He took the time to break down all the features, perks, and other services they offer. It was a huge relief that we were able to chat in English with no problems. By the end of our talk, I felt really good about my choice to buy a home security system from them.

    New phone replacement

    I had some issues with my old phone, so I called to get a replacement. The first person I talked to wasn't much help, but when I called back later, I got connected to a really helpful lady. It turned out that the problem was more with the delivery company than the actual phone company. They arranged for my old phone to be picked up and got me a new one without any trouble.

    I just went through the travel insurance claim process and I have to say, it went a lot better than I expected. I got Covid while I was in Spain and had to stay longer than planned, which ended up costing me extra. I was worried that my claim might get rejected, since all I had as proof was a photo of my positive Covid test. But thankfully, they approved it without any problems. The amount they paid out was pretty substantial - it covered my flight back home and even an extra week in a hotel. I was really impressed by how smoothly and professionally the whole thing was handled.

    Travel insurance claim denial

    I gotta say, I was really let down by this travel insurance company I dealt with recently. My flight got canceled thanks to some air traffic control mess, which ended up screwing up my plans for some pre-booked activities and hotel stay. Then, when I went to file a claim, they hit me with the news that the canceled flight wasn't included in their coverage. I was totally bugged out by this, since I thought I had all my bases covered with their insurance.

    I was really frustrated with the whole process. The company promised a lot, but when I looked into it more, the coverage was really limited. It felt like they were purposely making it difficult to file claims and in the end, denying them altogether. And on top of that, they keep taking my monthly payments without giving me much in return. The way they handle payments through a financial institution seems shady and makes me question the whole operation.

    Dealing with a flight cancellation through this company recently was a total nightmare. I was stressed out trying to rebook hotels and flights, and the claims process was a headache.     My annoying experience changing my policy

    I tried to switch up my policy over the phone, but oh my goodness, all I got was this super annoying lady who just wouldn't stop saying she couldn't help me every two seconds. It was seriously frustrating, like come on! They've got a whole team for this, but it feels impossible to actually get through to them or hear back. Such a headache!

    Man, I had such a tough time trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor through that place. I called them so many times and either didn't hear back until the next day or didn't hear back at all. And when I finally submitted the form for my expenses, it took forever for them to send me my money. I even gave them an extra week before I followed up, but when I did, the guy on the phone claimed they had already sent it, which was a complete lie. I had to talk to another lady before I finally got confirmation that it was being sent. What a total mess. I seriously doubt I'll be going back there anytime soon.

    My phone got messed up on November 5th, so I took it in for repair. But since November 6th, I haven't heard a single thing. Now it's January 2024 and I still don't have my phone back. The fact that they aren't keeping me in the loop about what's going on with my phone is beyond annoying. It seems like they care more about making their shareholders happy than actually taking care of their customers.

    Lost Luggage Insurance Claim

    I am so frustrated with the service I got from this company. They lost my luggage and it's been almost 3 months since I filed a claim for the R$400 reimbursement, but I still haven't received it. It's crazy! I've been without my stuff for days, depending on their insurance that they talked up, but they've totally let me down. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. It's obvious to me that they are totally incompetent and can't be relied on to keep their word.

    I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money on this insurance company. They are hands down the worst I've ever had to deal with. My service provider pushed me into buying this policy for 'extra' services, and it's been nothing but a total headache. The customer service is just terrible - I was left hanging on the phone for a whole two hours before finally talking to someone who wasn't helpful at all. It's pretty obvious to me that they don't really care about their customers' worries, and I'm extremely let down by the lack of professionalism and concern shown by this company. Trust me, steer clear of this pricey insurance policy to spare yourself the headache.

    Man, let me tell you about the nightmare I had making a car insurance claim. It was seriously the worst! I mean, I called customer service a bunch of times and the adjuster never once bothered to give me a call back, even after I left messages for weeks. I even tried reaching out to the supervisor, but still nothing. It's just like they give zero cares about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anybody, no way, no how.

    I bought insurance from this other company, and man, trying to cancel it has been a total nightmare. Their website wouldn't work, they never picked up the phone, and even when I emailed them, they kept charging me. Finally got it canceled, but then they tried to charge me again, got debt collectors involved, and kept overcharging me. It's been a neverending nightmare dealing with them.
