T-shirt
I ordered a T-shirt for my wife.
It was nothing special and not personalized. Upon receiving it, it was too small. The shirt was either labled incorrectly or their sizing is not true to size. I contacted them to arrange for an exchange and was told that they do not accept exchanges. They said that their T-shirts are custom printed when ordered and otherwise sent me clip of the size measurements. I will never order from them again.Blanket
I ordered a blanket with a ski trail. I ordered it on December 5. It was my total understanding I would get it before Christmas as it was a gift. I had the same experience with UPS. No movement for days. I contacted Powder Addicts, and they take no responsibility, and they blame the carrier. The next time I complained they said the production team was overwhelmed with Christmas orders. I contacted them every day until finally they offered to reimburse me the shipping charges. I then contacted the salesperson I dealt with and same response, basically saying in a polite way, not my problem. She did however say it takes 3-5 days for the product to be made. Customer Service gave a completely different timeframe of 7-12 days. The blanket did finally show up on December 29. The interesting thing is it arrived via the USPS . . . not UPS? The product is OK. I will never order from this company again.
Blanket
Looks like the company is a scam. Ordered blanket Dec. 9 and I started getting notifications that the package shipped Dec. 15. Turns out they only paid for the postage and never actually took said package to the post office. They haven't returned my email either so I'm guessing they stole my money as well as the other peoples money who also fell for this.
Park city blanket
I paid for it but never got it. When I tried to track my order on their site and typed in the confirmation #, it said no order found. I sent them an email about it and got no response. This is a scam. Do not buy from this site.
Printed Blanket
No different than anyone else here - ordered product with PLENTY of time to get it done for Christmas and not delivered. No contact, no shipping updates. DO NOT ORDER from Powder Addicts ever. You will throw away your money and miss whatever engagement you were buying the product for. For us, this is a missed Christmas gift for our nephew. Bad play Powder Addicts. Bad play.
Signs amp Blanket
I ordered 2 of the trail signs and one of the blankets in early December. A week and a half later, no movement so I contacted them by email (no phone # available). DIdn't receive any reply but the next day I received a notification that the blanket shipped. Days later, I contact them again saying it they don't ship the signs in time for Christmas, I'll be canceling my order. Again, no reply to my email but a notification the signs shipped.
However, a day later, UPS still doesn't show any movement on either shipment only that a label was printed. I'm in shipping and know if you want to fake a shipment, just print the label. UPS sends out a notification and your customer thinks it's on it's way.
What's worse, on December 17, long after I places my order, i receive a promotional email saying "It's not to late to order for Christmas." Lies!!!

Looked like a good product, but after nearly 2 months it hasn't arrived due to their incompetence. I placed the online order and gave them a PO box address. They said they couldn't send by mail to a PO box, so I gave them a condo address with the note that the US mail doesn't deliver there, but FedEx and UPS do. They then shipped by US mail to the condo. Or said they did. I wrote to cancel the order. No refund a month+ later. Their website showed "not shipped." I disputed the charge. They wrote back saying they were shipping the item. Again, by mail to the condo address that doesn't receive mail.

I had to give them 2 star rating because zero or one star are not an option. Don’t buy from them unless you want your package late and not what you ordered. Feel free to buy from them and get ripped off, late arrival and not what you ordered! Buy ( items and receive one. Zero stars from my experience. Won’t buy from them again!
Heck no, I would not buy from them unless you want to waste your money!
