I bought a navy blue dress with white polka dots for my daughter at the store recently. The material is really nice and the design is so cute. It fits her perfectly and she looked so adorable wearing it. I was really impressed with all the little details and how well it was made.

Peace lily plant
Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I ordered this peace lily plant online because it had tons of gorgeous white flowers, but when it came, there weren't any flowers at all! I was so disappointed, and I won't be ordering from them again. I reached out to customer service, and they basically shrugged it off. Plus, I realized they only display 5-star reviews on their site - seriously, that's not cool. I left a review, and it mysteriously vanished. Ugh, so frustrating!

Got a sweatshirt from here
I recently got this awesome sweatshirt from here and it totally looked like the picture online! It fit just right and was so comfortable. The only downside was that it took a bit long to arrive, so that was disappointing since I was really excited to wear it. But all in all, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again!

This company seriously needs to figure things out and chill with all these emails they keep sending me. I already unsubscribed, but they just won't stop bombarding me with promos. I've never bought anything from them, and I'm definitely not planning to in the future. It's irritating and just not cool.

Lost Luggage Insurance Claim
I am so frustrated with the service I got from this company. They lost my luggage and it's been almost 3 months since I filed a claim for the R$400 reimbursement, but I still haven't received it. It's crazy! I've been without my stuff for days, depending on their insurance that they talked up, but they've totally let me down. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. It's obvious to me that they are totally incompetent and can't be relied on to keep their word.
