Underwear
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I gotta say, I was really let down by my recent experience. Back in June 2020, I ordered some underwear, but I didn't get my stuff until way late in August. The company hardly ever reached out to me, so I was left in the dark about what was going on. I'd get random emails here and there about issues with their suppliers, but no info on when I'd actually get my order. Their customer service took forever to get back to me, which was super frustrating. Maybe they were having a tough time because of Covid-19, but that's no excuse for such lousy service. Luckily, I found a more reliable supplier, and I'm thrilled with them.

Lengthy use of app
I've been using this app for about twenty years now, and I've noticed that it's getting harder and harder to log in to all my different accounts. The security measures on all these apps, including yours, plus the ones on my bank and investment sites, are just making everything so confusing and frustrating for me. I'm thinking of just canceling my account and finding something simpler and easier to use.

Eyeglasses
I was really bummed out about the eyeglasses I bought online. They came all messed up and seemed totally fake. When I reached out to the customer service team, they weren't very helpful and didn't take responsibility. Even after I explained what was wrong, they wouldn't give me a refund and said it was just wear and tear. They suggested I go to a store for fixes, but that wasn't possible since they didn't have one nearby. I had to go get someone else to confirm that the glasses weren't what I thought I was getting.

I had some issues with my old phone, so I called to get a replacement. The first person I talked to wasn't much help, but when I called back later, I got connected to a really helpful lady. It turned out that the problem was more with the delivery company than the actual phone company. They arranged for my old phone to be picked up and got me a new one without any trouble.

I placed an order with LensPure not too long ago, but it's been over a week now and my order still hasn't shown up. I haven't even gotten an email saying it's been shipped yet, which is pretty disappointing. As someone who's buying stuff, getting it on time is really important, so not hearing anything about where my order is has got me feeling pretty frustrated. I get that delays can happen, but not knowing what's going on with my order is just not cool. I sent two boxes of fruit to my friends in different states and they loved it. One friend is up in New England and the other is in the Midwest, and they both got their boxes right on time. I picked up these awesome dining chairs from this place. The service was great and they gave me a heads up on when my order was coming.
