Fresh fruit delivery for my sister
I'm always blown away by how good the fruit is whenever I get it from this company. Their website is super easy to use, so placing an order is a breeze. And let me tell you, the fruit is always so fresh and tasty. I've been sending some to my sister who lives up north in the winter, just to bring a little bit of sunshine and healthiness into her life. She's always so grateful for the gift. And on the rare occasion when there's been an issue with the product, their customer service team is on top of it and fixes things right away. I definitely suggest ordering your fresh fruit from this company - you won't be disappointed.
This is my favorite
This is best for everything !! i can gift to my family , try for myown or just explore. its wonderful! i personally love peaches but i dont exactly know when i can get the fresh peaches to eat. so i preordered it from here . what they do, they deliver it to me when the season comes and its sounds weird but so helpful ! sometimes i dont even remember i am getting the box
Also i ordered the honeybell zest cake and jumbo deluxe cashews , bit of expsiee but taste amazing ! also there are lots of fresh fruits pre order options to try it outItem #u101N juicy navel oranges are tasteless and dry. Not even close to oranges we received in other gift packages.
So unhappy with hale groves. I ordered a joy gift tray @49.99 on Dec 1st. Then on the 5th of Dec I ordered the same for my daughters family, Well a few weeks later my daughter received our tray and that was fine since they were the same except for the message. As I was checking on our order it was also going to my daughters house, I called and they corrected that error. Now Dec 25th still no order at my home. What is going on? Take your money and sing for your stuff. Not going to happen Hale groves. I wanted this for Christmas not Easter. You really need to serve your customers with care. Also I have waited for over 1 hour on the phone then just hung up, Nice trick keep them waiting huh. I could have done better at Walmart or Publix. Never again. I would like a refund of 49.99 for a no show delivery on the promised day no later then Dec 24th. You will be hearing from me soon.
Sumo Tangerines purchase
I heard great things about this place, so I decided to try it out and get some Sumo Tangerines for a special someone. The website was easy to use, but I did struggle a bit with the customization part. However, it was all pretty easy to figure out. Sadly, I got an email saying my order couldn't be filled because I missed the deadline. Mary Manser was nice enough to explain why, which I was grateful for. Even though I was bummed about not getting the tangerines right now, I'll definitely come back when they're available again.
Fresh fruit purchase
I just wanted to share about my recent experience buying fruit from this company. The customer service rep I talked to really knew their stuff and was super helpful. I did have a bit of a hard time getting a real person on the line at first because of all those recorded messages, but once I finally got someone live, they were so helpful and provided top-notch service. Their efficiency and friendly attitude really impressed me.
Yummy fruit with confusing extra tray
The fruit from this place is amazing! I enjoy eating it, it makes me feel super healthy. However, when we placed the order, we were expecting an extra fruit tray, and it was a bit confusing. We clicked to order, thinking the extra tray would be included, but it wasn't clear. They should make it clearer for us kids to know if we'll be getting that extra fruit tray or not, you know?
My gift
I received this really awesome gift from a friend and it totally made my day! The website was super easy to navigate and I had so much fun browsing through all the amazing products they offer. The quality of the gift was top-notch and I felt like I was giving the perfect present. And to top it off, they have sales that make it even better to snag some cool items at a great price. It's like a little treat for myself!
Gifts to friends
I sent two boxes of fruit to my friends in different states and they loved it. One friend is up in New England and the other is in the Midwest, and they both got their boxes right on time. Everything was fresh and tasty, and they were thrilled with the delivery. They couldn't get enough of the fruit! I'll definitely be sending them more gift boxes in the future since they were so excited about it.
Honeybelles
I received these as a gift and was home when they were left on my door step in cold upstate NY. I have tried 2 of the 9 in the box ... hard to peel, dry and pithy inside, stringy and not enjoyable at all. I may just juice the rest or throw them out to the birds. What a disappointment. I won’t tell my friend who sent them. I can’t really give atrue star review since I didn’t order the box
Perfectly packaged oranges
My oranges just arrived safe and sound! They were packed so carefully and came right on time. And let me tell you, these oranges are amazing - way better than anything you can find at a grocery store. It's nearly impossible to get fruit that's actually ripe when you buy it from a local store.
Thought it was gonna be free shipping
I thought I was getting free shipping, but I actually got charged for it. I did have a coupon, which helped a little, but I still felt a little deceived. We usually get really good fruit from them and have even received gifts from them before.
First order
I totally bought a cake for my cousin's birthday 'cause I got this bomb honeybell orange cake as a present. It was so easy peasy to order and there were a ton of tasty choices. I was all about it!
Hello Spring Basket
The recipient loved the Hello Spring Basket! The fresh fruit, beautiful presentation, and yummy treats were all fantastic.
Ordered Fruit they ruined my Christmas gift
I ordered oranges December 11th for a very special person. They were supposed to be delivered before December 25th. The FedEx website will deliver on the 26th. Customer service sends me generic emails apologizing for the inconvenience. It's not an inconvenience. They missed Christmas.

I bought fruit gift boxes for 75 clients. Most of the deliveries had bad fruit. I called them 15 times to get my receipt. They ignore my request.

Awful Honeybells, I was very disappointed with my purchase. Most of them were rotten, black marks and I couldn't peel at least half of them!! HALE GROVES is NOT A PLACE I would recommend. They know better. Shame on you !!!
I HAVE ORDERED HONEY BELLS FOR YEARS FOR MYSELF AND FRIENDS EVEN PLACED MY ORDER IN OCTOBER THIS YEAR THEY HAVE NOT FIT TO EAT ROTTON AND A SUB WAS SENT THEY WERE DRY AND NASTY LAST TIME THEY WILL EVER GET ANOTHER ORDER FROM ME FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY SHOULD BE EXTRA GOOD
2 cases Honeybell oranges
2 boxes. A few pieces rotten. Very unattractive to look at. Most importantly, these oranges are ordinary, not especially sweet and I can get better oranges at the local grocery store. Will not order from this company again and frankly, local oranges are better. I live in Maryland!!! The oranges are just not good.
Oranges and Grapfruit
Delivery took 10 days from date order shipped, arrived on time but I received a box of rotten fruit. Its now been 11days since I called for a refund and still have not received it. Poor customer service.
