I recently bought this beautiful sapphire ring from the seller for my daughter's wedding. It was the perfect gift, following the tradition of "something new and something blue" just right. The ring looked amazing online, but when I got it, I was blown away by how stunning it was. The quality was top-notch, and the price was really affordable, which was a nice surprise. It did take a little longer to arrive than I expected, but it made it in time for the ceremony, so I was happy about that. The customer service was fantastic when I reached out about the shipment - the reps were so friendly and helpful, it really made the whole experience great. I'll definitely think about buying from this seller again next time I need a gift.
Sparkly ring
I got this really sparkly ring and it was so gorgeous! I loved wearing it to special events and it made me feel all fancy. But then, one day, a stone just fell out! I didn't even get to wear it that much before it started falling apart. It made me really sad. I didn't even wear it in water or anything!
Tennis necklace
I gotta admit, I was feeling doubtful after seeing all those bad reviews. But you know what? I went ahead and ordered that round tennis necklace, and man, am I glad I did! It looks awesome and I seriously can't get enough of wearing it. Just wanted to let y'all know that my good vibes are for real - I'm just a regular customer, not workin' for the company or anything.
White sapphire tennis bracelet
I just got this beautiful white sapphire tennis bracelet from this company and let me tell you, it is amazing! The bracelet came quickly and looked stunning. But when I took a closer look, I noticed the clasp was a little loose. So I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful - they sent me a new bracelet right away. It just arrived and it's flawless. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and the quality of the product.
Ring
Italo is a BIG SCAM... I ordered a ring size 7 3/4 when I received my ring in the mail I tried it on and it was big on my finger.
I brought the ring to my jeweler to put a ring guild on he instantly said this material is VERY CHEAPPLY MADE and the ring size is 8 1/4! I don't want to take the chance of ruining the ring all together. So I decided to send the ring back for the size I originally ordered 7 3/4. Now my problems begin, emailing back and forth and they want another $20 restock fee FOE THEIR MISTAKE.
How Is This Right When It Was Their MISTAKE from the beginning.
This place SUCKS and would never order another piece of ... jewelry from them. MY MISTAKE !
