Tweed jacket and shorts
The stuff I got from this store is seriously top-notch. I just happened to find it and ended up buying 4 tweed jackets and shorts. They came in fast, and I was really impressed by how nice and well-crafted they are. I'm super happy with my buy, and I can tell these pieces are gonna be in my closet for a long time. Anda Seat gaming chair
I got this awesome gaming chair from that store like 4 years ago and it's still amazing! I use it every day for gaming and homework - it's seriously the most comfortable thing ever. But then one day, a screw in the chair broke, so I checked the website for a replacement part. They were out of stock, so I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to help me out. They really took care of me! I'm so glad my chair is still going strong and I could easily get it fixed when I needed to. The team at the store is really friendly and they really look out for their customers. Thanks, you guys are awesome!

No confirmation email, no invoice, money taken from PayPal, called multiple times, talked to a lady, asked for products not to be canceled for a birthday gift, order got canceled, got my money back but no gift
Yeah, so I ordered some stuff and was really looking forward to getting it for my friend's birthday. But then, I never received an email confirming my order or any information at all. When I finally called, they told me they canceled my order and refunded my money. Now I have no gift for the birthday party. Not cool at all!

Overpriced, poor quality items
I bought some stuff that was way too expensive for what I got. It was poor quality and fell apart after I wore it just a few times. Then, when I tried to return it, the customer service was terrible. They wouldn't take it back because they said it looked used and smelled bad, even though I only tried it on. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this place.

Fast delivery, no customs issues
This app is great for buying stuff from China. I had no issues ordering, and my stuff got here pretty fast considering how far away it was. It only took about a week for my items to arrive, and I got them sent to me in the EU by DHL. One thing that I really liked was that the price already included the tax, so I didn't have to deal with any customs headaches.

I just bought a bottle from your company and it was a nightmare. I ordered it back in November, and here we are in January and still no sign of it. When I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. They couldn't tell me where my order was and only offered a 20% refund, even though I paid full price plus shipping. That's not how you should treat customers. I'm definitely going to share my experience with others and I won't be buying from your company again.

Lemon button fern and Brazil in coconut shell hanging planter
The lemon button fern and Brazil plant in the coconut shell hanging planter weren't doing so hot at first, so I had to repot them. The Brazil plant is kicking butt now, but the lemon button fern is still having a tough time. So, I swapped out the plants in the coconut shell planters for different ones, and those are thriving now. All in all, everything worked out in the end.

The customer service is terrible. They do not communicate orders before being placed. You are notified after you’ve already been charged and then they take 5-7 business days to respond to you and then tell you there’s nothing they can do about your order. I will never use this company again after so many negative experience with their customer service. By charging me for two shipments unnecessarily, they lost me as a customer for our next child.

I absolutely love the sunscreen I was able to purchase from this site. I was referred by an influencer and the recommendations far exceeded my expectations. The fact that there is little to no eye sting with all three Suncreens I tried (Beauty of Joseon, Purito and Isntree) blew me away. My husband works outside all day and never liked wearing sunscreen because when he sweats it would sting his eye, but the Beauty of Joseon is the first Sunscreen he can wear and I'm so excited that he will be protected now. And I absolutely loved both Beauty of Joseon and Isntree. I love the subtle glow that Isntree gives me for no makeup days. Delivery took just shy of two weeks, however, for international shipping and the quality of the product I did not think this was too bad. I will be purchasing again!!!

Let me start with positive. I expected 6 weeks for delivery. She got here in less and 3 weeks and was well packaged.
Her hair does look real but that’s the only thing that looks real. She very much looks plastic and fake. I purchased to practice photography with and I wanted something that looked real but was a little posable. She is posable for the the price I paid I expected it to look more realistic. Save yourself the frustration. Use ANY company BUT VirtualRun. Ordered multiple races- and I did receive part of the order, but nothing since. And the ones that are missing have long since passed shipping dates. One is no longer even listed on the website. No answer to multiple emails (except an automatic reply that gives you NO ANSWERS) and no response to multiple messages on FaceBook. I have had to resort to disputing the charges.

After waiting for almost an year for my product they just give me the runaround. No refund and no product, their website claims to ship in 5-7 days. The company is a joke. Now I need to find out consumer protection authorities in Canada
I have read so many people with the same experience. I ordered almost a year ago and same thing, but they are actively selling the product on their website. They are stealing people’s money. I wonder if enough people got together, maybe a lawsuit could be started. They need to be stopped from doing this.....it is criminal
I have received constantly ads on my phone with 25%, 35%, 40% and now 50% off. I finally decided to make the purchase and have been waiting for delivery. Now I find all these comments and reporting since trying to find the ability to communicate with this co to get refunded. So for US residents the Attorney General of state has the ability to pursue businesses for fraud and criminal practices on behalf of its citizens. Also filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau is important as they cover US, Canada and Mexico and will help bring these fraudulent practices to an end.

Renters
My daughter had renters insurance with them with the monthly premium being charged to her pre-paid PayPal card. She lost her job because of the pandemic, it took almost 4 months to start getting unemployment and she missed payments so they canceled her policy. Instead of reinstating the policy when we paid the past due amount the forced her to get a NEW policy but won’t accept her PayPal or Greendot card so I used my bank debit card. Policy agreement was for debit for premium on 3rd of every month. 3 days ago I see a charge for $6.55 from them. Their explanation? It’s a “deferred payment fee” from the canceled policy that can’t be stopped, even though that policy was canceled. This fee was NEVER charged the whole time the policy was active. I’d stay as far away from this company as you can.
