Cybersecurity online course
I've been really disappointed with this course since day one. The projects don't have clear instructions and the exams have stuff we didn't even talk about in class, so it's super frustrating trying to figure things out. I feel like I'm always struggling to keep up, and I end up searching on Google for help most of the time. What's even worse is that I've tried reaching out to QuickStart several times for help or to maybe even drop the course, but I haven't gotten any response at all. It's really discouraging to feel like they don't care about me as a student and I'm just another number to them, even though they're supposed to be focused on education.
Cyber security boot camp
I signed up for the cyber security boot camp at this place hoping it would help me get started in my career in the field. The course was really informative and well-organized, covering a lot of topics that were important in the industry. The instructors knew their stuff and were really helpful, guiding us through the program. But, I ran into some issues with the career counseling services they offered. Even though I did everything they asked for in the job guarantee, the career counselors were no help at all. They didn't find any good job opportunities for me, and when I asked for a refund, the new career counseling manager just said no without much explanation. Plus, asking for 5-star reviews in exchange for Amazon gift cards seems shady and makes me question the institution's ethics.
Online IT training course
I recently signed up for an online IT training course, and I have to say, it didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. The teacher wasn't much help, so I had to figure things out on my own by reading and watching YouTube videos. And when I did try to ask questions, it seemed like the instructor was always busy and couldn't help me much. Plus, getting access to the labs for hands-on practice was a real struggle, making my learning experience even more frustrating.
Boot camp experience
During my time at boot camp, my instructor was really good. He made sure to help each of us individually and was always there when we needed him. I never got lost in the material because he explained everything so well. Whenever I had a question and reached out by text or email, he would get back to me right away and make sure I understood everything. I was so grateful for all the help and effort he put into the course.
Business Data Analytics camp experience
I recently attended a Business Data Analytics camp and let me tell you, it was amazing! The staff, especially Dr. Joseph Perez, was really cool. Dr. Perez even went above and beyond to do extra sessions with me to make sure I was prepared. Any time I had a tech issue, the team was quick to fix it. I highly recommend this camp, it's the best! Definitely deserves five stars!
Cybersecurity bootcamp
I just finished up this Cybersecurity bootcamp and let me tell you, it was no joke. Super detailed, totally hands-on, and so darn helpful for beefing up my skills and diving deeper into the world of cybersecurity. They had us using virtual machines, which really helped make things real. I soaked up a ton of info and now I've got a rock-solid base of knowledge in cybersecurity. Thanks to all that, I finally snagged my CompTIA Security+ certification and landed myself a gig in GRC.
Cloud Engineering bootcamp course
I really enjoyed going to the Cloud Engineering bootcamp at QuickStart. The course had a lot of great lessons that covered all sorts of topics, and I especially liked the hands-on projects that helped me learn practical skills that I can use in the real world. The instructors were really smart and kept things interesting, although it was sad to hear that one of them passed away during the course. And the career coaches were always there to help me out. Overall, I'm thankful for getting to be a part of this program at QuickStart.
Course resources and support
The course I bought had so many resources that it made it really easy for me to learn and get better. The coach and support team were super quick to help out whenever I had questions or issues, which was awesome. I did have a bit of a hard time with one of the assessments, but luckily I could try it multiple times, so I'm feeling confident that I'll pass eventually. I'm hoping that the projects in the course won't get too tough, and that I'll still get the support I need to finish them successfully.
Cyber security bootcamp
Man, I was really trying to make a change in my life and break into cyber security, you feel me? I looked into a bunch of bootcamps, but this one seemed like the best fit for me. The bootcamp was no joke, but I stuck it out and when I completed it, I felt like all the hard work was totally worth it. And get this - not long after finishing the bootcamp, I actually landed a job as a cyber security analyst! The whole program is set up to help you get hired right away, and it definitely paid off for me. If you're serious about jumping into a fresh new career, you should definitely give this a shot, seriously.
Fantastic customer service
I really don't like calling customer service, but let me tell you, this lady Kiran was awesome! She was super friendly and really went out of her way to help me. She definitely deserves a raise!
Cybersecurity course
Hey there, as someone who's been around the block a bit, I gotta say I wouldn't recommend dropping your benefits on the cybersecurity program they're pushing here. The video lectures drag on forever, given by instructors that could put a cup of coffee to sleep. It would be way better if they chopped those 2-hour lectures into shorter, more interesting chunks. Personally, I thought the labs were alright, got a solid C grade. But honestly, I've found that Testout labs give you a better bang for your buck. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of shelling out $4500 here like I did.
Data Science program
I think this program is honestly not worth it. The teaching quality is pretty bad - the videos are basically just taken from YouTube, the mentor doesn't really help much, and there are a bunch of mistakes on the dashboard. My advice? Don't bother spending your money on this, just teach yourself the material instead.

I just gotta give a huge shoutout to QuickStart for all the amazing help they've given me during this crazy pandemic time. I mean, from the super smart advisors to the top-notch Cyber Security professors, QuickStart really knows their stuff. The hands-on training from the instructors has been a game-changer for me, boosting my skills and knowledge big time. Big thanks to QuickStart for all your hard work and dedication!
Cyber security course
I enrolled in a cyber security course but had to stop because of the virus. They are taking forever to get back to me, it's like they don't even care. The online classes are not helpful at all and they just give you the answers to the tests. It's already August and I still haven't heard anything from them. They won't even tell me when to return the laptop. They are so unprofessional and don't listen to me. I'm tired of their excuses.
Career change program
Hey, just a heads up about this career change program I tried out. Honestly, it was a total letdown. The videos they give you are a waste of time - poorly put together and no subtitles, just a bunch of useless info. The labs were a disaster, some of them didn't even work right. And their career services? They just post jobs you're not even qualified for. The only good thing was Ty (Michael), he seemed like he actually cared. I'd recommend looking into letsdefend or tryhackme instead - way better choices for way less money. Hope that helps!
Data Science bootcamp
I just finished up a Data Science bootcamp and I gotta say, it was really great working with my mentor. Being able to join in on class discussions and get some extra help on the material we were covering was super helpful. One thing I really appreciated was the supportive atmosphere that the instructors and other students created.
Although, I did run into some problems with the UX on the bootcamp dashboard. Some of the links in certain modules were broken and there were some issues with the quizzes showing up as completed incorrectly. But hey, the support team, especially Harris, was quick to jump in and fix the issues I was having.Cybersecurity program

The online course I bought was super helpful, but I noticed that a few of the videos could use a refresh in how they present the material. It felt like the instructor was just reading off slides in some of them, which made it kind of boring. Still, I had a good time overall and am excited to keep on learning. I recently finished a Data Science Boot Camp here, and let me tell you, it was amazing. The course had all the tools and labs I needed to succeed. The curriculum was well-organized and easy to follow, so it worked for students at any skill level. The teachers were super supportive, always there to help with questions, show examples, and have interesting Data Science chats. I really liked how they were committed to helping us with tough projects, so we could use what we learned in the real world. Overall, the boot camp was a great resource for beginners wanting to get into the field, and for experienced folks looking to brush up on their skills.
Online course purchase for certification exam prep
I found the online courses I bought to get ready for my certification exam pretty helpful. The videos had a lot of good info, but there were a couple times where they didn't cover everything I needed to know for the test. And some of the lab work took longer than they said it would - like a 3-hour lab that ended up taking me 6 hours. But even with those hiccups, I still think the material was useful for getting me ready.
