I just got this beautiful white sapphire tennis bracelet from this company and let me tell you, it is amazing! The bracelet came quickly and looked stunning. But when I took a closer look, I noticed the clasp was a little loose. So I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful - they sent me a new bracelet right away. It just arrived and it's flawless. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and the quality of the product.

Italo is a BIG SCAM... I ordered a ring size 7 3/4 when I received my ring in the mail I tried it on and it was big on my finger.
I brought the ring to my jeweler to put a ring guild on he instantly said this material is VERY CHEAPPLY MADE and the ring size is 8 1/4! I don't want to take the chance of ruining the ring all together. So I decided to send the ring back for the size I originally ordered 7 3/4. Now my problems begin, emailing back and forth and they want another $20 restock fee FOE THEIR MISTAKE.
How Is This Right When It Was Their MISTAKE from the beginning.
This place SUCKS and would never order another piece of ... jewelry from them. MY MISTAKE !
