I really love the cleansing oil I got from here, it's totally changed up my skincare routine and makes my skin feel super clean and smooth. Two rings for daughters

I have to say, their customer service was amazing! They got back to me quickly and sent me a new ring that fit just right. I've been a customer for a long time and I just have to say, I'm really disappointed with the recent changes at the company. The products aren't as good as they used to be, and it's harder to find what I want. I've had to order from other companies that are connected to them, and honestly, it hasn't been a great experience. It seems like the main company's changes have made things worse for customers like me. The service isn't as good, and the products aren't always available. Plus, the delivery process has been a mess - I've had to wait a long time and deal with issues from the shipping company. It's really a bummer to see this company I used to love go downhill like this.

I just got a 12-foot trampoline with a hoop back in December. When I finally set it up in February, I saw some damage on the basketball rim. Glitzy light-up phone case
I recently bought this super flashy light-up phone case, thinking it would give my phone a little extra pizazz. But man, was I let down by how big and heavy it was! After using it for just a few days, I realized it was super uncomfortable for my wrist and way too big for my tiny hands. On top of that, the thing would get scratched up crazy easily, even if I handled it with care. And to make matters worse, the left side of the light would flicker every now and then, like it was on the fritz. When I tried getting a refund or exchanging it, the customer service was a total nightmare - super unhelpful and defensive. It just left me feeling totally annoyed and bummed out that I wasted my money on such a crummy product. So yeah, I was stuck with this messed up, uncomfortable case that didn't even come close to the fancy look they advertised.

Even though this company’s products are really good, their customer support is seriously lacking. We contacted VAVA about a sales issue, but no one got back to us even after we tried emailing and messaging on social media. It's a letdown to have awesome products but sucky support because it makes it hard to rely on them for our business. So, if you’re thinking about buying from them, it might be smart to send a support ticket first to see how quickly they respond before you commit.

Christmas tree arrangement substitution
I recently ordered a Christmas tree arrangement for my 84-year-old homebound mother from this company. I was pretty excited about it because it was supposed to have pine branches, red and white carnations, red roses, ribbons, small ornaments, and small white flowers. But guess what? They sent a weird gingerbread house arrangement with blue, green, white, and purple flowers instead! They totally left out the red flowers that I was looking forward to. And to top it off, there was a fake candy ornament in there that just didn't fit in at all. I reached out to them about my disappointment and they only offered me $23 back out of the $91 I paid originally. Let me tell you, it was not what I was expecting at all. Such a letdown.

I am really happy with the dress I got from Goodnight Macaroon, it is so pretty! The fabric feels really nice and it fits me perfectly. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it to my friend's wedding. The floral design is so colorful and the wrap style is very flattering. Lots of money wasted
I've spent way too much money on this company that only cares about making a profit. They don't really offer any good service, they just want your money for their expensive subscription-based products. Even though I've been a loyal customer for years, they treat me like garbage. It's impossible to actually speak to a human on the phone, their website is a disaster, and everything is way too expensive. Music stores are recommending that people look for other options because they're tired of being taken advantage of. The CEO and Board really need to be replaced!

Travel photo book
I recently bought a travel photo book and spent a ton of time editing and perfecting it. I was super careful to keep the text to a minimum to avoid mistakes and used the same font throughout. But when I got the final book, it was totally wrong. The first page had a big typo where "NEW DELHI" was spelled right at the top but appeared as "N2w Deli" at the bottom in two different fonts. And there was a page that was supposed to show the different types of transportation we used on the trip with the text "Planes, Trains, Boats, and Bikes," but instead, it said "Plains." It was so unexpected and embarrassing, it ruined the whole gift-giving experience.

Recent flight experience FCO-YUL
My recent flight from FCO to YUL really let me down. I fly a lot, but this time was rough because the temperature on the plane was all messed up. The middle part of the plane was like an icebox, while the front was fine. So me and a bunch of other passengers were stuck shivering and our feet felt like ice. I told the airline staff about it a bunch of times, but they didn't do much to fix it. We had to tough out the freezing cold for the whole 9-hour flight.
