You know, this is actually my 3rd time buying from this place, and it felt just as exciting as the first time I found it. I'm so happy and totally obsessed with the custom jewelry I got. Impulse purchase of jacket and vests
So, I kind of went and bought this jacket and a couple of vests on a whim because of an ad I saw on Instagram. But man, let me tell you, one of those vests made out of "sanded cloth" was just terrible quality. It legit felt like something you'd use in a kid's art project, and to top it off, it was way too big, like two sizes too big!
Then, when I tried to return the stuff, I ran into a bunch of problems. The return and refund options were super limited and cost an arm and a leg. And to make matters worse, one of the things I ordered never showed up, and it's been a whole week with no updates from the shipping company.
The customer support was a total letdown too. They didn't bother to keep me in the loop at all. It was just unprofessional and downright disappointing. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store or vendor. I should've checked the reviews first, for sure. Oh my gosh, this shipping service is seriously the worst! They totally messed up the value of my Amazon order and now I have to pay way more in taxes. Plus, they're making me wait for what feels like forever for my package. It's been over a month and I still haven't received it. They keep pointing fingers at Fedex and Fedex is pointing right back at them. It's so frustrating! The worst part is, I ordered medicine that I really need, and they're not even trying to help me out. I am so annoyed right now!
