to the address they provided. I have sent numerous emails as to why my refund has not been sent to my cc account? They again start the process over asking for pictures of the items returned? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. To date I have not received my refund or an acknowledgment. BEWARE

This stuff is overpriced, cheaply made ..., packaged in a way that makes it look like you bought it at the dollar store. Avoid them! Buy elsewhere. The catalog makes everything look nice, but it is actually such poor quality, that I am embarrassed to gift it.

Blanket
I ordered a blanket with a ski trail. I ordered it on December 5. It was my total understanding I would get it before Christmas as it was a gift. I had the same experience with UPS. No movement for days. I contacted Powder Addicts, and they take no responsibility, and they blame the carrier. The next time I complained they said the production team was overwhelmed with Christmas orders. I contacted them every day until finally they offered to reimburse me the shipping charges. I then contacted the salesperson I dealt with and same response, basically saying in a polite way, not my problem. She did however say it takes 3-5 days for the product to be made. Customer Service gave a completely different timeframe of 7-12 days. The blanket did finally show up on December 29. The interesting thing is it arrived via the USPS . . . not UPS? The product is OK. I will never order from this company again.

Shoes
I ordered 2 pair of shoes from this site for my teenage daughters to attend my oldest daughter's wedding. Well, only one pair of shoes were shipped so this is the initial email that I sent:

I am emailing to inform you that I did not receive a pair of shoes. I ordered (order # TS51319) 2 pair, but only one pair was delivered. I received the camel color (D2Y091TS80), but not the beige (D2Y091MS75) The email that I received from you is saying that the order has been fulfilled, but it hasn't. Can you either track to see what happened to the other pair, or issue me a refund? I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.

At this point I knew that the other pair would not arrive on time for the wedding so I ordered a similar pair from Amazon and asked for a refund of my money because I didn't get the shoes, but this "Vanessa" person sent a reply saying that they're already on the way, so I couldn't get a refund.

My Response: (May 11th 2022) No, I don't understand because Your website said that the item was fulfilled as if I already received it and I haven't. How do I know that they're shipped? You could be just saying this in order to keep my money. These shoes should have arrived with the other pair that was on this same order. There was no notice telling me that they were going to be shipped separately. I don't believe that you are being honest with me and that you're being very unprofessional.
They didn't respond anymore but I continued to email them, thinking that I could report the to the BBB, but I found out that they were out of Hong Kong and the BBB doesn't deal with people out of the country. This was the one of the last emails I sent:

Your website says that you'll get back with the customer within 48 hours, but I've heard NOTHING from you about my shoes. I don't understand why you are ignoring me, but this is unacceptable and not the way to treat your customers. I had placed this order (order # TS51319) which included 2 pair of shoes and was charged $78.72 There was only one pair of shoes delivered. I NEVER received the 2nd pair (D2Y091MS75) but I received an email saying that the order had been fulfilled, (Fulfilled April 14, 2022 4PX #4PX3000075961760CN ) but it hasn't. I still haven't received the shoes and I stopped payment (was going though Klarna) on them even though I paid more than half. This taught me a valuable lesson in CHECKING BEFORE I order from any website (other than Amazon) to see if they're coming out of China or any other Asian company because once they get your money, your done! Graphic hoodies & t-shirts (funny cat ones)
Ordered some funny hoodies and t-shirts after seeing them advertised on Instagram. Was a bit worried when I noticed it was coming all the way from China that I might need to pay import tax or wait ages but they arrived quickly, no import taxes to the UK and with good communication and the quality is excellent. LOVE the products, soft, comfy and true to size. Highly recommend 5*

Plus each time I called Customer Service an attempt to charge my card an additional $1256.00 was made not impressed. Had to cancel my card and report fraud on my card. I have been purchasing pet supplies from Canada vet express for three years now. These guys are really awesome. During the COVID situation also, they are supportive and providing the pet supplies to my place timely. I refer this website to my fellow friends to get pet supplies at the lowest price online. To Sharon: if you had your dog tested for Heartworm @ a vet, then you need to coordinate treatment with a vet. Nothing sold anywhere on the web is for laypeople to treat heartworws once your dog is infected. Left untreated by a veterinarian your dog will die.
To be clear: Heartworws live in bloodstream & adult worms live & grow in the heart. This is completely different from other internal parasites that live in the intestines.Review about: JustFashionNow
2 shirts, 1 legging and 1 shorts
They advertisement was on a reputable website that I enjoy. Their products had the size with a measurement chart in inches, it made me think it was assured to fit. I check the return policy before purchasing and it was a standard return policy of the customer paying the return shipping.so I decided to purchase these women clothes. As the other reviews say, it took over 3 weeks to get the 4 products. None of the items fit the size of their measurement chart. The insert return notice, told you go online to get a refund. After filling out the return page, it said someone would email me within two days. The next day, I got an email saying to return items, it would have to be shipped to a return address in China and that it would be a large cost that the customer would have to pay and would take a long time to be mailed there. So they would offer me 15% of the value for the items that I paid for. I immediately filed a report with FTC. Buyer Beware...

They shipped 1/ 19 it is now 3/3 still have not received my order. They contacted me on 2/19 after I complained. Said it would be here the next week. Been almost 2 weeks since then. But only took one day to take the money out of my bank. I guess that is money I have lost. Ifi were I do not recommend this company.
You've stated twice that they did indeed ship your order. That would put the problem in the hands of the shipping company, not the company you purchased from. It sounds like you never contacted the company for a resolution, only came here to complain. They have no way of knowing you didn't receive your order unless you stay in contact with them. Make sure your complaining about the right people causing the problem.
Mel, if you want to get technical, in almost all transactions, the seller is responsible for the item until it reaches the customer. So the seller whether it be a company or something like ebay should be tracking the item and making sure that the shipping carrier delivers the package, and when if the package is lost, it is the sellers responsibility to contact the carrier, claim the insurance if they purchased it with the shipping and send the seller a new product immediately. So the short of it, it is highly likely it is still AliVapes responsibility. Please don't come online and spread false information.

Horrible condition, apparently "Used-Acceptable" means it can have drawings and writing all over the pages. I will never order from them again.

I don't normally review products but due to all the negative reviews on here I feel I need to. I have only just received these beautifully packaged products and used them once but just love them already. Feel beautiful on my skin and not oily at all. So happy I am going to order some other products from here. I only ordered the products on the 26th October, received an acknowledgement email on the 26th October, received another email to say they had been shipped on the 28th October and received them on the 6th November. Certainly can't complain about that service. Less than two weeks to arrive on my door step in New Zealand.

After a long 150 days gap during Covid period ,I booked a car .Very much scare about precautions either taken properly by sellers and owners .I had luggage in big quantity .Trip was almost like an adventures trip.This was a spacious car with enough adjustments.Just two passenger s.
There is no change in rates either rental or deposit.Condirions of today is not normal as earlier.There should be some relief as financially people are shattered.
Anyhow, Rental Cars team is very professional with their responsibility .They fully assured ,car is nicely sanitized and need not to worry.

I bought a stuffed pig set for my granddaughter on November 27. I have not received it in mid-december, and I am afraid that Christmas will not arrive, so I place a new order by DHL express shipping. I ordered Christmas pajamas for my grandkids. Ordered their regular sizes but decided to go check sizing again. Their sizing runs extremely small. Contacted them via customer service same day ordered to cancel. They answered the day after I got an email that the items had shipped. The message read- let us know what sizes you need and we can change. How can they change sizes if it's already shipped. Poor customer service. I paid with PayPal and will be contacting them.
I placed an order on September 30th. It is now November 8th and I have not yet received my items. I have reached out via email and made a phone call with no response. Beware ordering from this website. I do not recommend it.

Do NOT order from this site. Immediately after placing my order I realized it is a scam website so I reached out to their customer service email and requested a cancellation of my order. They quickly responded agreeing to cancel the order but I have not seen my refund. That was three weeks ago. I will be contacting PayPal tomorrow to get a refund.
