Ratchet belt purchase
I think the concept of a ratchet belt is brilliant - you can swap out the buckle, no need for holes, and it always fits perfectly. So, I got myself a ratchet belt with a black top grain leather strap and a black buckle. The buckle is solid, works like a charm. But, the leather on the strap started looking worn pretty soon after I got it. And it's only getting worse as time goes on. It's frustrating because I was so excited about this product at first. The leather quality just doesn't measure up to the buckle's functionality, which is a bummer.

Business Data Analytics camp experience
I recently attended a Business Data Analytics camp and let me tell you, it was amazing! The staff, especially Dr. Joseph Perez, was really cool. Dr. Perez even went above and beyond to do extra sessions with me to make sure I was prepared. Any time I had a tech issue, the team was quick to fix it. I highly recommend this camp, it's the best! Definitely deserves five stars!

Lack of transparency in product authenticity
I had a really bad experience with the customer support at this company. They weren't clear at all about whether the products I got were real or not. As a customer, this really worries me. I was let down by how the company didn't handle the problem.

Makeup products
I am really let down by the makeup products I bought. The serum is too runny and just goes everywhere, making my face feel all sticky. And the concealer is just terrible, it's all cakey and can't even cover up my blemishes. The highlighter, contour stick, blush, mascara, eyebrow gel, and lip oil all don't last long and are definitely not what I was hoping for. I wouldn't recommend these products, especially for the price.

Hair conditioner purchase
I just bought a hair conditioner from this company and let me tell you, I am totally impressed. Having dry, curly hair, it can be tough to find a conditioner that gives enough slip and hydration. But this conditioner went above and beyond. Not only did it do wonders for my hair, but I also love that they have a refill pouch option – saving money and cutting down on plastic waste. Overall, I am super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a good conditioner.

Water filter purchase
I bought a water filter from this company recently and man, it was a total letdown. Supposed to give me clean water, but instead, it leaked like crazy, wrecking my cabinets and floor. I had to buy two new filters in just two years, which was a hassle and expensive. Super bummed about the poor quality of the product and the lackluster service from the company.

Birthday gift cookies
The cookies I got as a gift were really dry and crumbly. I was hoping for some yummy, chewy cookies, but boy was I let down. They were so dry that even a glass of milk wouldn't have fixed them! It was awkward when the person who gave them to me asked if I enjoyed them, because honestly, I didn't. I definitely wouldn't buy these for myself, no chance!

Silver Pillow
I purchased their silver pillow. Based on their positive reviews, how could I go wrong? BUYER BEWARE. The reviews that they post on their website will be the best ones. I based my purchase on it since I could not sample the product prior to purchase. The pillow is a defective pillow which caused me severe neck pain. To return the product, they make you schedule an appointment to speak to a rep. If you miss the appointment, then you have to reschedule. It is a very convoluted return practice. The rep is there to try to convince you not to return the product or offer you a small discount off your next purchase. My issue is that I purchased something in good faith. Their product was defective, it was not as if I did not like the color. I should have received a full refund and not their standard practice since the pillow was promoted as the best. It comes across as swindle. If they had worked with me, then I would have seen it as acceptance of the error on their part. Why do I have to pay for their error?
This company is a fraud. I do not understand why they would send out a product that is 8oz with 2oz in it. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company. No response. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
