be blunt about where you’re shipping from, and list the merchant name properly. Mildly satisfied because of the refund, disappointed that they weren’t upfront.
Looks Californian, ships from China
when I asked for a refund it actually showed up in my account after about four days, which caught me off guard in a good way. Customer service wasn't super chatty but they did the job; polite enough, not defensive. Still, it's annoying that the listing and even the billing descriptor (some YYJoShop Hong Kong thing) don't match the brand name — that made me double-check my bank and think I'd been scammed for a bit. Delivery was slow as you'd expect from overseas, so if you're in a hurry, don't. I've had faster turnarounds with other shops that were honest about shipping, so this felt like an unnecessary delay. All in all, service redeemed them slightly, but the misleading location info cost a lot of trust. Would I order again? Maybe, if price is right and I don't mind waiting.
Finally showed up, after a lot of waiting
first that it was picked up but no tracking, then eight days later an actual tracking number. Still, the tracker didn’t update until day 12. That’s the moment I went from annoyed to cautiously relieved — the box arrived late that evening, everything matched the listing and was packed okay. Small surprise: there was a tiny handwritten note taped inside saying thanks, which felt oddly personal. Not great communication overall, and I probably wouldn’t order in a rush again, but the product itself was as advertised and quality was fine, so in the end I got what I paid for. Still annoyed about the wait, but satisfied that the item arrived intact.
Tracking made me feel like a stalker
I felt like a detective checking a tracking page every morning — "label created" staring back at me for almost two weeks. I ordered these coils because I couldn't find them anywhere else and dropped close to $100, so I was nervous. I messaged customer service three times. At first they ghosted me for a few days, then finally said "picked up, no tracking yet," and only after another wait they sent a number. Even on day twelve the tracker still showed label created and I was this close to giving up. A few days after that the box finally showed up. Packaging was simple but intact, and I started using them that night — first build went smooth, fit and feel were fine, no surprises. So yeah, delivery and communication were slow and annoying, but in the end the product worked and they did respond eventually. Would I order again? Maybe, but only if I'm desperate and not in a hurry — and next time I'll check the seller more carefully.

I was looking to buy some vapes from this shop, but they wanted me to do a PayPal transfer before they sent them over. That just didn't sit right with me - felt too fishy and no guarantee I'd get my money back if anything went wrong. Decided to pass on it 'cause I don't wanna take that chance. Now two weeks after ordering no notification
I bought some vape stuff from this company, but I still haven't heard anything about when I'm gonna get it. Usually, other places I've bought from let me know within a day of shipping. I wasn't sure about buying from this place at first because I read some bad reviews about their location being off. But I took a chance and got some e-liquid. Ordering was easy and their flavors were awesome. I found exactly what I wanted. The prices were fair and the product was top-notch. The e-liquid got to me pretty quick and was packaged well. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about buying from them again.

I just got a vape kit from this company and it's been a total nightmare. I thought they were legit since they take PayPal, but man was I way off. I recently bought some coils from this company and I have been so disappointed with the whole experience. I ordered them 12 days ago, but I still have no idea where they are. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but all I get are late answers and they can't give me a straight answer about where my package is. They did say the order was picked up and on its way, but they never gave me a tracking number. When I asked again, they gave me a tracking number after the delivery date and it still only says "label created" when I check it. I'm just so frustrated with the lack of communication and honesty from this company. I still hope I get my coils, but I won't be buying from them again.

I recently bought some vape accessories from an online shop. At first, everything seemed legit and ordering was easy. But once I placed my order, things took a turn for the worse. I gotta say, I thought I'd check out this place, but man, what a mistake. Everything seemed fine at first, but then it all went downhill. Like, do they even know where Arizona is? And then they thought they were some big shots trying to hit up an ATM. It was just comical. These scammers don't even know what they're doing. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this joke of a company.

I bought $80 worth of coils from this company, but the order never showed up. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times, but got no reply. Turns out, the company isn't even in California like I thought, it's actually in China. Looks like I got scammed by an overseas company, classic.

I had a really good time shopping at that vape shop. Their website was so easy to use, and I had no trouble finding and buying the Geekvape Aegis and Suorin Air. My order showed up quickly and everything was in great shape. Both of those vape pens are top-notch and they work like a dream. I'm super happy with my purchase overall and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
