I'm really bummed out about my recent experience with this company. So I placed an order and got a tracking number, only to find out it was totally useless because it wasn't updated in the system. I've tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times through email, but I've gotten zero response about my missing order.
Coils ordered on Jan 6th
I ordered some coils on January 6th, and I still haven't gotten them yet. I've tried hitting up customer service online a bunch of times through email, but I haven't heard anything back about when my order is gonna ship. I'm all out of coils now and starting to stress about not having any left.
oxva Vape Coils
I have had 3 orders with them, the first 2 email was awful but did recieve the items surprisingly fast. The last order I emailed them close to 20 times with no reply so went and opened a complaint with paypal and they refunded me and closed the case in less then 5 minutes. So yeahh some things up?
Several items
I made an order nearly a month ago and when I finally got a tracking number it pulled up nothing. On the website it showed the tracking number but that my order was processing and not shipped. I contacted alivape and it took several tries to get a reaponse. They claimed it was being help at the post office due to covid and pact act. Then I check the number again after a few more days. The shipping label wasn’t even created until today. Expect a long ship time if they ever ship it. Plus they will lie and says it’s been shipped when it hasn’t.
Coils
This is pissing me off I’ve ordered standard shipping paid almost $15 USD extra (10 days) wait and it’s been over 10 business days never ordering here again , worst delivery service ever . Hurry up either send my refund or fly my purchase out to me !!!!!!!
Aegis hero coil pack
The slowest company on earth for delivery. I can drive to it’s location and pick up my order before it’s even made it’s way to the post office. It’s been waiting for drop off at usps for 3 weeks now. Does your store walk every package to the post office??? I’d rather walk to the closest vape shop than order from here again
pelicans and coils
the service was good. They shipped right away on 1/18/2020 it is now 2/18/2021. Have not received shipment yet. I not order from them again.
They shipped 1/ 19 it is now 3/3 still have not received my order. They contacted me on 2/19 after I complained. Said it would be here the next week. Been almost 2 weeks since then. But only took one day to take the money out of my bank. I guess that is money I have lost. Ifi were I do not recommend this company.
You've stated twice that they did indeed ship your order. That would put the problem in the hands of the shipping company, not the company you purchased from. It sounds like you never contacted the company for a resolution, only came here to complain. They have no way of knowing you didn't receive your order unless you stay in contact with them. Make sure your complaining about the right people causing the problem.
Mel, if you want to get technical, in almost all transactions, the seller is responsible for the item until it reaches the customer. So the seller whether it be a company or something like ebay should be tracking the item and making sure that the shipping carrier delivers the package, and when if the package is lost, it is the sellers responsibility to contact the carrier, claim the insurance if they purchased it with the shipping and send the seller a new product immediately. So the short of it, it is highly likely it is still AliVapes responsibility. Please don't come online and spread false information.
Kangertech mini c kit
Due to the fact kangertech dont make much anymore and I love the simplicity of the 50 watt mod and the junk top fill tank I usually just throw away anyway I'm glad this dude still has this product available. I'll be ordering then all soon of he still has a few in stock
VOOPOO UFORCE Replacement Glass Tube 3pcs - 3.5ml
I ordered these on September 3, payment was posted to my account on the 5th, Alivape created a shipping label on the 12th of September. It is now the 25th of September and I still haven't received my product. I have contacted them 3 times regarding this matter and all I get is "We have contacted the vendor".
all works well
I don't find it negative after I get my 3 orders in time. They packed my vapes and ejuice well.
