I liked the photos online but I was already unsure about the stone size before ordering — felt a bit too chunky in the pictures. When the rings arrived they looked fine, but the stones were bigger than I wanted, so I sent them back (on my dime) and used tracking. The return was marked received, yet two weeks later my replacement still hadn’t shipped. After a bunch of emails and another waiting period I asked for a refund. Only after I said I’d dispute the charge with Visa did they issue something back, and it wasn’t the full amount. I’ve ordered from nicer sellers before, so this was disappointing. Won’t risk ordering from them again.
Worth the small drama
totally worth it, even after a little delivery hiccup. I ordered three rings (two were supposed to be gifts), and yes, one package was dropped at the wrong address — annoying — but Italo's customer reps actually fixed it, sent a replacement, and kept me in the loop. When the replacement arrived the pieces looked even better than the photos: solid workmanship, eye-catching without trying too hard. Cute gift boxes too. I ended up keeping all three because, well, I couldn't help it; they all look great and honestly fight for space on my hand. If you're nervous about shipping, double-check your address, but otherwise go for it. The service felt classy but not stiff — real people.
Unexpected Spark
Saw a tiny spark on my coworker's finger and asked where it was from. Turned out to be Italo Jewelry — and I was kind of skeptical at first, you know, fake diamonds and all. Almost didn't pull the trigger

In the end the second package did arrive and the pieces are really nice — exactly what I wanted to treat myself with after a busy work stretch. Customer service took longer than I'd like, sure, but they did fix it and I'm honestly relieved. So, glad I waited, still a bit wary but overall happy and grateful.
Mixed bag — nice product, rough process

I used a pro jeweler’s sizing gauge before ordering, yet the size felt tight (ordered 7.5, needed an 8). I emailed them multiple times — three messages before getting any reply — and when they finally answered they didn’t give clear return instructions. Their offer was: keep the tight ring and pay $60 plus about $20 shipping for a replacement. That’s not what I expected. On the plus side, delivery was on time and the piece looks great in person, so I’m relieved about that. I did try to leave feedback on their site and couldn’t find any way to post, which made me suspicious about the reviews there (seems unusually glowing). Compared to other jewelers who handled exchanges smoothly, this felt clunky. Overall: happy with the ring, annoyed by the customer service hurdles, and a bit wary about the company’s online reviews.

18K gold plated ring fading
I bought a ring from this company not too long ago and man, I gotta tell you, I'm really bummed about the quality. I mean, seriously, less than two weeks in and the 18K gold plating is already fading away, showing off the silver underneath. I was expecting this thing to hold up better, especially since I dropped some serious cash on it. It looked so nice in the beginning, but now it just looks like a cheap, old piece of junk. I am so not satisfied with this purchase.
