Clothing purchase
I recently bought some clothes from this company, and man, let me tell you, I was totally bummed out by the quality. The jeans I got were like paper-thin, and the whole hidden elastic thing they had going on was a flop. And don't even get me started on the flannel shirts - those snaps were popping open left and right! Plus, their customer service stinks. They make you pay to send stuff back, no matter what's wrong with it. And when I tried to email them about my issues, I got crickets. Gifts to friends
I sent two boxes of fruit to my friends in different states and they loved it. One friend is up in New England and the other is in the Midwest, and they both got their boxes right on time. Everything was fresh and tasty, and they were thrilled with the delivery. They couldn't get enough of the fruit! Dining chairs
I picked up these awesome dining chairs from this place. The service was great and they gave me a heads up on when my order was coming. When I unpacked the box, one of the chairs had a little issue but I called them up and they fixed it real quick. Emerald Tetrad Diamond Ring
After 3 years or normal wear, one of the diamonds fell out of my wife's ring and was lost. When I contacted Vrai, they said this could only happen with "too much wear" (my wife has a desk job) and was not considered a manufacturing defect. Seems like a defect to me; maybe they expect their rings to fall apart after 3 years? I would avoid Vrai at all costs.
