Purple marquise ring for sister's birthday
This ring was just what I was looking for as a birthday gift for my sister! She loves purple and the marquise cut, so when I came across this ring, I knew it was meant to be. Ordering it was a breeze and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back for more purchases in the future!

So I bought some stuff from this place recently and let me tell ya, two things were so good, like really beautiful. But then there's this one thing that was just a mess. The stones looked cloudy and fake, I couldn't believe it. And get this - to return it, I gotta pay for the shipping myself and only get some of my money back since they say it's not defective, just not what I wanted. What a scam! It's not even worth sending it back with all that trouble. I'm so let down, feels like I got ripped off.
Ring purchase
I recently bought this super cool ring from an online store, but when I put it on, it was way too big. I don't get why they can't make sizes that actually match up with what they say. I tried to send it back because it didn't fit, but then I discovered I had to ship it all the way to the other side of the world just to get my money back. It's so annoying! I wish they made the return process simpler.
Titanium ring with pink stones
So, I was really excited to get this titanium ring with red rubies, but man, it took so long to come in. And when it finally did, the stones were pink! Like, seriously? Pink? Not what I was going for. And then on top of it all, my finger ended up turning green from the metal. Not a good look, not at all. But the customer service was actually really nice about it and they let me switch it out for a silver ring instead. The new ring was nice, but once again, it took forever to arrive, and this time it was too big. Ugh. So now I'm stuck with two rings that aren't exactly what I imagined, but hey, they're still pretty and didn't break the bank. I guess you win some, you lose some, right?
Diamond ring purchase
If you don't want your inbox flooded with spam every day and don't want your unsubscribe requests ignored, then you should stay far away from this company. I learned my lesson after buying a diamond ring from them - now I'm getting bombarded with promos and newsletters I never even wanted. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times, but the emails just won't stop. Do yourself a favor and avoid this unprofessional company.

Sparkly ring
I got this really sparkly ring and it was so gorgeous! I loved wearing it to special events and it made me feel all fancy. But then, one day, a stone just fell out! I didn't even get to wear it that much before it started falling apart. It made me really sad. I didn't even wear it in water or anything!
Tennis necklace
I gotta admit, I was feeling doubtful after seeing all those bad reviews. But you know what? I went ahead and ordered that round tennis necklace, and man, am I glad I did! It looks awesome and I seriously can't get enough of wearing it. Just wanted to let y'all know that my good vibes are for real - I'm just a regular customer, not workin' for the company or anything.

Italo is a BIG SCAM... I ordered a ring size 7 3/4 when I received my ring in the mail I tried it on and it was big on my finger.
I brought the ring to my jeweler to put a ring guild on he instantly said this material is VERY CHEAPPLY MADE and the ring size is 8 1/4! I don't want to take the chance of ruining the ring all together. So I decided to send the ring back for the size I originally ordered 7 3/4. Now my problems begin, emailing back and forth and they want another $20 restock fee FOE THEIR MISTAKE.
How Is This Right When It Was Their MISTAKE from the beginning.
This place SUCKS and would never order another piece of ... jewelry from them. MY MISTAKE !
