Tag watch purchase
I found the watch I was searching for at a really good deal on You Arrived and I was so excited about my purchase. It did take a little while to arrive, about 2 weeks, but it came just like they said it would and I couldn't be more pleased. I've already told a bunch of my friends about You Arrived and I'll definitely be recommending it to more people in the future.

Bad customer service experience
Oh my gosh, I can't believe what happened when I went to that store! The parking lot was a mess, with people fighting and cars crashing into each other, it was insane! I went to customer service, but they were no help and said they didn't have parking attendants. Seriously, can you believe that? I talked to Sarah from the store on the phone and she was nice and tried to assist, but no one came to help out in the end. It was such a terrible experience, I was expecting better service but it seemed like nobody really cared to lend a hand.
