    Overpriced small plant

    The pictures on the website totally tricked me. I thought I was getting a big, cool plant for $72, but what I got was this super small thing that barely took up any space in the pot. I could have just gone down to the store and bought the same plant for way cheaper. The quality definitely didn't stack up to the price, and now I feel totally scammed.

    Succulent plant purchase

    I ordered a succulent plant to be sent to a memory care facility, but when the nursing staff tried to show customer service pictures, they said they couldn't open attachments. They wanted pictures pasted in the email and in full size. Since I wasn't at a desktop, I asked for a valid email to send the photos to, but by the time I got one, the plant had already been thrown out. Overall, I was really disappointed with the company's poor quality and customer service. I won't be recommending them, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again. They might reply to emails, but that's pretty much it.

    Gift plant from estranged family member

    I received a plant for my birthday from a long-lost family member out of the blue. It showed up with no instructions or name, just a note to water it. I tried to take care of it by moving it to a better pot, but sadly it died two weeks later.

    I was really let down by the snake plant I bought recently. It was way smaller than I thought it'd be, and it didn't look very healthy. Some of the leaves were squishy, and others had brown spots on the tips. It definitely wasn't what I was hoping for, especially for how much I paid for it.

    Lavender plant purchase for Mothers Day gift

    I bought a lavender plant as a gift for Mother's Day, but it came dead. Dealing with the customer service has been a major headache – I've sent emails and made calls, but all they offered was a partial refund and a replacement plant, which doesn't cut it. Their lack of care for their products and dismissive handling of my complaints is so unprofessional. I definitely won't be buying from them in the future.

    Peace lily plant

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I ordered this peace lily plant online because it had tons of gorgeous white flowers, but when it came, there weren't any flowers at all! I was so disappointed, and I won't be ordering from them again. I reached out to customer service, and they basically shrugged it off. Plus, I realized they only display 5-star reviews on their site - seriously, that's not cool. I left a review, and it mysteriously vanished. Ugh, so frustrating!

    I got some plants from this company for delivery and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. The plants showed up looking just like they did on the website and got to me right on time, which was awesome. The only thing that bugged me was that the person I talked to when I ordered didn't mention a sale or free shipping deal. But once I pointed it out, they ended up crediting me for the shipping, so that was cool. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll probably order from them again down the road.

    I ordered a bonsai tree, but it never showed up. Customer service kept saying they would send it on certain dates, but I still don't have it. It's so annoying and disappointing that they can't follow through or keep me updated. I would definitely not suggest buying from them.

    Mother's Day gifts - Pink Azalea plant and Pink Rose bush

    I just bought a couple of Mother's Day gifts from this shop - one was a lovely Pink Azalea plant and the other was a Pink Rose bush. Let me tell you, both plants were top-notch and the people I gave them to loved them. The Pink Azalea plant bloomed super pretty and the Pink Rose bush had these delicate, fragrant blooms that were amazing. The ordering process was easy-peasy and the customer service was excellent. The prices were fair for the quality of the plants. They delivered the plants right on time and kept me updated on the shipping. I really recommend this shop if you want to get some quality plants as gifts.

    I really regret not checking the reviews before I ordered from this place. The plant I got was all messed up and broken, and when I asked for a refund, they said no. Their customer service was no help at all and didn't even say sorry, which just made me feel like I shouldn't have ever bought from them. I wouldn't suggest buying from this place unless you like throwing your money away on messed up stuff.

    Gardenia plant purchase for Mother's Day

    I recently bought a gardenia plant for my mom for Mother's Day, but sadly, it arrived in really bad shape. The metal container was nearly bent in half, and the plant itself was all dirty and looked super sickly. I reached out to customer service, and they quickly offered to send a new one. However, the replacement plant also came in pretty banged-up, and this time, it was much smaller than the original. On top of that, they only offered me a 50% refund as an apology. I was disappointed to see that the plants were not handled or packaged properly, resulting in such poor quality upon delivery. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

    Indoor plants

    I'm really unhappy with the indoor plants I got. They came in bad shape - one was totally uprooted and dirty, while the other two, which were big and pricey, were in bad condition too. They were discolored, had brown and yellow spots, and looked like they had spots on them. All in all, I was super let down by the plants.

    Palm tree purchase

    I bought a palm tree from this company thinking it would be 9 to 12 inches tall like they said on their website. But when it got here, I measured it and it was only 6 inches. When I reached out to customer service about it, they casually told me that the measurements included the height from the bottom of the pot to the top of the leaf. That feels like they're trying to trick people. I was really disappointed in how they weren't upfront and honest. So, I won't be buying anything from them again.

    Valentines day plant purchase

    I can't believe this company! I ordered a Valentine's day plant two days ahead of time to surprise my partner, and the plant never showed up on the delivery date. When I contacted customer service to ask about what happened, all they gave me was a lame apology and said they would deliver it whenever it was convenient for them. Why couldn't they just tell me about the delay so I could figure something else out? Now I have nothing to give and no other choices. It's really frustrating how they don't communicate or take responsibility.

    I got some indoor plants from this company because the pots were really cool. But when one of the plants showed up in a busted pot, I tried to get a replacement from Customer Service. All I got was a robot email. I waited two weeks and tried again, but just got the same robot response. Their customer service stinks and doesn't help at all. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

    Bonzai plant purchase

    I just bought this Bonzai plant from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how things went down. The website was easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake. Only thing is, I wish they'd given me more updates on when my delivery would arrive. The packaging was top-notch and all the plants came in perfect shape. The only bummer was the Bonzai soil - it was a mess when I watered it. On top of that, one of the plants had some white stuff on the leaves. But you know what, despite all that, I'd probably shop with them again in the future.

    Plant in plastic planter

    I wouldn't recommend buying from this place! The plant doesn't actually come in the pot you pick, even though they promise it on their site. You'll have to transfer it to a new pot and get more soil since they don't provide enough. It's probably smarter to find a cheaper plant and pot combo elsewhere!
