This company seriously needs to figure things out and chill with all these emails they keep sending me. I already unsubscribed, but they just won't stop bombarding me with promos. Lost Luggage Insurance Claim
I am so frustrated with the service I got from this company. They lost my luggage and it's been almost 3 months since I filed a claim for the R$400 reimbursement, but I still haven't received it. It's crazy! I've been without my stuff for days, depending on their insurance that they talked up, but they've totally let me down. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. It's obvious to me that they are totally incompetent and can't be relied on to keep their word.
